사회적 총비용을 고려한 발전기 장기 보수계획수립에 관한 연구 (Multi-Year Maintenance Scheduling of Generators with Considering Total Cost)

  • Maintenance scheduling plays an important role in evaluating the supply reliability of power systems. Since generating units must be maintained and inspected, the generation planner must schedule planned outages during the year. Several factors entering into this scheduling analysis include: seasonal load-demand profile, amount of maintenance to bo done on all generating units, size of the units, elapsed time from last maintenance, and availability of maintenance crews. This paper proposes a new algorithm to decide the multi-year maintenance scheduling with considering the total cost. We adjust the maintenance scheduling to levelize the reliability over all period. The proposed algorithm is applied to a real size power system and the developed reliability results are obtained.

두 가지 고장형태를 고려한 생산 및 예방보전 정책 (A Production and Preventive Maintenance Policy with Two Types of Failures)

  • This paper studies an economic manufacturing quantity (EMQ) model with two types of failures and planned preventive maintenance of the production facility. One is a type I (major) failure which should be corrected by a failure maintenance and the other is a type H (minor) failure which can be minimally repaired without interrupting the production run. The objective is to determine the lot size and preventive replacement policy minimizing the long-run expected cost per unit time. We consider a control policy with a constant production lot size and preventive maintenance after completing n production runs. It is assumed that both preventive and failure maintenance times are random and the demand arriving during a stock-out period is lost. An expression for the expected cost per unit time is obtained in the general case. A special case is discussed and numerical results are provided.

  • This study was conducted to provide useful information to enable planned repair and cost planning during the operation and maintenance phase of aged multi-family housing. For this purpose, The concept of probabilistic maintenance cost analysis considering the risk factors of the aged multi-family housing is presented in the following six steps. 1. Risk factor investigation and analysis 2. Classification and deriving of maintenance cost 3. Investigation and deriving cost maintenance cost of old apartment house 4. Analysis of expert questionnaire 5. Analysis of Monte -Carlo simulation 6. Probabilistic maintenance cost Deriving the result. This study has limitations that need to be verified by applying actual data.

공급신뢰도 개선을 위한 발전기 보수계획 (Generator's Maintenance Scheduling to Improve Supply Reliability)

  • 발전기의 보수계획은 전력계통의 공급신뢰도를 평가하는데 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수이다. 발전기는 반드시 검사와 보수를 해야 하기 때문에, 운전계획을 세울 때 한해의 발전기 정지계획을 고려하여 정해야 한다. 이러한 보수계획을 수립할 대에는 계절적 부하수요특징, 보수용량, 발전기 용량, 지난번 보수로부터의 경과시간 등의 여러 가지 요인들을 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 발전기 보수계획 프로그램중 실용적인 방법으로 알려져 있는 LOLP(Loss of Load Probability) 평활화법을 이용하여 각 연도별 공급신뢰도를 최대로 하여 고려대상 기간 전체의 공급신뢰도를 향상시키는 보수계획 수립 알고리즘을 제안한다. 즉, 전력계통의 더 좋은 신뢰도를 얻기 위하여 전체 기간에 대한 신뢰도가 평활화되도록 보수시기를 변경하였다. 제안한 알고리즘을 실계통에 적용하여 그 유용성을 검증하였다.

Meeting the Demands for Major International Traffic Flows through Railnet Austria's Maintenance and Capacity Planning Regime

  • Serving as a strategic crossing point for major corridors in Central Europe, Railnet Austria's Infrastructure Network incurs continual increases in international traffic flows and is therefore subject to accumulating traffic congestion with potential restrictions to infrastructure access. This imposes challenges towards preserving open access to Railnet Austria's existing railway network and hinders quality infrastructure service during maintenance, repair, and upgrading. Through Railnet Austria's experiences, the economic viability of a railway network can be sustained through maintaining open access with good quality service of planned trainpaths, thus representing new challenges for future infrastructure maintenance and capacity planning. Railnet Austria's Capacity Management Department has proven that these challenges can be accommodated more effectively through recent technological developments in data warehousing and software development.

  • 소프트웨어 시스템 진화는 소프트웨어 시스템의 유지보수의 일종으로 계획적이고 체계적인 유지보수 프로세스이다. 소프트웨어 진화 연구는 기존 시스템의 비용편익 분석을 통해 시스템의 유지가치에 대한 판단 근거를 제공하며, 아키텍처를 기반으로 하는 진화는 반복적인 진화 작업의 자동화를 가능케 하여 유지보수 비용 감소를 가능하게 해주는 연구이다. 본 논문에서는 아키텍처 변환패턴을 이용한 소프트웨어 시스템 진화 프레임워크를 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다수의 구성품으로 구성된 시스템에 대해 Hidden Failure를 고려하여 최적의 계획 정비 스케줄링 문제에 대해 연구하였다. 계획 정비 스케줄링의 목적은 장기 운용 유지비용 최소화이다. 시스템 측면에서는 다수의 구성품을 그룹화하여 검사함으로써 시스템이 정지함으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 각 구성품 별로 적절한 검사 주기를 선정하여 고장을 조기에 확인함으로써 고장 발생으로 인한 비용을 최소화 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 계산의 복잡성을 줄이기 위해 기존 연구에서 사용한 "Base interval approach"를 적용하였으며 추가적으로 다수 구성품의 동시 검사를 통한 검사비용 절감 효과를 고려하였다. 검사비용은 소요되는 시설, 장비 및 인력 비용으로 구성된다고 가정하였으며 유사한 구성품을 동시에 검사함으로써 검사비용이 절감되는 경우에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 검사비용 절감 효과를 비교하기 위해 기존 연구에서 활용한 사례를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였고 이에 따른 비용 절감 효과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교하여 제시한다.

ISO Coordination of Generator Maintenance Scheduling in Competitive Electricity Markets using Simulated Annealing

  • To ensure that equipment outages do not directly impact the reliability of the ISO-controlled grid, market participants request permission and receive approval for planned outages from the independent system operator (ISO) in competitive electricity markets. In the face of major generation outages, the ISO will make a critical decision as regards the scheduling of the essential maintenance for myriads of generating units over a fixed planning horizon in accordance with security and adequacy assessments. Mainly, we are concerned with a fundamental framework for ISO's maintenance coordination in order to determine precedence of conflicting outages. Simulated annealing, a powerful, general-purpose optimization methodology suitable for real combinatorial search problems, is used. Generally, the ISO will put forward its best effort to adjust individual generator maintenance schedules according to the time preferences of each power generator (GENCO) by taking advantage of several factors such as installed capacity and relative weightings assigned to the GENCOs. Thus, computer testing on a four-GENCO model is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and the applicability of the solution scheme to large-scale maintenance scheduling coordination problems.

탄산화된 RC구조물의 표면보수에 대한 확률론적 LCC 평가 (Probabilistic LCC evaluation for Surface Repair of carbonated RC structure)

  • Carbonation is one of the major detrimental factors to the reinforced concrete structures owing to penetration of atmospheric CO2 through the micro pores, thereby it reduces the durability of the concrete. The maintenance periods and cost for concrete according to the coefficient variation of different finishing materials is documented in literature. However, it is required to carry out the systematic and well planned studies. Therefore, keeping them in mind, surface repair was carried out to the carbonated concrete and the maintenance cost was calculated to measure the durability life after repair with different variable. The deterministic and probabilistic methods were applied for durability and repair cost of the concrete. In the existing deterministic model, the cost of repair materials increases significantly when the concrete structure reaches its service life. In present study using a stochastic model, the maintenance period and cost was evaluated. According to obtained results, there was no significant difference in the number of maintenance of the coefficient variation. The initial durability has a great influence on the maintenance time and cost of the structure. Unlike the deterministic model, the probabilistic cost estimating model reduces the number of maintenance to the target service life expectancy.
