Sentiment represents one's own state through the process of change to stimulus, and emotion represents a simple psychological state felt for a certain phenomenon. These two terms tend to be used interchangeably, but their meaning and usage are different. In this study, we try to find out how it affects the helpfulness of reviews by classifying sentiment and emotion through online reviews written by online consumers after purchasing and using various products and services. Recently, online reviews have become a very important factor for businesses and consumers. Helpful reviews play a key role in the decision-making process of potential customers and can be assessed through review helpfulness. The helpfulness of reviews is becoming increasingly important in practice as it is utilized in marketing strategies in business as well as in purchasing decision-making issues of consumers. And academically, the importance of research to find the factors influencing the helpfulness of reviews is growing. In this study, Yelp.com secured reviews on restaurants and conducted a study on how the sentiment and emotion of online reviews affect the helpfulness of reviews. Based on the prior research, a research model including sentiment and emotions for online reviews was built, and text mining analyzes how the sentiment and emotion of online reviews affect the helpfulness of online reviews, and the difference in the effects on emotions It was verified. The results showed that negative sentiment and emotion had a greater effect on review helpfulness, which was consistent with the negative bias theory.

The new millennium is characterized by an unprecedented breakthrough in knowledge and information and communication technologies, and the challenges of the XXI century require modernized paradigms of interaction in all spheres of life. Education continues to play a key role in national and global growth. The key role of education and its leadership in developing creative potential, as the main paradigm of the countries' stability, have significantly influenced educational centers. The developers of educational programs use information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process. Professional training of the educational candidate is enhanced by the use of information technologies, so the educational applicants should develop technological skills to be productive members of society. Using the latest achievements in the field of information technologies for the organization of the educational process helps to form the operational style of education applicants' thinking, which provides the ability to acquire skills of processing information, that is presented in the text, graphic, tabular form, and increase the level of general and informational culture necessary for better orientation in the modern information space. The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process on the basis of the survey, to establish advantages and ability to provide high-quality education in the context of using information technologies. Methods of research: comparative analysis; systematization; generalization, survey. Results. Based on the survey conducted among students and teachers, it has been found out that the teachers use the following information technologies for the development of creative potential of the educational process: to provide video and audio communication process (100%), Moodle (95,6%), Duolingo (89,7%), LinguaLeo (89%), Google Forms (88%) and Adobe Captivate Prime (80,6%). It is determined that modular digital learning environments (97,9%), interactive exercises tools (96,3%), ICT for video and audio communication (96%) and interactive exercises tools (95,1%) are most conducive to the development of creative potential of the educational process. As a result of the research, it was revealed that implementation of information technologies for the development of creative potential of educational process in educational institutions is a complex process due to a large number of variables, which should be taken into account both on the educational course and on the individual level. It has been determined that the using the model of implementation information technologies for the development of creative potential in educational process, which is stimulated due to this model, benefits both students and teachers by establishing a reliable bilateral connection between teacher and education applicant.

This study started with curiosity about theatre without its three elements and would reveal its possibility through performance and experiment and promote the expansion of each element and the development of a new form at the same time. After the occurrence of COVID-19, theatre has come up against a big limitation of contact-free, untact communication due to its inherent characteristic of 'presence.' For the survival of theatre in the rapidly changing world, it is desperately necessary to check the existing performance method and to be concerned about its development for the future. Thus, this researcher started from a more fundamental exploration of theatre focused on an "experiment of theatre without its three elements" and would sort out the three elements (actors, audience, and a play) from a macroscopic perspective. Also, the researcher would investigate the impacts of these elements on the performance and the possibility of theatre even after removing the elements through performance and experiment. This study consists of one performance and two experiments and is based on the interviews and progress details conducted by the planner and experimenter and the survey with the experiment participants. The significance of this study is its reflection on the essence of the genre, theatre, and the roles of all elements constituting that, not from a narrow perspective that would simply define the concepts of the elements but through the expansion and change of them. Furthermore, hopefully, it will be connected to the discovery of a new theatrical format that has not been considered through its combination with another genre.
The rapid change of the culture and art environment is led to new art & cultural education and differences in culture and art education facilities, away from the traditional closed space culture and art education. Phenomena such as plays out of the theater, exhibitions out of the art museum, and pictures taking a walk indicate that cultural and artistic educational facilities can no longer stay in the existing paradigm and are changing along with the changes in the cultural and creative world. Therefore, to develop a site-specific theater education program centered around a specific place rather than a theater or studio, in line with the changing times of cultural and artistic educational facilities, this researcher analyzes Brecht's radio play experiment and the recent performative performance experiment. Furthermore, using the regional and community values of arts and culture education confirmed as the motive for research on site-specific theater programs, I analyze the implementation and application process by experimenting with theater programs out of the theaters and studios. As a prior study, research on site-specific performances is being conducted relatively actively, but earlier studies were dealing only with the Ligna group performance cases are lacking. However, I would like to use the previous research on site-specific performance cases as an epistemological background. As a result of the study, for the place-specific theater program through a total of 10 learners, a text based on a specific place was created that did not depend on traditional literary texts. Through this, the possibility of a site-specific theater education program could be confirmed.

Barrage is an interactive method based on video, and the video itself is visualized from the viewer's point of view to play people's emotions, and it already has an advantage in communication by attracting people's attention using stories and plays. Advances in digital and mobile technology have enabled video viewing anytime, anywhere. Due to the nature of the barrage site that relies on the same video content or playback to participate in video sharing through computers or mobile clients, a barrage that can express users' feelings and thoughts will be added, breaking down the limit of content acceptance by a single user. Barrage satisfy users' entertainment needs, and their influence is growing. Gradually, they are heading to offline movie theaters and TV from barrage videos on the Internet. Attempts to function as offline ammunition facilitated technological innovation for media convergence by converging mobile media with PCs and screens. At the same time, the trend of media convergence shown by coal screens is also a trend of overall technological development. A barrage is an extension of human communication skills. The properties of the barrage fit well with the need for experiential marketing (via video). It can provide a visual experience and create an atmosphere of "surrounding and watching" and eliminate loneliness. Barrage itself provides a function to comment on videos, which is a trigger point for the reason, and donation adds to the amount of information in the video, adding to the fun of the video. Through the barrage, sarcastic, teasing, and expressing emotions can bring entertainment experiences, and users can produce and communicate their shooting text while consuming the satisfaction brought by the shooting. The easy payment service is a payment and remittance service that uses a simple authentication method. As online transactions have increased due to COVID-19, the use of an easy payment service is increasing. At the same time, electronic financial industries such as Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and Toss are diversifying the competition structure of the easy payment market; meanwhile overseas fintech companies PayPal and Alibaba have a unique market share in their own countries, while competition is intensifying in the domestic easy payment market, as there is no unique market share. In this study, the participants in the easy payment market were classified as electronic financial companies, mobile phone manufacturers, and financial companies, and a SWOT analysis was conducted on the representative services in each industry. The analysis examined the user reviews of Google Play Store via a topic modeling analysis, and it employed positive topics as strengths and negative topics as weaknesses. In addition, topic modeling was conducted by dividing news articles into political, economic, social, and technology (PEST) articles to derive the opportunities and threats to easy payment services. Through this research, we intend to confirm the service capabilities of easy payment companies and propose a service activation strategy that allows gaining the upper hand in the market.

For many years, emotions have been regarded as dangerous as well as obstructive to reason and rationality. Even in the history of dramatic genres based on human behavior, emotions are often portrayed as errors or flaws that lead to the collapse of characters, even though they are presented as powerful motives to evoke the characters' actions. Based on the development of the cognitive science field today, it is revealed how emotion is important for human thinking, judgment and action, and how closely reason and emotion are combined. This study examines emotions dealt with in drama genres on the basis of the sociality of emotions. Emotions also play a crucial role in the change and judgment of the audience of drama. This study examines the sociality of emotions and looks at the social aspect of individual emotions through the movie as a text. Just as horror movies attempt to communicate using and expanding feelings of fear, the movie uses the emotions of 'Sad' and 'Losing' to try to expand and share it. And I look into the mechanism in which the emotions of the characters in drama are transmitted to the audience in the form of empathy.

The development of information and communication technology and the improvement of the development and dissemination of smart devices have caused changes in the form of tourism, and the concept of smart tourism has since emerged. In this regard, researches related to smart tourism has been conducted in various fields such as policy implementation and surveys, but there is a lack of research on application reviews. This study collects Trip Advisor application review data in the Google Play Store to identify usage of the application and user satisfaction through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling. The analysis results in four topics, two of which are positive and the other two are negative. We found that users were satisfied with the application's recommendation system, but were dissatisfied when the filters they set during search were not applied or that reviews were not published after updates of the application. We suggest more categories can be added to the application to provide users with different experiences. In addition, it is expected that user satisfaction can be improved by identifying problems within the application, including the filter function, and checking the application environment and resolving the error occurring during the application usage.
As opinion mining in big data applications has been highlighted, a lot of research on unstructured data has made. Lots of social media on the Internet generate unstructured or semi-structured data every second and they are often made by natural or human languages we use in daily life. Many words in human languages have multiple meanings or senses. In this result, it is very difficult for computers to extract useful information from these datasets. Traditional web search engines are usually based on keyword search, resulting in incorrect search results which are far from users' intentions. Even though a lot of progress in enhancing the performance of search engines has made over the last years in order to provide users with appropriate results, there is still so much to improve it. Word sense disambiguation can play a very important role in dealing with natural language processing and is considered as one of the most difficult problems in this area. Major approaches to word sense disambiguation can be classified as knowledge-base, supervised corpus-based, and unsupervised corpus-based approaches. This paper presents a method which automatically generates a corpus for word sense disambiguation by taking advantage of examples in existing dictionaries and avoids expensive sense tagging processes. It experiments the effectiveness of the method based on Naïve Bayes Model, which is one of supervised learning algorithms, by using Korean standard unabridged dictionary and Sejong Corpus. Korean standard unabridged dictionary has approximately 57,000 sentences. Sejong Corpus has about 790,000 sentences tagged with part-of-speech and senses all together. For the experiment of this study, Korean standard unabridged dictionary and Sejong Corpus were experimented as a combination and separate entities using cross validation. Only nouns, target subjects in word sense disambiguation, were selected. 93,522 word senses among 265,655 nouns and 56,914 sentences from related proverbs and examples were additionally combined in the corpus. Sejong Corpus was easily merged with Korean standard unabridged dictionary because Sejong Corpus was tagged based on sense indices defined by Korean standard unabridged dictionary. Sense vectors were formed after the merged corpus was created. Terms used in creating sense vectors were added in the named entity dictionary of Korean morphological analyzer. By using the extended named entity dictionary, term vectors were extracted from the input sentences and then term vectors for the sentences were created. Given the extracted term vector and the sense vector model made during the pre-processing stage, the sense-tagged terms were determined by the vector space model based word sense disambiguation. In addition, this study shows the effectiveness of merged corpus from examples in Korean standard unabridged dictionary and Sejong Corpus. The experiment shows the better results in precision and recall are found with the merged corpus. This study suggests it can practically enhance the performance of internet search engines and help us to understand more accurate meaning of a sentence in natural language processing pertinent to search engines, opinion mining, and text mining. Naïve Bayes classifier used in this study represents a supervised learning algorithm and uses Bayes theorem. Naïve Bayes classifier has an assumption that all senses are independent. Even though the assumption of Naïve Bayes classifier is not realistic and ignores the correlation between attributes, Naïve Bayes classifier is widely used because of its simplicity and in practice it is known to be very effective in many applications such as text classification and medical diagnosis. However, further research need to be carried out to consider all possible combinations and/or partial combinations of all senses in a sentence. Also, the effectiveness of word sense disambiguation may be improved if rhetorical structures or morphological dependencies between words are analyzed through syntactic analysis.
