This paper describes the plagiarism inspection supporting system of typical cultural contents or properties such as game programs, cultural contents of natural language documents and art works and proposes the cultural contents the plagiarism inspection supporting system For this, firstly, a survey of plagiarism inspection methods and tools for supporting Plagiarism inspection about programs, cultural contents of natural language documents are discussed. Secondly, the technical method for supporting plagiarism inspection of cultural art works by analyzing the drawing characteristics of authors is proposed. Finally, the experimental results show the effectiveness of this paper.

In this paper, survey of technical methods for protecting intellectual properties and proposal of art works plagiarism detection are accomplished. ChatGPT, an interactive artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by Open AI in the U.S., gaining popularity with great repercussions around the world. Some academia are concerned that ChatGPT can be used by students for plagiarism, but ChatGPT is also widely used in a positive direction, such as being used to write marketing phrases or website phrases. There is also an opinion that ChatGPT could be a new future for "search," and some analysts say that the focus should be on fostering rather than excessive regulation. This study analyzed consciousness about ChatGPT for college students through a survey of their perception of ChatGPT. And, plagiarism inspection systems were prepared to establish an education support model using ChatGPT and ChatGPT. Based on this, a university education support model using ChatGPT was constructed. The education model using ChatGPT established an education model based on text, digital, and art, and then composed of detailed strategies necessary for the era of the 4th industrial revolution below it. In addition, it was configured to guide students to use ChatGPT within the permitted range by using the ChatGPT detection function provided by the plagiarism inspection system, after the instructor of the class determined the allowable range of content generated by ChatGPT according to the learning goal. By linking and utilizing ChatGPT and the plagiarism inspection system in this way, it is expected to prevent situations in which ChatGPT's excellent ability is abused in education.

본 논문에서는 프로그램 소스 코드로부터 표절을 감정하는 기술적 방법론에 대한 고찰과 자연어 형태로 쓰여진 팔에 대한 표절 형태 및 이를 감정하기 위한 기술적 방법들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 미술품이나 고문헌등에 대한 저작자의 진위 여부 및 표절 감정은 저자뿐만 아니라 소장자의 재산가치 평가 및 문화재 관리측면에서 대단히 중요한 문제이기 때문에 이를 기술적으로 처리하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험에 의해 븐 논문의 유용성을 입증코자 한다.

본 논문에서는 각종 문화콘텐츠의 진위와 표절을 검출하는 방법론에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 표절과 위작 감정이 어떤 방법으로 되어 왔는가에 대해 살펴보고 본 방법과의 비교,고찰을 행하고자 한다. 실험 대상은 우선적으로 미술품등에 대해 수행하였으며 이를 토대로 개발하고 있는 시스템이 표절 감정 및 위작 감정에 유용하게 도움을 줄수 있는 방법임을 밝히고자 한다. 끝으로 현재까지 실험이 수행된 부분에 대해 서 실험 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

Recent dramatical development of computer technology related to internet technology intensifies the dispute over software of computer or smart device. Research on software has been flourished with political issuing of fierce competition among nations for software development. Particularly industrial growth in ethernet based big data and IoT (Internet of Things) has promoted to build and develop open source programs based on java, xcode and C. On these circumstances, issue on software piracy has been confronted despite the basic security policy protecting intellectual property rights of software and thus it is of substantial importance to protect the rights of originality of source program license. However, the other issue on source technology protection of developer is the possibility of hindrance to advancement in industry and culture by developing programs. This study discuss the way of enhancing legal stability of IoT application program development and reinforcing precision in inspection of program plagiarism by analyzing the source programs with newly introducing text mining technique, thus suggests an alternative protective way of infringement of personal information due to duplicating program.

컴퓨터 소프트웨어, 디지털 콘텐츠등 디지털 정보 재산권의 보호는 현재 뿐 아니라 향후 국가의 국력을 좌우할 수 있을 정도로 대단히 중요한 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 표절의 자동검출을 위하여 제작된 각종 소프트웨어 감정 도구들을 여러 각도에서 비교 분석하여 각 도구의 유용성, 제한성, 주요 적용환경 및 분야, 사용방법 등을 제시함으로써 향후 소프트웨어 복제 감정에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.
