공기식 플러그도어 시스템 개발 (Development for pneumatic plug door system)

  • There are many EMU lines in korea. But only one type has been applied to passenger side door. This type is so called "Pocket sliding type". This type has some week points. To begin with, it is not good for decreasing the noisy form the outside of carbody. And the second time, if some obstacles are put between sliding door, only driver can operate re-open door switch manually ill driver's cab. This type is so dangerous for passengers. So many people want to the new door type that have no defect. KRRI joined forces with ANT corporation for pneumatic plug door system. This type will be good for decreasing the noisy, passenger′s safe. The project was started at the last year on November and will be finished on June, this year In this paper, we will deal with the role of cylinder, planetary gear, door control unit, dynamic mechanism, and the report of FEM, type test. This paper will contribute to tile electric motor control plug door system.

Effect of Fuel Injector-type Spark Plug on Combustion Characteristics

  • This study proposes a new stratified charge system for low emission and ultra lean burn. In order to examine combustion characteristics of the new system, sparkplug with a hole at positive pole and a common CNG injector for injecting fuel were used in this study as injector-type spark plug. The new stratified charge system injects fuel of extremely small quantities and ignites mixture around sparkplug gap. Also, the system was fitted in a visualized constant volume chamber. Then, for analysis of the combustion characteristics, we examined combustion pressure, lean inflammable limit, and visualized combustion flame according to equivalence ratio by comparison with homogeneous charge (HC) method and the new stratified charge (SC) method. As results of this study, in the case of using this system, the propagation speed of initial flame was increased and total combustion period was reduced in the ultra lean burn in the same equivalence ratio. These phenomena occurred clearly under the conditions of lean equivalence ratio. Furthermore, the lean inflammable limit of mixture was extended by using the injector-type spark plug.

모터링 압력측정을 통한 상사점 결정방법에 관한 연구 (A study on TDC crank angle determination by motoring pressure measurement)

  • A disk photo sensor system was constructed and installed on engine for the crank angle measurement. Statically measured TDC crank angle data were compared with those obtained from engine motoring. Two groups of cylinder pressure data were compared each other, one measured by pressure transducer mounted flush on the combustion chamber and the other obtained with the help of spark plug type adaptor. A simple analysis on the gas flow in the spark plug type pressure transducer displayed reasonably good agreement with those from engine motoring tests. In various firing tests, the IMERs obtained from the spark plug type pressure transducer turned out to be higher than those from the flush mounted one at low engine speed while those two were nearly the same at high engine speed. As the engine load decreased the relative difference in IMEP measurement between the two types tended to be enlarged.

  • Underground connectors in 154kV for the connection between power cables and power equipments represent a greater part of power system stability and reliability. This paper presents the performance evaluation of 154kV separable dry type plug-in connector of a company in Japan for transformers and Gas Insulated Switchgear. And the possibility of the application on domestic underground line was considered.

PHEV 시스템의 분석을 통한 신 PHEV 동력 시스템 제안 (Proposal of a Novel Plug-in-hybrid Power System Based on Analysis of PHEV System)

  • In order to develop the PHEV(plug-in hybrid electric vehicle), the specific power transmission systems considering the PHEV system characteristics should be applied. A PHEV applied to series-parallel type hybrid power transmission system is a typical example. In this paper, the novel hybrid power systems are proposed by analyzing the existing PHEV system. The backward simulation program is developed to analyze the fuel efficiency of hybrid power system. Quasi-static models for each components such as engine, motor, battery and vehicle are included in the developed simulation program. To obtain an optimal condition for hybrid systems, an optimization approach called the dynamic programming is applied. The simulation is performed in various driving cycles. A weakness for the existing system is found through the simulation. To compensate for a discovered weakness, novel hybrid power systems are proposed by adding or moving the clutch to the existing system. Comparing the simulation results for each systems, the improved fuel efficiency for proposed systems are verified.

BFL형의 매설형 신축이음장치의 내구성 평가 (Durability Evaluation of a Buried Expansion Joint of Buried Folding Lattice Type)

  • 국내 대부분을 차지하고 있는 노출형 신축이음장치는 주행 시 소음과 충격을 발생시켜 주행성을 떨어뜨리며, 많은 유지관리비가 소요되고 있다. 이에 미국과 유럽 등에서 적용되었던 매설형 신축이음장치인 Asphalt Plug Joint(APJ) 시스템을 기본으로 하부 구조를 개량한, 새로운 매설형 신축이음장치 Buried Folding Lattice Joint(BFLJ) 시스템이 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 실험을 통해 매설형 신축이음장치의 상부포장 혼합물에 따른 내구성 및 신축 특성을 비교하였으며, 포장가속시험을 통해 실제 차량 하중에 대한 BFLJ 시스템의 내구성을 평가하였다. 실험결과 개발된 BFLJ 시스템은 기존 APJ 시스템에 비해 신축성능이 우수하며 접합부에서의 응력 집중을 완화시켰다. 또한 차량 하중에 의한 BFLJ 시스템의 표면 처짐이 크게 발생하지 않았으며, 신축이음장치 내의 하부 구조의 손상이 없었던 점에서 기존 APJ 시스템의 문제점을 극복하고 조기파손을 예방할 수 있을 것이라 판단되었다.

기계시각을 이용한 육묘용 로봇 이식기의 개발 (Development of a Robotic Transplanter Using Machine Vision for Bedding Plants)

  • 본 연구는 육묘용 로봇 이식기를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 기계시각에 의한 결주 및 불량묘 판별은 72공 플러그묘판의 경우 98.8%, 128공의 플러그묘판의 경우 94.9%, 잎의 방향을 고려한 경우 72공의 플러그묘판의 경우 93.5%, 128공의 경우 91.0%의 정확도를 나타내었다. 2. 로봇 이식기의 기구부와 구동부를 개발하였고, 이를 제어하기 위한 제어기를 개발하였으며, 머니플레이터의 위치제어 정확도는 $\pm$ 1mm로 나타났다. 3. 잎의 방향을 고려하지 않은 이식방법에서의 이식성공률은 72공 플러그묘판의 경우 95.5%, 128공의 플러그묘판의 경우 94.5%로 나타났으며, 잎의 방향을 고려한 이식방법에서의 이식성공률은 72공의 경우 96.0%, 128공의 경우 95.0%로 나타났다.

  • This study was conducted to develop a robotic transplanter for bedding plants. The robotic transplanter consisted of machine vision system, a manipulator, a gripper and plug tray transfer system. The performance of the robotic transplanter was tested and compared by two different transplanting methods, which were to consider the leaf orientation of seedlings and not to. Results of this study were as follows. (1) A cartesian coordinate manipulator for a robotic transplanter with 3 degree of freedom was constructed. The accuracy of position control was $\pm$1 mm. (2) The robotic transplanter with the machine vision system, the manipulator, the gripper and the transfer system was developed and tested with a shovel-type finger. Without considering the orientation of leaves, the success rates of transplanting healthy cucumber seedlings in 72-cell and 128-cell plug-trays were 95.5% and 94.5% respectively. Considering the orientation of leaves, the success rates of transplanting healthy cucumber seedling in 72-cell and 128-cell plug-trays were 96.0% and 95.0% respectively.

다기능 인버터의 손실저감을 위한 Buck-Type 충전기법 (Buck-Type Charging Method for Loss Reduction of Multi-Function Inverter)

  • This paper proposes buck-type charging method using motor inductance, 3-phase inverter and bi-directional converter without an additional charger in plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. The proposed system has advantages over the conventional system such as high charging efficiency, high power factor, and low total harmonic distortion. The validity of each methods are verified by theoretical analysis and simulation.

오이 플러그묘의 생장에 미치는 광주기와 광합성유효광량자속의 영향$^{+}$ (Growth of Cucumber Plug Seedlings as Affected by Photoperiod and Photosynthetic Photon Flux$^{+}$)

  • 플러그묘를 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 폐쇄형 묘생산 시스템을 개발하고자 본 연구가 수행되었다 또한 묘소질이 우수한 청장계 오이 플러그묘를 생산하는 데 필요한 적정 광환경 조건을 확립하고자 오이묘의 생장에 미치는 4수준의 광주기(18/6 h, 12/12 h, 9/15 h, 6/18h)와 4수준의 광합성유효광량자속(200, 300, 400, 500$\mu$mo1. m$^{-2}$ .s$^{-1}$)의 영향을 구명하였다. 인공광하에서 오이 플러그묘의 생장에 미치는 광주기의 영향은 광합성유효광량자속에 비해서 더 크게 나타났다. 폐쇄형 묘생산 시스템에서 생산된 오이묘의 줄기 직경, 지상부와 지하부 건물중, 엽수, 엽폭, 엽장 및 엽록소함량은 대조구에 비해서 유의성이 높게 나타났다. 한편 배축은 대조구에 비해서 유의성이 인정될 만큼 짧게 나타났다. 6/18h의 광주기와 200$\mu$mol. m$^{-2}$ .s$^{-1}$의 광합성유효광량자속에서 생산된 오이묘의 생장 특성은 자연광하에서 육묘된 경우와 유사하게 나타났다. 단일 식물인 오이의 특성을 고려할 때 상기 결과는 짧은 명기와 낮은 광량에서 묘소질이 균일한 청장계 오이 플러그묘의 생산이 가능함을 의미하는 것이다. 인공광하에서 식물묘를 생산할 경우 소비전력의 60~70%가 조명기구에 소요됨을 고려할 때 이러한 결과는 인공광형 묘생산 시스템을 이용한 오이 플러그묘의 생산에서 소비전력의 절감 방안에 해당하는 것이다.
