설계법에 따른 풍화토 지반 얕은기초의 안전여유 비교 (Comparison of Safety Margin of Shallow Foundation on Weathered Soil Layer According to Design Methods)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 허용응력설계법(ASD)과 신뢰성해석에 기반을 둔 하중저항계수설계법(LRFD)과 유로코드의 부분안전계수설계법(PSFD)을 사용하여 풍화토지반 얕은기초의 전단파괴에 대한 지지력과 안전여유 산정결과에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 얕은기초의 지지력에 영향을 주는 지반정수의 불확실성을 정량화하기 위하여 시공 및 설계용 평판재하시험 자료를 수집하고 확률 통계 분석을 통하여 극한지지력의 저항편향계수와 변동계수를 조사하였다. 국내 현장의 얕은기초 대표 단면 예에 대한 신뢰성해석(FORM)을 통하여 신뢰도지수를 구하고 지반정수의 확률변수가 전단파괴에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 확률변수의 민감도 분석을 하였다. ASD설계법, ASD설계법의 안전율에 대응하는 목표신뢰도 지수의 LRFD설계법, PSFD설계법을 사용하여 얕은기초 대표단면의 안정성 검토를 실시하여 산정된 각 설계법의 안전여유에 대하여 비교 검토를 실시하였다.

  • 폐타이어는 높은 인장저항력으로 인하여 지반보강에 사용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 재활용시 대량처리에도 효과적이다. 폐타이어를 지반보강재로 사용하기 위하여 타이어 트레드만을 이용한 트레드매트를 제작하였다. 현장에서 화강풍화토지반을 조성하여 트레드매트의 보강효과를 알아보기 위하여 트레드매트와 상업용 지오그리드 각각에 대한 평판재하시험을 수행하였다. 그리고 지반보강재 인접 지반에서의 응력과 변형을 알아보기 위해 수치해석을 수행하였다. 트레드매트는 상업용지오그리드 못지 않은 지반보강효과를 나타내었다. 유한요소해석결과 지반보강재 바로 밑에서 응력의 현저한 감소를 나타내었으며 보강재로 인한 응력분포를 확인할 수 있었다. 최종적으로 폐타이어의 대량처리를 위한 수단으로 지반보강을 위한 트레드매트의 사용이 제안되었다.

현장탄성계수에 근거한 보조기층 다짐관리방안 연구 (A Study on Establishing the Subbase Compaction Control Method based on the In-situ Elastic modulus)

  • 국내에서 일반적으로 보조기층재료로 사용되고 있는 보조기층 다짐재료의 역학적 특성을 반영한 실내 회복탄성계수는 역학적-경험적 포장설계법에서 적용하는 설계 인자이다. 따라서, 역학적-경험적 포장설계법의 보조기층 현장에서 실시하여야 하는 다짐관리는 다짐 후 측정된 현장 탄성계수가 설계에 적용된 실내 회복탄성계수를 만족하는지 여부를 확인하여야 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 기존 다짐관리 시험인 들밀도 시험과 평판재하시험(PBT)의 시험결과와 현장탄성계수와의 상관성을 분석하였고, 현장에서 탄성계수를 측정할 수 있는 소형 충격 재하시험(LFWD)을 통한 현장탄성계수와 실내 회복탄성계수와의 상관관계식과 시험간격을 제안하였다. 또한 제안된 상관관계를 이용하여 현장시험을 통한 보조기층의 다짐관리방안을 제안하였다.

Cu를 함유한 HSLA-100강 용접 열 영향부의 인성에 미치는 후열처리의 영향 (The effects of PWHT on the toughness of weld HAZ in Cu-containing HSLA-100 steel)

  • A study was made to examine the effects of postweld heat treatment(PWHT) on the toughness and microstructures in the weld heat affected zone(HAZ) of Cu-bearing HSLA-100 steel. The Gleeble thermal/mechanical simulator was used to simulate the weld HAZ. The details between toughness and PWHT of HAZ were studied by impact test, optical microscopy(O.M.), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The decrease of HAZ toughness in single thermal cycle comparing to base plate is ascribed to the coarsed-grain formed by heating to 1350.deg.C. The increase of HAZ toughness in double thermal cycle comparine to single thermal cycle is due to the fine ferrite(.alpha.) grain transformed from austenite(.gamma.)formed by heating to .alpha./.gamma. two phase region. Cu precipitated during aging for increasing the strength of base metal is dissolved during single thermal cycle to 1350.deg.C and is precipitated little on cooling and heating during subsequent weld thermal cycle. It precipitates by introducing PWHT. Thus, the decrease of toughness in triple thermal cycle of $T_{p1}$ = 1350.deg.C, $T_{p2}$ = 800.deg.C and $T_{p3}$ = 500.deg.C does not occur owing to the precipitation of Cu. The behaviors of Cu=precipitates in HAZ is similar to that in base plate. PWHT at 550.deg.C shows highest hardness and lowest toughness, whereas PWHT at 650.deg.C shows reasonable toughness, which improves the toughness of as-welded state.state.

  • Recent structural approach of the House of Commons has been an increase in demand for dry wall light due to a change in load bearing composite structure of a flat plate type structure under the name of long-life housing, attach the attachment to the wall as the needs of the residents of reserved space increases things that are on the rise. However, depending on the strength of collapse accidents is shown wall and recent wall deposits are required, a load resistance evaluation method of the deposit of the need is the situation. Therefore, in this study, for the evaluation of the evaluation of dry lightweight wall as widely used gypsum board and ALC lightweight wall of two types of laboratory the wall through the previous studies to be installed in direct co-housing to the target and field experiments I want to evaluate the different points.

  • STSAT RWA (Reaction Wheel Assembly) micro-vibration is measured using KISTLER dynamic plate that can provide the time signals of three orthogonal forces and torques simultaneously up to 400Hz. In the post-processing, measured data are evaluated with respect to the wheel spin rate in both time and frequency domains, and the static/dynamic unbalances are evaluated from the extracted first harmonic component. Also the friction torque profile at each wheel speed is estimated from the measured data. Several higher order harmonic components are observed, that comes from its rotor shape as well as the wheel bearing characteristics. One of the most peculiar characteristics of this wheel is that the dynamic properties of two radial unbalance components are much different from each other as the RWA mounting configuration on a spacecraft is different from conventional RWA mounting configuration. Rocking mode is not appeared below 400Hz for all operating speed because the wheel size is very small. The post-processed results will be used for jitter analysis of STSAT due to RWA micro-vibration.

  • The high-temperature gas-cooled reactor pebble-bed module project is the first commercial Generation-IV NPP(Nuclear Power Plant) in China. A new joint is used for the vertical support of RPV(Reactor Pressure Vessel). The steel corbel is integrally embedded into the reactor-cabin wall through eight asymmetrically arranged pre-stressed high-strength bolts, achieving the different path transmission of shear force and moment. The vertical monotonic loading test of two specimens is conducted. The results show that the failure mode of the joint is bolt fracture. There is no prominent yield stage in the whole loading process. The stress of bolts is linearly distributed along the height of corbel at initial loading. As the load increases, the height of neutral axis of bolts gradually decreases. The upper and lower edges of the wall opening contact the corbel plate to restrict the rotation of the corbel. During the loading, the pre-stress of some bolts decreases. The increase of the pre-stress strength ratio of bolts has no noticeable effect on the structure stiffness, but it reduces the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint. A simplified calculation model for the elastic stage of the joint is established, and the estimation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

  • The pre-heat free consumables for GMAW, SAW and FCAW processes that matche with the Cu-bearing PFS-700 steel which has yield strength over 700MPa were developed and evaluated to see the suitability in military such as submarine and battle ship. Explosion Bulge Test underwater was developed and applied to see the reliability of welded structure. All welding was conducted without pre-heat before welding, the interpass temperature was below $150^{\circ}C$ for all welding conditions. Tensile strength for the weld metal in GMAW, SAW and FCAW process is 887MPa, 875MPa and 813MPa, respectively, these values are similar to the base metal of PFS-700 steel of 838MPa. EBT results in GMAW, SAW and FCAW show 14.0%, 14.02% and 15.9% reduction of thickness without generation of crack, respectively and stand-off distance was set up properly to have over 14.0% reduction of thickness. Through EBT results, the developed new consumables are applicable to the weapon systems such as submarine and battle ship.

도로포장 재료로서 폐콘크리트 재생골재의 활용성 연구 (Assesment of Applicability of Recycled Aggregates for Highway Pavement Materials)

  • 본 연구는 재생골재를 도로의 보조기층재료 및 포장용 콘크리트 골재로 사용하기 위하여 수행되었다. 우선 보조기층재료로서의 활용성 여부를 파악하기 위하여 실내다짐시험, CBR 시험, 평판재하시험을 수행하였으며, 콘크리트용 골재로의 활용성을 보기 위하여 재생골재 첨가비율을 0, 20, 40, 60, 80%로 하여 설계기준강도 $280kgf/cm^2$인 표층용 콘크리트를 제조하였다. 제조된 콘크리트로 굳지 않은 콘크리트 성질과 28일 양생 후 강도시험과 동결 융해에 따른 내구성 시험을 통해 폐콘크리트 재생골재의 활용성을 도로포장재료 측면에서 검토하였다. 실험결과 재생골재는 보조기층재료로서의 사용이 충분히 가능하며 표층용 콘크리트 골재로서 재생골재 첨가비율 40%까지 활용이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.
