  • According to increasing the integration of the device, there are important consideration about the improvement of the reliability in the product. To improve the reliability of the device, the test parameters and test time are increased. There are no pin-to-pin short test and pin-to-pin leakage test in the present test items to analysis the characteristics and reliability of the device. The purpose of the paper is to model the pin-to-pin phenomenon and propose to modify the test method present and to test the new pin-to-pin DC parameters. These modified and additive test items are applied to product test and confirmed to improve the reliability of product test.

REMOVAL TORQUE OF BICORTICALLY STABILIZED RBM(RESORBABLE BLAST MEDIA) PIN IMPLANTS IN RABBIT TIBIA

  • Statement of problem. The use of small diameter implants having less than 3 mm in diameter were restricted because of lack of bonding strength to bone. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to observe how much resorbable blast media pin implants increase the binding force to the bone compared to machined transitional pin implants by measuring removal torque, and whether they can be used as final implants for replacement of small diameter teeth. Material and method. Fifteen rabbits were used in this study. Two kinds of implants (resorbable blast media pin implants and machined transitional pin implants) were inserted in each tibia bicortically. After healing time of 2, 4 and 8 weeks, the removal torque values were recorded and the rabbits were sacrificed for histological analysis. Linear finite element method analyses were conducted to compare bicortical fixation with monocortical fixation. Result and conclusion. Within the limitation of this in vivo study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The removal torque value of RBM pin implants showed statistically significant increase compared to machined pin implants at 2, 4, and 8 weeks respectively (p<0.05). 2) The removal torque value of RBM pin implants at 2, 4, and 8 weeks was increased statistically significantly with time (p<0.05). 3) Bicortical fixation showed better stress distribution compared with monocortical fixation in a linear finite element method analysis. 4) RBM pin implants are not recommended as transitional implants because they showed a lot of bone fracture in histologic specimens.

  • As internet is wide spread, the number of internet service provider is increased. Internet service providers gather the personnel information with inhabitants registration identification number for the user management and the adult authentication. The personnel information is spreaded thorough the Internet by the system hacking, mismanagement and malicious resale. And the personnel information is used for spam email, phishing scams, etc. by malicious others. So the Ministry of Information and Communication Republic of Korea developments I-PIN system of the personnel identification. But, I-PIN has some problem the guideline for it and the method of 5 I-PIN services. In this paper, we analyze the problem about the guideline for I-PIN and the method of 5 I-PIN services. And we propose the countermeasure about the problem.

Verification of neutronics and thermal-hydraulic coupled system with pin-by-pin calculation for PWR core

  • As an important part of the digital reactor, the pin-by-pin wise fine coupling calculation is a research hotspot in the field of nuclear engineering in recent years. It provides more precise and realistic simulation results for reactor design, operation and safety evaluation. CORCA-K a nodal code is redeveloped as a robust pin-by-pin wise neutronics and thermal-hydraulic coupled calculation code for pressurized water reactor (PWR) core. The nodal green's function method (NGFM) is used to solve the three-dimensional space-time neutron dynamics equation, and the single-phase single channel model and one-dimensional heat conduction model are used to solve the fluid field and fuel temperature field. The mesh scale of reactor core simulation is raised from the nodal-wise to the pin-wise. It is verified by two benchmarks: NEACRP 3D PWR and PWR MOX/UO2. The results show that: 1) the pin-by-pin wise coupling calculation system has good accuracy and can accurately simulate the key parameters in steady-state and transient coupling conditions, which is in good agreement with the reference results; 2) Compared with the nodal-wise coupling calculation, the pin-by-pin wise coupling calculation improves the fuel peak temperature, the range of power distribution is expanded, and the lower limit is reduced more.

사출성형에서 밀핀 흔적의 형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Formation of Ejector-Pin Hollowness in Injection Molding)

  • This paper presents formation of ejector-pin hollowness in injection molding. Injection molding process is widely used in production of plastic part for good dimensional accuracy and high productivity. However, the injection molding leaves ejector-pin hollowness on pal, which causes bad part surface and quality. Dimensions and profiles of ejector-pin hollowness are measured for formation or ejector-pin hollowness. The formation of ejector-pin hollowness is traced with dimensions and profiles of ejector-pin hollowness. The compression force and moment cause ejector-pin to form hollowness on part surface.

경량화된 얼굴 특징 정보를 이용한 스마트 카드 사용자 인증 (Smart Card User Identification Using Low-sized Face Feature Information)

  • 지금까지 스마트 카드의 사용자 인증은 단말기에서 PIN(Personal Information Number)을 대조하는 MOT(Match On Terminal)방식으로 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 기존의 방법은 사용자의 망각이나 분실로 인해 PIN정보가 유출될 위험이 있으며, 단말기에서 사용자 정보를 대조하기 때문에 사용자 정보에 대한 불법적인 접근 가능성이 높다. 따라서, 본 논문은 PIN방식과 비교하여 현저히 분실과 망각 위험이 낮은 생체정보를 이용하는 MOC(Match On Card)방식 사용자 인증 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 제한적인 저장 공간을 가지고 있는 스마트 카드에도 저장 할 수 있는 저용량의 얼굴 생체벡터를 구성하고 낮은 연산속도를 가진 스마트 카드에서 실시간으로 매칭 결과를 알아 낼 수 있는 단순한 매칭 알고리즘을 제안한다.

유한요소해석에 의한 압입 접촉손상 특성 연구 (Study of the Damage Property of a Contacted Indent by Finite Element Method)

  • 압입 방식으로서 경량화된 부품이 매우 균질한 정밀도로 생산이 되며 프레스의 기술이 향상되고 있다. 압입 방식으로 조립하였을 시 핀과 구멍사이에는 압축력에 의한 변형력이 발생되고 접촉면이 손상을 입는다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 CATIA 프로그램을 이용하여 3D 모델링하였으며, ANSYS 프로그램을 통하여 압입 접촉된 평면에서 손상평가를 하였다. 해석결과, 핀이 들어갈 때 PCB판에 작용하는 하중은 약 21.3N인 것으로 확인되었으며, PCB판이 Pin에서 빠져나올 때의 하중은 약 19.24N으로 나타났다. 또한 구조 해석결과, Pin 1이 본 연구 모델의 모든 부품들 중에서 가장 최대응력이 많이 발생하므로, 대표적으로 Pin 1의 최대 등가응력이 192.96MPa로 나타났다. 압입 접촉 손상 특성을 규명하고 본 연구결과를 실제의 압입 공정의 설계에 응용함으로서 그 파손을 방지하고 내구성을 평가할 수 있다고 사료된다.

원형 pin fin과 반원형 pin fin 사이의 성능 비교 (Comparison of Performance Between a Circular Pin Fin and a Half Circular Pin Fin)

  • A circular pin fin (CPF) and a half circular pin fin (HCPF) are by using the one-dimensional analytic method. For these two fins, 90% of the maximum heat loss, Corresponding fin length for 90% of the maximum heat loss, fin effectiveness and fin efficiency are compared as functions of convection characteristic number and fin radius. Also, the ratio of heat loss from the HCPF to that from CPF listed with variation of fin length when the fin volumes are the same. One of the results shows that the efficiency of a CPF is larger than that of a HCPF while the effectiveness of a CPF is smaller than that of a HCPF when convection characteristic number, fin length and fin radius are the same.

아이핀 기반 본인확인서비스의 안전성 강화 방안 (Safety Improvement Methods of Personal Identification Services using the i-Pin)

  • Due to development of IT, various Internet services via the non-face-to-face are increasing rapidly. In the past, the resident registration numbers (RRN) was used a mean of personal identification, but the use of RRN is prohibited by the relevant laws, and the personal identification services using alternative means are activated. According to the prohibition policy of RRN, i-PIN service appeared as an alternative means to identify a person. However, the user's knowledge-based i-PIN service continues to cause fraudulent issuance, account hijacking, and fraud attempts due to hacking accidents. Due to these problems, the usage rate of i-PIN service which performs a nationwide free personal identification service, is rapidly decreasing. Therefore, this paper proposes a technical safety enhancement method for security enhancement in the i-PIN-based personal identification service. In order to strengthen the security of i-PIN, this paper analyzes the encryption key exposure, key exchange and i-PIN authentication model problems of i-PIN and suggests countermeasures. Through the proposed paper, the i-PIN can be expected to be used more effectively as a substitution of RRN by suggesting measures to enhance the safety of personal identification information. Secured personal identification services will enable safer online non-face-to-face transactions. By securing the technical, institutional, and administrative safety of the i-PIN service, the usage rate will gradually increase.

사례 연구를 통한 핀테크 도입 방향성 제안 (The Proposal of Direction for Introduction of Pin-Tech Services Based on Research of Cases)

  • Because the Apple Pay which created by U.S's Apple Inc. and launch of Samsung pay in last August in domestic, people have high interest in Pin-Tech industries and new method of easy payment. In this paper, it will study newly introduced Pin-Tech industries and marketability of Pin-Tech industries. Also it will propose safe use of Pin-Tech services based on cases in domestic and overseas. This paper is organized as follows. In Chapter 2, it will study concept of Pin-Tech services and status of Pin-Tech services in domestic and overseas. In Chapter 3, it will look technical trends of Pin-Tech services. In Chapter 4, it will propose direction based on analysis of cases of Pin-Tech services. This paper will finish with conclusion in Chapter 5. Given the global trends, Korea is now just took the first steps in new Pin-Tech era. The Pin-Tech services are in situations that it is not yet activated in domestic due to the various financial regulations and procedures. In this paper, it will shows cases of concerns of Pin-Tech services and domestic authentication which relates to easy payment certification. If Pin-Tech services are develop with easy payment certification and adapt to domestic environment and develop based on stability and security as mentioned in this paper, domestic Pin-Tech services and security technology will grow to the world level. Also it requires unceasing research and efforts from relevant government officials, security companies and Pin-Tech ICT companies.
