Pseudomonas sp.로 동정된 토양분리균의 inulinase를 ammonium sulfate 분획, DEAE Sephadex A-50 Chromatography, Sephadex G 100 및 Sephadex G200 gel여과 등의 과정을 거쳐 정제 한 결과 inulinase PI과 PII의 두 isoenzyme으로 분리되었으며 각각 약 24배와 17배 정제되어 단일단백질로 분리되었다. PI, PII 두 isoenzyme은 다같이 sucrose, raffinose 및 levan은 분해하지 못하고 inulin만을 endo-type로 분해 절단하는 $\beta$-2,1-fructanfructano hydrolase(EC 3.2.1.7)임이 밝혀졌다. 효소활성 최적온도는 두 효소가 같은데 비해 (55$^{\circ}C$), 최적 pH는 PI이 pH5.5, PII가 pH6.0으로 약간의 차이를 보였다. Inulin에 대한 Km값은 PI ; 2$\times$$10^{-3}$M, PII : 5$\times$$10^{-3}$M로써 PI효소가 PII보다 약간 높은 친화력을 보였다.

Irradiation of 4-biphenylyl-4-methyl-2-cyclohexenone (5) in benzene or methanol produced trans-6-biphenylyl-5-methylbicyclo[3,1,0]hexan-2-o ne (5a) and 3-biphenylyl-4-methylcyclohex-2-enone (5b). Electronic configurations of the excited states for 5a and 5b were assigned as n, ${\pi}^*$ and ${\pi}$, ${\pi}^*$ triplet states respectively. Irradiation of 4-methyl-4(${\beta}$-naphthyl)-2-cyclohexenone in benzene or methanol gave 4-methyl-3-(${\beta}$ -naphthyl)-2-cyclohexenone (6a), which is thought to arise from ${\pi}$, ${\pi}^*$ triplet state.

The washing effects on pretilt angle generation in a nematic liquid crystal (NLC), 4-n-pentyl-4’-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) on a rubbed polyimide (PI) surface with trifluoromethyl moiety have been successfully studied. The pretilt angle of 5CB is increased by the washing process on the rubbed PI surface. The surface tension on the rubbed PI surface increases with the rubbing strength RS and then saturated above RS=150 mm. The pretilt angle of 5CB for all washing processes on the rubbed PI surface decreases with the surface tension. We have found that the pretilt angle of 5CB on the rubbed PI surface may be attributed van der walls (VDW) dispersion interaction between the LC molecules and the polymer surfaces having trifluoromethyl moieties.

본 논문에서 핵심적으로 연구할 내용은 기존 논문에서 소개된 BERT-base 모델의 경량화 버전인 DistilBERT 모델을 임베디드 시스템(Raspberry PI 5) 환경에 탑재 및 구현하는 것이다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 임베디드 시스템(Raspberry PI 5) 환경에 탑재한 DistilBERT 모델과 BERT-base 모델 간의 성능 비교를 수행하였다. 성능 평가에 사용한 데이터셋은 SQuAD(Standford Question Answering Dataset)로 질의응답 태스크에 대한 데이터셋이며, 성능 검증 지표로는 EM(Exact Match) Score와 F1 Score 그리고 추론시간을 사용하였다. 실험 결과를 통해 DistilBERT와 같은 경량화 모델이 임베디드 시스템(Raspberry PI 5)과 같은 환경에서 온 디바이스 AI(On-Device AI)로 잘 작동함을 증명하였다.

꽃양배추의 하배축 조직을 proteinase inhibitor II 유전자가 도입된 Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA 4404와 2일간 pH 5.5로 조절된 MS 액체배지에서 공동배양후 carbenicillin 500mg/L kanamycin 20mg/L와 BA 1mg/L가 함유된 MS 재분화배지에 옮겼다. 이들 조직을 매 2주마다 계대배양하였으며 약 4주후에 kanamycin 저항성 개체를 얻었다. 형질전환된 것으로 추정되는 식물체는 kanamycin 30mg/L가 함유된 선발배지에서 생존하였다. PCR 분석결과, PI-II 유전자가 형질전환체의 게놈상에 삽입되어 있음을 확인하였다. 형질전환체의 Southern blot 분석을 통하여 ECL-labelling된 PI-II 유전자와 동일한 것으로 판단되는 약 500bp 위치에서 밴드를 확인할 수 있었다.

국내 콩씨스트선충의 race 분포를 규명하기 위해 전국 8개도 21개 지역으로부터 선충을 채집하여 검정한 결과, 4종류의 race가 발견되었은데, 그중 race 3(48%)이 가장 많았으며 race 5(24%), race 1(19%),race 6(9%) 순이었고 지역별 차이는 없었다. 국내포장에 서식하는 콩씨스트선충 집단중 약 33%는 저항성품종으로 알려진 Pickett를, 약 43%는 PI88788을 가해할 수 있는 virulence gene을 가지고 있었는데, Peking과 PI90763은 모든 씨스트선충 집단에 대해 저항성으로 나타났다. 국내 콩씨스트선충 저항성 품종 육성에는 Peking이나 PI90763을 교배모본으로 하여 race 5와 6에 대한 저항성 품종을 육성하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 보인다.

This paper presents a robust current controller for a surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) by using a PI observer. The decoupling PI(proportional-integral) controller combined with an additional feed-forward compensation has been used for the current controller. The classical feed-forward compensation using velocity information and system parameters is not expected to achieve a robust performance against parameter uncertainties. This paper has adopted a PI observer for the feed-forward compensation to cope with parameter uncertainties without using velocity information. A simple PI observer has been designed to compensate the disturbances that represent velocity coupled terms and parameter uncertainties. Experimental results as well as computer simulations with 630W SPMSM confirm that the proposed approach can deal with the effects of the disturbance and improve the control performance.

To investigate the etiology, pathogenicity and virological properties of NYJ-1-87 strain of Aujeszky's disease virus (ADV) that was isolated from the diseased piglet in Korea, the virus at $10^{6.0}TCID_{50}/0.1ml$ was inoculated intranasally and subcutaneously into 30 to 35 days-old piglets. Results obtained through the experiments were summarized as follows. 1. Ten of the infected piglets were clinically observed for 15 days. On the 2nd day post-inoculation(pi), the signs of pyrexia, anorexia and convulsion were noted. On the 4th to 7th days pi, nervous signs of incoordination and intermittent spasm were shown in the most of piglets, and one out of 5 piglets infected intranasally was died with severe nervous signs at the 7th day pi. The signs became relieved on the 8th day pi and all of remainder were completely recovered on the 13th to 14th days pi. 2. In hematological study, prominent decrease in the number of total leukocyte and lymphocyte was shown in the ADV-infected piglets on the 6th day pi. On the 8th day pi, the cell numbers were slightly increased and returned to normal level on the 10th day pi. 3. Viral excretion of the ADV-inoculated piglets was examined by swabbing of nasal and oral cavities, and rectal feces. During the periods of the 3rd to 11th days pi, the virus was excreted intermittently from nasal and oral cavities, and rectal feces. The nasal excretions were shown the highest virus concentration of $10^{5.2}TCID_{50}/0.1ml$ at the 5th day pi. 4. Recovery of the inoculated virus from various organs of the piglets that were died or experimentally slaughtered was attempted, and the virus was isolated from the tissues of brain and tonsil by the cultured cell-inoculation method. The highest recovery rate was noted in the tonsil. By indirect immunofluorescence antibody assay using ADV-monoclonal antibody, the viral antigens were detected in tissues of spleen and liver as well as brain and tonsil on the 7th to 9th days pi. The virus was not isolated from blood and the tissues of lung and kidney throughout the experiments. 5. Titers of virus neutralizing antibody in the piglets experimentally infected with ADV became increased after the 6th to 9th days pi in both of intranasal and subcutaneous inoculation showing the highest titers of 64 to 128 on the 29th day pi. When the antibody levels were measured by radial immunodiffusion enzyme assay, the reactive diameter was enlarged to be positive after the 4th to 6th days pi in both of intranasal and subcutaneous inoculation showing the largest diameter of 13 to 14mm on the 29th day pi.

We have investigated the relationship between the polar anchoring energy and the surface order parameter in nematic liquid crystal (NLC), 4-n-pentyl-4-cyanobiphenyl (5CB), on the two kinds of the weakly rubbed polyimide (PI) surfaces. The observed polar anchoring energy of 5CB is approximately 2${\times}10^{-4}(J/m^2$) and then increases with increasing the rubbing strength (RS) on weakly rubbed surface (RS=57mm) with side chain at $30^{\circ}C$; same results are obtained on weakly rubbed PI surface without side chain. The surface order parameter of 5CB on rubbed PI surfaces increases with increasing the RS at a weak rubbing region. The surface order parameter of 5CB is strongly related to the characteristics of PI material. Consequently, we suggest that the polar anchoring energy of NLC is strongly attributed to the surface order parameter on rubbed PI surfaces.

The liquid crystal (LC) aligning capabilities by the washing processes after rubbing on the two kinds of the rubbed polyimide (PI) surface were studied. The polar anchoring energy of 4-n-pentyl-4'-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) increased with the rubbing strength RS on the two kinds of the rubbed PI surface. The polar anchoring energy of 5CB on the rubbed PI surface with alkyl side chains is larger than the rubbed PI surface with CONH moiety. Also, the surface ordering of 5CB on the rubbed PI surface with alkyl side chains is larger than the rubbed PI surface with CONH moiety. Therefore, the surface ordering of 5CB strongly depends on the polymers and washing process.
