강재 보-PC 보가 강접합 연결된 하이브리드 보의 휨 거동 평가 (Evaluation on Flexural Behavior of Hybrid Beams with Rigid Joint Connecting Steel and Precast Concrete Elements)

  • 기존의 강재 보가 콘크리트에 매립되어 볼트접합 연결되는 기존 하이브리드 접합법의 한계와 단점을 개선하기 위하여 단순한 강접합 절점을 갖는 하이브리드 PC 콘크리트 보 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 하이브리드 시스템의 원할한 하중전달을 파악하기 위하여 양단 고정단의 보 실험체 3개를 반복 집중하중 하에서 실험하였다. 주요 변수는 강재 보의 길이로서 지점에서 변곡점까지의 거리의 0.25, 0.5 및 1.0배로 변하였다. 모든 실험체는 동일 주철근 지수를 갖는 철근콘크리트 보에 비해 높은 변위 연성비를 나타냈는데, 보의 반복하중-처짐 관계 및 연성은 강재 보의 길이에 영향을 받지 않았다. 보 길이에 따른 연속 변형률 분포 및 붕괴하중에 기반한 극한하중 예측으로부터 제시된 강접합 절점은 구조적 효율성을 갖는다고 판단된다.

체결력에 따른 볼트 결합부의 접촉응력분포계수 평가 (Estimation of Contact Stress Distribution Factor in Bolt Joint with variable Fastening torque)

  • Most of mechanical structures are combined of substructures such as beams and/or plates. There are few systems with unibody structures but are many systems with united body structures. Generally the dynamic a nalysis of whole structures is performed under alternation load. In the structure design, the analysis of each bolted joint is more important than others for zero severity. This paper presents the analysis method of contact stress distribution factor in the bolted joint with variable fastening torque on joints in the structure. At first, a static vibration test was performed to find out a nominal stress of bolt jointed plates from the relationship between natural frequency and nominal stress. Then a contact stress was computed at contact point between bolt and plate in the structure. It is believed that the proposed method has promisiong implications for safer design with index of contact stress distribution factor and has merits for cost-down and saving time at the beginning of vehicle development.

인지지도 유사도와 정신적 작업부하와의 관계에 대한 연구 (The study of the relationship between the similarity of cognitive map and the mental workload)

  • The similarity of shape of shape of interface between human cognitive map and real product is the important factor to determine the human performance. Nevertheless, the degree of similarity between these has not been defined quantitatively in recent studies. Therefore, in this study, the cognitive map and the mental workload were measured by SMM(Sketch Map Method) and RNASA-TLX(Revision of NASA-Task Load Index). And the numerical expression of the accuracy point was suggested for the quantitative calculation of relative positional similarity between cognitive map and real product. In the experiment, nine subjects were participated and two kinds of vehicles were used. Mental workload was mental workload was measured immediately after the road test. The result of analysis on the relationship between accuracy and mental workload shows that the negative correlation exists on each vehicle, and the lower score of mental workloads id measured on the vehicle that has the higher score of accuracy between two vehicles.

  • CEN/TS 45545 is Europe consolidation standard for fire safety on railway behicles. This is based on the International Union of Railways(UIC) and different European countries. It is intended to protect passengers and staff in railway in the event of a fire on board. It will be prepared in 2012. Based on this consolidate standard, they are going to make single market, for raising technical competitiveness, technical innovation and globalization of that standard. For this reason, European academies, manufacturers, and sub-manufacturers confer and stady animated about CEN/TS 45545. In Korea, get out the safety assessment for ues incombustible interior material, the needs of quantitative analysis on fire protection, demand on recognition of fire protection scenario, and define about fire load analysis are becomin more and more important. Therefore, this paper will estimate and compare Flammability, Smoke Density, Toxicity Index( this is the key point for appraised fire safety performance of material) between CEN/TS45545 and fire standards on railway vehicle. Then suggest criteria for fire safety on railway vehicles.

  • This paper deals with a simple method in order to analyze and compare the harmonic characteristics in the multi-level inverter. Generally, the magnitude of harmonic components becomes different according to the multi-carrier Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) techniques, the modulation index($M_i$) and the switching frequency The previous papers analyzed the harmonic characteristics from the viewpoint of the space voltage vector. Hence, the calculation of the harmonic vector becomes more difficult and complex in 4-level or over 5-level. However, the proposed method has reduced an amount of calculation and simplified the process of it, using the relationship between the reference voltage and the output phase voltage to the load neutral point. It is applied to the 5-level cascade inverter and the harmonic characteristics for each multi-carrier PWM technique are compared through the simulation.

팔공산 주변 혼펠스의 변성도에 따른 물리적 특성 (Physical Properties Related to Metamorphic Grade of the Hornfels Exposed Around Mt. Palgong)

  • 팔공산 주변의 퇴적암은 백악기 후기 화강암질 마그마의 관입에 의해서 접촉변성암인 혼펠스로 변성되었다. 이 혼펠스는 팔공산 화강암체 주변 2.0~3.5km 범위로 분포하고 있으며 퇴적암과 혼펠스의 경계는 명확하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 5개 선별된 지역의 35개 지점에서 채취한 신선한 암석시료에서 350개의 공시체를 성형하여 실내시험을 수행하였다. 시험결과 함수비와 흡수율은 화강암 경계부와 멀어질수록 증가하였지만, 단위중량, 초음파속도, 점하중강도 및 슬레이크 내구성 지수는 감소하였다. 이는 화강암 경계부로부터 멀어질수록 혼펠스의 변성도가 낮아짐을 의미하는데, 거리에 따른 특성치의 변화 및 특성치와의 상관성을 회귀 분석하여 관계식을 제시하였다. 또 시험 결과 중 P파속도와 점하중강도를 바탕으로 혼펠스의 역학적 등급분류 기준을 제안하였다.

하중증가율(荷重增加率)이 이차압밀(二次壓密)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Influence of Load Increment Ratio on the Secondary Consolidation)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 쌍곡선법(雙曲線法)을 이용(利用)해서 하중(荷重) 증가율(增加率)이 이차압밀(二次壓密)에 마치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)하기 위하여, 아산만(牙山灣)의 해성점토(海成粘土)에 대(對)하여 시험(試驗)한 것으로 그의 결과(結果)를 요약(要略)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 쌍곡선법(雙曲線法)에 의(依)한 이차압밀량산정(二次壓密量算定) 값은 Casagrande의 log t 법(法)에 의(依)한 값보다 약간 작았으나, 그 차이(差異)는 미소(微小)하였고 쌍곡선법(雙曲線法)으로는 하중(荷重) 증가율(增加率)이 작을 때에도 쉽게 이차압밀량(二次壓密量)을 산정(算定)할 수 있었다. 2. 하중증가율(荷重增加率)이 작을수록 이차압밀비(二次壓密比)는 크게 나타났으며 하중증가율(荷重增加率)이 작을때 일어나는 심하곡선(沈下曲線)의 creep 현상(現象)은 이차압밀(二次壓密)에 기인(起因)한 것이라 생각된다. 3. 일차압밀중(一次壓密中)에 생기는 이차압밀(二次壓密)는 과압밀영역(過壓密領域)에서는 불규칙(不規則)했으나, 과압밀영역(過壓密領域)에서는 하중증가율(荷重增加率)이 작을수록 증가현상(增加現象)을 보였다. 4. 이차압밀계수(二次壓密係數)는 하중(荷重)의 증가(增加)에 따라 점차 증가(增加)하여 선행하중근처(先行荷重近處)에서 변곡점(變曲点)을 이루었고 하중(荷重)이 $2kg/cm^2$부터는 감소현상(減少現象)을 나타냈으며 이차압밀계수(二次壓密係數)는 하중증가율(荷重增加率)과 무관(無關)함을 보였다. 5. 이차압밀계수(二次壓密係數)와 압축지수(壓縮指數)는 비례관계(比例關係)를 나타냈다.

  • 복합재료가 신재생 에너지 산업 관련 구조물 및 해양 구조물에서 좀 더 신뢰도 있는 주 하중 부재로 사용되기 위하여 복합재료평판의 확률론적 비선형 초기 파단 하중과 원공과 곡률이 있는 복합재료판의 확률론적 비선형 좌굴 하중이 평가되었다. 주어진 설계 추출점에서의 확정론적 유한요소해석 결과를 바탕으로 반응면기법을 이용하여 한계상태면을 확률변수로 이루어진 2차 다항식으로 근사하였다. 또한, MPFP 근처에서 좀 더 정확하게 한계상태면을 근사하기 위하여 반복적 선형보간법이 적용되었다. 파괴확률을 평가하기 위하여 근사된 한계상태면 상에서 향상된 일계이차모멘트법과 몬테카를로법이 수행되었다. 마지막으로 파단에 영향을 주는 주요한 확률변수를 파악하기 위하여 변환된 확률변수에 대한 신뢰도지수의 감도를 계산하였다.

환경생태계획의 도시기후 변화 대응 가능성 연구 -남양주 월산리 마스터플랜을 중심으로 (A Study on the Urban climate Mitigation Effects with Ecological Landscape Planning with reference to Namyang-Ju Walsanli Master-plan)

  • To meet with the nation's policy of Green Growth, local governments are rushing to propose an ecological urban development plan. And although various studies stress on the need of ecological planning to harmonize development with preservation, we have come to a point in which a quantitative evaluation of how much ecological planning contributes to the environmental load is needed. Through the increasing tendency of making plans based on the development of IT technology, capability of gathering environmental data and scientific instrument, studies on ecological planning's effect towards environmental load has recently begun. This study aims to perform a quantitative evaluation on how ecological planning mitigate urban heat island in the region of Namyang-ju Wallsanli. Three theories were used to mitigate urban heat island ; White network, Green network and Blue network. As a result, the atmosphere temperature was reduced the whole site $1.1^{\circ}C$ and partly $7^{\circ}C$ and the mean radiant temperature was reduced the whole site $1.1^{\circ}C$ and partly $8.7^{\circ}C$ on the modified ecological landscape plan in summer. The PMV index is 0~1 in ecologically modified landscape plan otherwise almost 3 in landscape plan. This study has its limits on the fact that results may differ from the actual plan as the study was performed based on the land use plan and building plan. However, what is important is that it shows a quantitative result of the effect that ecological planning has on surrounding environment and reducing environmental load.

Vibroacoustic response of thin power law indexed functionally graded plates

  • The main objective of this paper is to compute the far-field acoustic radiation (sound radiation) of functionally graded plates (FGM) loaded by sinusoidally varying point load subjected to the arbitrary boundary condition is carried out. The governing differential equations for thin functionally graded plates (FGM) are derived using classical plate theory (CPT) and Rayleigh integral using the elemental radiator approach. Four cases, segregated on power-law index k=0,1,5,10, are studied. A novel approach is illustrated to compute sound fields of vibrating FGM plates using the physical neutral surface with an elemental radiator approach. The material properties of the FGM plate for all cases are calculated considering the power law indexes. An in-house MATLAB code is written to compute the natural frequencies, normal surface velocities, and sound radiation fields are analytically calculated using semi-analytical formulation. Ansys is used to validate the computed sound power level. The parametric effects of the power law index, modulus ratios, different constituent of FGM plates, boundary conditions, damping loss factor on the sound power level, and radiation efficiency is illustrated. This work is the benchmark approach that clearly explains how to calculate acoustic fields using a solid layered FGM model in ANSYS ACT. It shows that it is possible to asymptotically stabilize the structure by controlling the intermittent layers' stiffness. It is found that sound fields radiated by the elemental radiators approach in MATLAB, ANSYS and literatures are in good agreement. The main novelty of this research is that the FGM plate is analyzed in the low-frequency range, where the stiffness-controlled region governs the whole analysis. It is concluded that a clamped mono-ceramic FGM plate radiates a lesser sound power level and higher radiation efficiency than a mono-metallic or metal-rich FGM plate due to higher stiffness. It is found that change in damping loss factor does not affect the same constituents of FGM plates but has significant effects on the different constituents of FGM plates.
