중학교 교과과정에 따른 보건교육 내용 분석 연구 (A study on health education content analysis in middle school curriculum)

  • The study reserches the related contents of the health education in the existing gymnastics and the domestics textbook, catches learning-Ulaching contents by the health-control function and compares the contents with the health-education curriculum of the Texas State in America. This study is questioned and reserched the general features of the teachers who is change in the health education, their attitudes about the teaching of it, and the recognition degree about their health education. The results above is like the following. 1. Learning-teaching contents by the health-control function. The domestics and gymnastics which contains the health education contents, is not discripted continually and at the same time is short of the contents in the health-control function according to the students' individual domains. Also the recent serious problems, (that is, Smoking, Drinking and Medical poisoning, Emotion, and Psychic domains) were no mentioned. 1) In gymnastics textbook, the physical domains are mentioned 8, 9 in juinor, and senior class, the affective, psychic domains only senior class and the social domains only 1 grade except junior and senior class. Growth-development function is concentratedly stated only 1 grade in physical domains and there is no stated in. The social domains are referred a little in senior class. In cure-recovery functions, the physical domains is being taught in 2, and 3 grade, but not 1 grade. Specially, the social domains are being taught in all grade, but, the affective domains are not at all 2) In the subject of domestics, the physical domains of the daily life functions are taught in all the years, but the emotional, mental domains are taught a little in 1 and 2 grades. The growth-development functions are being taught about the nutrition-health, in the physical parts of all graries, and the emotional-mental, social domains are being taught some in 7 and 8 grade except 3 grade, he cure-recovery functions ere taught in only 1 grade, the contents of rehabilitative functions are not being taught like gymnastics. 2. The general characteristics of the health-education teachers and the health-education. In the calss field, the average age of gymnastics-teachers is from 35 to 40 years old, and it of domestics teachers is from 24 to 29 years old. 1) In the class-hours a week, the gymnastics teachers take lessons 3 hours (75.6%) and the domestics teachers 4 hours (65.6%). In "the health-lessons hours alloted"in a semister, 3 or 4 hours is 38.7% and no hours is 18.0% in gymnastics teachers. On the other hand, there is no hours to teach the health-education in domestics teachers. About the opinion: the health subject must be taught as a independent subject, 42.9% of the gymnastics teachers agreed and 45.3 % of the domestics teachers did. 2) The factors which have an influence upon the health-teachers #. In age, the class lesson hours of a week(r= .0014), the confident manner about the lessons(r= .0485) and the necessity of the lessons (r= .0316) are closely related one another. #. In sexes, the lesson hours a class(r= .0000), the alloted hours of health lesson a semister(r= .0000) the confident manner about the class(r= .0001). the quantity of lesson(r= .0001): and, the teacher's belief(r= .0264) are co-related one another. #. In subject in change. the class hours a week(r= .0000), the alloted hours of health-lesson a semister(r= .0000) the quantity of the lesson(r= .0114) are co-related each other. #. In majority, the class lesson hours a week(r= .0000) the alloted hours of health lesson a semister(r= .0000) the quantity of the lesson are co-related each other. The quantity of lesson and the confidence about the lesson (r= .3223) and the quantity of lesson and the interest of lesson (r= .2450) are co-related each other.

체육교과 진화에 관한 생태학적 조망 (Ecological Viewpoint of Evolution in Physical Education)

  • 본 연구는 체육교과 진화에 관해 생태학적으로 조망해 보고 논의 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2007년 개정 체육과 교육과정을 통해서 의미를 모색해보았다. 교육과정을 토대로 체육교과의 진화를 조망한 이유는 개정 체육과 교육과정에는 체육교육의 목표, 가치, 체육교육의 철학적 배경을 담고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통해 타나난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장교사에 대한 역할 강화를 위한 적극적 지원이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 체육교과에서 전술이 강조되어야 한다. 셋째, 운동을 단순히 기능 혹은 운동신경수준이 아닌 가드너가 제시한 지능으로 해석하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 체육교과의 정상화를 위해서는 현재 고등학교 2, 3학년에서 체육교과 필수 지정에 대한 노력이 필요하다.

The Relation between Body Composition of the Aged and the Change of Physical Fitness Level through Complex Exercise Training for 12 weeks

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and reveal the effects that the complex exercise training consisting of aerobic exercise and strength training(sit up, push up) that everyone can easily practice regardless of a time and a place in order to manage practically the physical strength of the aged affects the difference on their body composition and the change of physical fitness level. Looking into the change of body composition of an experimental group, the weight of 2.5kg was reduced after applying complex training for 12 weeks and the body fat mass of 2.65kg was reduced. Also, the abdominal fat of 0.13% was decreased and the muscle mass of 1.56kg was increased. For the change factors of physical fitness, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility excluding agility showed significant improvement after applying complex exercise training. The improvement of health fitness of the aged under this study was significantly effective to improve specified body functions which had been lowered by aging and insufficient physical activities. So, it is regarded that their health fitness is the important factor to improve the activity competence required for daily life and to lead healthy living by the improved activity competence. Henceforth, it needs to study more the complex composition of several sports, exercise intensity and the frequency based on the previous researches and studies. In addition, it needs to develop the complex exercise training in accordance with various characteristics such as a sex of the aged, an age, a physical fitness level, environment, a disease and the program in consideration of the efficacy and safety during training.

대구지역 치과기공사의 직무스트레스와 신체증상에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting job stress and physical symptoms of dental technicians in Daegu Metropolitan City)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the general characteristics of dental technicians and their health behaviors and to analyze the related factors of their work stress and physical symptoms. Methods: The survey used structured self administered questionnaires for a survey targeting 741 members registered of the Dental Technician Association in Daegu Metropolitan City from September to October, 2009. Total of 518 replies and analyzed 490 questionnaire excluding 28 incomplete questionnaires. Results: The work stresses were higher in those who answered that they were under 30-years old, unmarried, lower in rank, or had longer work hours, lower monthly incomes or poor self-perceived health status. In addition, those who worked in a dental laboratory with poor work environment including insufficient ventilation, sand blaster with no powder collecting functions, etc., tended to experience higher work stress than others due to their work conditions. The total average of the respondents of the survey who answered that they suffered from some physical symptoms was 14.7 points. It was found that the factors affecting the score of physical symptoms include occupational features such as work hours, monthly income, etc., and physical work environment such as the presence or absence of ventilator, of dust-collectors within sand blaster, etc., and work stress, exerted significant influence. Conclusion: The outcomes of this study indicates that to lessen work stress and to ultimately alleviate physical symptoms, it is necessary to do the following: improve work environment of young unmarried women; adjust their daily working hours; ameliorate physical work environment. To improve overall physical symptoms, it is importance to establish a safe and healthy working environment.

집중치료 후 증후군의 신체적 장애 측정도구에 관한 체계적 고찰 (Instruments to Assess Physical Impairments in Post-Intensive Care Syndrome: A Systematic Review)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to systematically review the instruments utilized to assess physical impairment in post-intensive care syndrome (PICS) of intensive care unit (ICU) survivors. Method : Online databases searched were MEDLINE, Cochrane, CINAHL, and Embase. Studies that met the following criteria were included: 1) the study population exclusively had experience with ICU admission; 2) the study assessed pulmonary, neuromuscular, and physical functions; and 3) the study was published in English language journals after 2007. Results : A total of 56 instruments (2 pulmonary, 25 neuromuscular, 29 physical function) from 94 studies were reviewed. They were classified into self-report, observation, and measurement according to the type of assessment. No instrument measured all 3 areas of physical impairment. Five instruments were originally developed for the ICU patients. The most frequently applied instruments were the Medical Research Council and the 36-item Short Form Survey (physical component summary), which were used in 23 studies each. Only 13.8% of reviewed studies reported the reliability or validity of the instruments. Conclusion : Our results suggest that the appropriateness of instruments assessing physical impairment in PICS cannot be guaranteed. Despite the multidimensional concept of physical disabilities, most studies measured only one area, and studies that reported psychometric properties were limited. Accordingly, we propose to develop a unique and multifaceted instrument for ICU survivors.

The Immediate Effects of Dynamic Stretching and Static Stretching Using a Wedge Board on the Balance Ability and Jump Function of Healthy Adult

  • Purpose: This study aims to measure the improvement of balanced ability and rapid response of 30 healthy adults by performing dynamic stretching, static stretching, and sargent jump. Methods: The sample 30 peoples without any musculoskeletal disease who volunteered to be the subject of the study. We measured all subjects on following metrics to evaluate the function and stability under the normal condition, with dynamic stretching (DS) group, static stretching (SS) group: vertical jump height and reaching distance Anterior, Posteromedial, Posterolateral and NO (Normal eye open), NC (Normal eye close), PO (Pillow with eye open), and PC (Pillow with close eye) were evaluated. All measures were analyzed using independent t-test and One-way repeated Anova. Results: There was a significant increase in SJH (Sargent jump) in both groups (p<0.05). In Y-balance test, there was a significant increase in both groups except for the ANT (Anterior) direction, and there was a significant increase only in the SS group in the ANT (Anterior) direction (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between the DS group and the SS group (p>0.05). There was no significant improvement in ST (Stability Index) and WDI (Weight Distribution Index) in both groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: Both DS and SS showed significant improvement in SJH and Y-balance tests, which are dynamic functions, but had no significant effect on static balance ability.

3D 가상공간에서의 센서 표현 방법 (A Method of Representing Sensors in 3D Virtual Environments)

  • 최근 센서와 가상공간의 융합 어플리케이션 개발이 증가함에 따라 실제 공간에서의 물리적 센서를 3 차원 가상공간에서 표현하고 직접 제어, 관리할 수 있는 방법에 대한 요구도 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 물리적 센서와 가상공간의 디지털 객체가 공존하며 시각화를 생성하는 가상세계와 현실세계를 혼합한 증강 현실을 이용하여, 3D 가상공간에서의 물리적 센서 장치를 표현하는 기법을 정의한다. 이것은 이기종 컴퓨팅 환경에서 증강 혼합현실 응용프로그램에서의 데이터 공유와 상호 교환을 통하여 네트워크상의 다양한 물리 센서들을 관리 제어하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현실 세계에 존재하는 수많은 센서들을 구분하기 위하여 대표적인 센서 타입을 분류하고 센서별 기능을 3D 가상공간에 표현하기 위한 센서 장면 그래프를 정의하고 데이터 모델을 정의하였다. 이를 기반으로 3D 가상공간에서 센서 장치들의 기능을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 물리적 센서 뷰어를 개발하였다.

자가 테이핑요법이 노인의 무릎통증과 신체기능에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Self Taping Therapy on Knee Pain and Physical Functions in Older Adult)

  • 본 연구는 자가 테이핑 요법이 노인의 무릎통증과 신체기능에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 시도된 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 이용한 유사 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 본 연구에 참여하기로 동의한 무릎통증이 있는 노인 69명(실험군 33명, 대조군 36명)이다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 카이제곱검증과 t-test로 분석하였다. 69명의 연구대상자에게 무릎통증과 신체기능을 측정한 후 실험군을 대상으로 무릎테이핑 방법에 대한 사항을 교육한 후 1일 1회 교체방식으로 일주일 동안 스스로 무릎에 테이핑을 적용한 결과 실험군의 무릎통증이 감소되고 신체기능의 어려움이 감소된 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 자가 테이핑 요법이 노인의 무릎통증 감소와 신체기능의 어려움 감소에 효과가 있음이 확인되었으므로, 무릎통증이 있는 노인들을 대상으로 본 연구에 사용된 자가 테이핑 요법을 교육할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하기 위해 노력하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구 대상은 80세 미만의 노인이었으므로 초기, 중기, 후기 등 다양한 연령의 노인들을 대상으로 연구를 실시하여 연령별 효과를 확인하는 연구를 제언한다.

아급성기 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 보행 기능에 대한 체중지지 자세에서의 단계적 PNF 패턴 치료의 효과 - 단일사례연구 - (The Effect of a Stepwise PNF Pattern Therapy in Weight-Bearing Positions on the Balance and Walking Functions of a Patient with Subacute Stroke -A Single Case Study-)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the effects of a stepwise proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) pattern therapy in weightbearing positions on the balance and walking functions of a patient with subacute stroke. Methods: The patient was a 78-year-old man with right post-stroke hemiparesis who had decreased balance and gait function. During the baseline and withdrawal phases, no intervention was applied; however, in the intervention phase, the patient received a stepwise PNF pattern therapy in weight-bearing positions. Results: During the intervention phase, the LOS improved by 296.51% (from $2482.13mm^2$ to $626mm^2$), and walking speed improved by 18.70% (from 0.75 m/s to 0.64 m/s). The LOS and 10MWT values appeared to be clinically significantly improved after the intervention. In addition, the scores of the BBS and ABC scales improved by 100% (from 36 points to 18 points) and 56.52% (from 720 points to 460 points), respectively. Conclusion: These findings suggest that a stepwise PNF pattern therapy may be helpful in enhancing the balance and walking function of a patient with subacute stroke. Further studies are required to validate the results of this study.

Development and Application of Visiting Physical-Computing Experience in an Education Program

  • 이 연구의 목적은 일선 초·중등학교에서 컴퓨터 사용이 필요한 일회성 특강 프로그램의 개발 및 적용 사례를 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 연구자는 라즈베리 파이로 학생용 PC 기능을 수행하는 교구를 제작한 후 이 교구에서 활용할 수 있는 아두이노 기반 특강 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 특강 프로그램은 K 대학 인근의 3개 초, 중학교에서 적용한 후 프로그램에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특강에서 활용할 PC 기능의 교구를 개발하였다. 둘째, 아두이노를 활용한 찾아가는 특강 교육 프로그램의 교수학습자료를 개발하였다. 셋째, 특강에서 소수 인원을 개별지도 하는 교수학습 방법을 활용하였다. 넷째, 특강 프로그램의 적용 결과 높은 만족도를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 컴퓨터 사용이 필요한 일회성 특강 프로그램을 기획하거나 피지컬 컴퓨팅 관련 기기를 학교 현장에서 적용하고자 하는 교수자들이 참고할 수 있는 유익한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
