In this study, unlike high flowing concrete, using glass bubble to develop self-compacting concrete(hereinafter referred to as "SCC") with excellent filler performance by evaluating both flowability and yield stress, viscosity An experiment was conducted. Experimental results show that when 1 kg of glass bubbles are used, it is effective in stabilizing the physical properties of concrete, reducing the yield stress and viscosity.

In order to meet the high performance of the concrete, the viscosity increases with water binder ratio and amount of powder. because of these problems, we use high performance water reducing agent and low viscosity water reducing agent, but side effects may occur when using large amount of water reducing agent. Therefore, in this research, in order to increase the viscosity, I would like to analyze the change in viscosity and flow characteristics of paste by utilizing fly ash and lung limestone which are generally thrown away without using high performance water reducing agent.

In recent year, the ultra high strength concrete has highly increased and been used in many parts of the world. However, the viscosity of the ultra high strength concrete is high because of a low water to binder ratio (w/b). So that in this pater, the shear stress and the shear strain rate are directly measured by the viscometer in order to estimate the rheological properties of the ultra high strength concrete and a linear regression analysis was carried out to determine the plastic viscosity and the yield stress as slope. According to the test results, the yield stress and plastic viscosity are correlated to slump-flow, V-funnel flow time, O-lot flow time

High performance concrete with low water-to-cement ratio has been widely used with increased demand of high rising buildings and huge scaled structures. Additionally, for high performance concrete, various SCMs are replaced to improve its performance from fresh state to hardened state. With the drawback of increased viscosity of the concrete mixture for high performance concrete, low-viscosity typed high range water reducer is the relatively new admixture. Therefore, as a goal of the research, under using various SCMs with wide range of content, the performance of low-viscosity typed high range water reducer was evaluated. Especially, in this research, the influence of low-viscosity typed high range water reducer on rheological properties including plastic viscosity and yield stress were assessed. As a result of the research, it is expected to provide a fundamental information of low -viscosity typed high ranged water reducer on high performance concrete with various conditions of SCMs.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the variations of rheological and magnetic properties with powder loading in plastic anisotropic ferrite magnets. The measured relative viscosities with powder loading were compared with the calculated ones. The variation of relative viscosities with powder loading was in good agreement with that of particle alignment. Remanent flux density and maximum energy product increased linearly with the increase of powder loading, and then showed maximum values. The decrease of magnetic properties at high powder loading was caused by rapid decrease of particle alignment due to the drastic increase of mixture viscosity. The powder loading for maximum magnetic properties is dependent on magnetic field during injection molding and melt viscosity of binder, so the binder with low melt viscosity is necessary to fabricate the magnet with high properties.
A CFD software was used to simulate free surface flow of SCC in the T-Box test. In total, seven simulations were developed to study the effect of rheological parameters on the non-restricted flow performance of SCC in both horizontal and vertical directions. Different suspending fluids having five plastic viscosity values between 10 and 50 Pa.s, three yield stress values between 14 and 75 Pa, one density of $2500kg/m^3$, and one shear elasticity modulus of 100 Pa were considered for suspension of 178 spherical particles of 20-mm diameter and $2500kg/m^3$ density. The results of the simulations are found to correlate well to changes in rheological parameters of the suspending fluid. Plastic viscosity was shown to be the most dominant parameter affecting flowability and dynamic stability compared to the yield stress. A new approach was proposed to evaluate performability of SCC based on a trade-off between flowability and dynamic stability.

The rheological properties of cement paste system mixed with mineral admixture for the purpose of increasing the strength and improving durability and rheology of concrete were investigated. The results were as follows: The rheological properties of one-ingredient paste system were improved with increasing the dosage of superplasticizer. For two-ingredients paste system, increasing the replacement rate of BFS(blast furnace slag) and FA(fly ash), the yield value and plastic viscosity were decreased compared with non-replacement. In the OPC(ordinary portland cement)-SF(silica fume) system, increasing the replacement rate of SF, the plastic viscosity and yield value increased linearly. In three-ingredients paste system, both OPC-BFS-SF and OPC-FA-SF system, the rheological properties were improved compared with the only replacement of SF. Both two- and three- ingredients paste system, the rheological properties using BFS were improved more than FA.
In this study, rheological properties of cement pastes containing ground Finex-slag (4000, 6000, 7000 c$m^2$/g) were investigated bymini-flow test and coaxial cylinder viscometer. And also blast furnace slag(4000, 6000, 7000 c$m^2$/g) were used for comparison. According to the experimental results, Finex-slag and blast furnace slag showed very similar trend in the rheological properties of the cement pastes. The fluidity of cement pastes blended Finex-slag and blast furnace slag powder were improved by high replacement ratio. In the relationship of plastic viscosity and yield stress appeared the tendency of the proportion greatly. And in the relationship of plastic viscosity, yield stress and mini-flow appeared the tendency of the inverse proportion.

Palm Oil Fuel Ash(POFA),which is burned in palm oil factories to get energy and gathered, has been studied in many countries due to its chemical properties. However POFA has high value of LOI and lots of pores on its particle surface. Therefore, in this study, POFA's fluidity were confirmed by mini-slump test and plastic viscosity test. Through the results, fluidity of POFA reduced according to the replacement ratio of POFA because of high value of LOI and its pores on surface and plastic viscosity of POFA increased. In addition, when superplasticizer was added, fluidity increased due to the steric effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.

Waste concrete powder(WCP) has been estimated with a great value-added material as by-product of waste concrete manufactured to fine and coarse aggregate for concrete, because it is able to utilized for cement clinker and concrete admixture. Experimental tests were performed as such plastic viscosity of paste, flow and compressive strength of mortar by surface area of WCP. As a result, flow and 28days compressive strength of mortar was decreased according to increased replacement ratio of WCP as compared to control mortar. Also, plastic viscosity of paste used WCP1 and WCP2 was decreased with increasing replacement ratio, but WCP3 was increased with increasing replacement ratio.
