제한면을 가지는 이차원 층류 충돌젯의 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study of Planar Laminar Impingement Jet with a Confinement Plate)

  • The planar laminar impingement jet with a confinement plate has been studied numerically. Discretzing the convection term with the QUICKER scheme, the full Navier-Stokes equations for fluid flow were solved using the well known SIMPLER algorithm. The flow characteristics with Reynolds number and jet exit velocity profile effects on it were considered for H=3, Re=200 - 2000. Results show that vortical flow forms in turn along the confinement and impingement plates as the Reynolds number increases and such a complicated flow pattern has never been reported prior. The jet exit velocity profile is shown to do an important role in determining the position of vortex flow and its size as well as in stagnation and wall jet flow region. Parabolic jet exit profile results in peak of skin friction 1.4-1.6 times greater than that of uniform profile. The channel height effects are also studied and shown to have an effect on flow pattern similar to that of Reynolds number. Also shown is that effects of the jet exit velocity profile becomes less significant over a certain channel height.

영상처리에 기반한 게이트 운영시스템 개발 (Development of Gate Operation System Based on Image Processing)

  • The automated gate operating system is developed in this paper that controls the information of container at gate in the ACT. This system can be divided into three parts and consists of container identifier recognition car plate recognition container deformation perception. We linked each system and organized efficient gate operating system. To recognize container identifier the preprocess using LSPRD(Line Scan Proper Region Detection)is performed and the identifier is recognized by using neural network MBP When car plate is recognized only car image is extracted by using color information of car and hough transform. In the port of container deformation perception firstly background is removed by using moving window. Secondly edge is detected from the image removed characters on the surface of container deformation perception firstly background is removed by using moving window. Secondly edge is detected from the image removed characters on the surface of container. Thirdly edge is fitted into line segment so that container deformation is perceived. As a results of the experiment with this algorithm superior rate of identifier recognition is shown and the car plate recognition system and container deformation perception that are applied in real-time are developed.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 물에 대한 판형열교환기의 설계프로그램 개발을 위해 응축열전달계수 및 압력강하에 관한 상관식을 확보하는 것이다. 저온측의 단상유동에 관해서는 Ko의 상관식을 사용하였으며 고온측의 응축이 발생하는 이상유동에 대해서는 Annaiev의 상관식과 Lockhart 모델을 적용하여 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 판형열교환기의 운전가능한 범위내에서 상관식의 오차는 상용코드와 비교시 20%이내를 나타냈다.

  • This paper proposes a new intelligent diagnosis equipment for the partial discharge, which keeps deteriorating the insulating materials inside electric machineries, ultimately leading to electrical breakdown. In order to simulate experimentally the partial discharge inside the electric machinery, the tip-to-plate, the sphere-to-plate, the sphere-to-sphere and the plate-to-plate electrodes are used respectively, of which the gaps are 1[mm], 3[mm] or 5[mm] and the applied voltages are 3[kV], 5[kV] or 7[kV]. Ceramic coupler sensor and FIR digital filter are used to measure the partial discharge and the artificial neural network is used for the deterioration diagnosis of the electric machinery. The microprocessor of PD diagnosis equipment is DSP (TMS320C6713) with FPGA (Cyclone II). The results of the real-time and on-line experiments performed with the developed equipment are also explained.

강성계수의 전달을 이용한 횡방향 하중을 받는 축대칭 원판의 정적해석 (Static Analysis of Axisymmetric Circular Plates under Lateral Loading Using Transfer of Stiffness Coefficient)

  • A circular plate is one of the important structures in many industrial fields. In static analysis of a circular plate, we may obtain an exact solution by analytical method, but it is limited to a simple circular plate. Thus, many researchers and designers have used numerical methods such as the finite element method. The authors of this paper developed the finite element-transfer stiffness coefficient method (FE-TSCM) for static and dynamic analyses of various structures. FE-TSCM is the combination of the modeling technique of the finite element method (FEM) and the transfer technique of the transfer stiffness coefficient method (TSCM). FE-TSCM has the advantages of both FEM and FE-TSCM. In this paper, the authors formulate the computational algorithm for the static analysis of axisymmetric circular plates under lateral loading using FE-TSCM. The computational results for three computational models obtained by FE-TSCM are compared with those obtained by FEM in order to confirm the accuracy of FE-TSCM.

그레이 레이블링 및 퍼지 추론 규칙을 이용한 흰색 자동차 번호판 추출 기법 (License Plate Extraction Using Gray Labeling and fuzzy Membership Function)

  • 2007년부터 흰색 바탕의 자동차 번호판이 등록되어 사용되고 있다. 본 논문은 그레이 레이블링 기법과 퍼지 추론 방법을 이용하여 새롭게 사용되고 있는 흰색 번호판을 추출하기 위 한 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 비재귀 Flood-filling 알고리즘을 개선한 그레이 레이블링(labeling) 기법으로 번호판 후보 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 레이블에 대한 적합도를 퍼지 추론 시스템에 의해 산출한 후 후보 레이블 중에서 가장 적합도가 높은 레이블 영역을 최종 번호판 영역으로 추출한다. 실내외 주차장 및 거리에서 핸드폰 및 디지털 카메라로 획득한 다양한 자동차 번호판 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과 94%의 추출 성공율을 나타내었다.

YOLOv5에서 자동차 번호판 및 문자 정렬 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A Study on Vehicle License Plates and Character Sorting Algorithms in YOLOv5)

  • In this paper, we propose a sorting method for extracting accurate license plate information, which is currently used in Korea, after detecting objects using YOLO. We propose sorting methods for the five types of vehicle license plates managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by classifying the plates with the number of lines, Korean characters, and numbers. The results of experiments with 5 license plates show that the proposed algorithm identifies all license plate types and information by focusing on the object with high reliability score in the result label file presented by YOLO and deleting unnecessary object information. The proposed method will be applicable to all systems that recognize license plates.

Attenuation of quasi-Lamb waves in a hydroelastic system "elastic plate+compressible viscous fluid+rigid wall"

  • The paper studies the dispersion and attenuation of propagating waves in the "plate+compressible viscous fluid layer" system in the case where the fluid layer flow is restricted with a rigid wall, and in the case where the fluid layer has a free face. The motion of the plate is described by the exact equations of elastodynamics and the flow of the fluid by the linearized Navier-Stokes equations for compressible barotropic Newtonian viscous fluids. Analytical expressions are obtained for the amplitudes of the sought values, and the dispersion equation is derived using the corresponding boundary and compatibility conditions. To find the complex roots of the dispersion equation, an algorithm based on equating the modulus of the dispersion determinant to zero is developed. Numerical results on the dispersion and attenuation curves for various pairs of plate and fluid materials under different fluid layer face conditions are presented and discussed. Corresponding conclusions on the influence of the problem parameters on the dispersion and attenuation curves are made and, in particular, it is established that the change of the free face boundary condition with the impermeability condition can influence the dispersion and attenuation curves not only in the quantitative, but also in the qualitative sense.

유전 알고리즘을 이용한 탄화 재료의 화재 물성치 추정 (Estimation of Fire Dynamics Properties for Charring Material Using a Genetic Algorithm)

  • 화재특성을 보다 현실감 있게 분석하기 위해서는 관련된 화재 역학의 정확한 물성 정보를 필요로 하게 되며, 이러한 화재물성을 획득하는 하나의 방법으로서 역물성 분석이 고려될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 역물성 해석의 한가지 방법으로서 역열전달 해석 등에 많이 응용되고 있는 유전 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 고체 형태의 화재 물질로서 비교적 단순한 반응 특성을 나타내는 탄화물이 외부로부터 열을 받아 열분해되는 과정을 비정상 상태의 일차원문제로 간략화하여 해석하였으며, 이 과정에서 관계되는 반응역학의 물성을 추정하기 위하여 유전 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 이러한 역물성 분석의 입력 자료로서는 주어진 물성값을 이용하여 1차원 비정상 문제의 해석 결과인 탄화물의 열분해 표면 온도와 질량소모율 등이 되며, 이들 입력 자료에 해당하는 8개의 화재 물성치를 추정하여 보았다. 추정된 8개의 물성치 중 최대, 최소 상대오차는 각각 151%(탄화물의 비열), 1.81%(탄화 전 초기재료의 비열)이며, 추정된 8개의 화재 물성치를 입력하여 계산한 표면 온도와 질량소모율의 가상실험값에 대한 평균 상대오차는 각각 0.99773%, 3.087802%로 비교적 정확한 값을 추정한 것으로 나타났다.

유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 부재 절단 경로 최적화 (A Study on Cutting Path Optimization Using Genetic Algorithm)

  • Nesting and cutting path optimization have a great effect on the improvement of productivity in many industries such as shipbuilding, automotive, clothing, and so on. However, few researches have been carried out for the optimization of a cutting path algorithm. This study proposed a new method for cutting optimization using gravity center of cutting pieces and a genetic algorithm. The proposed method was tested for a sample plate including many different shapes of cutting pieces and compared to 2 other conventional methods. The test results showed that the new method had the shortest cutting path and the best effectiveness among the 3 methods.
