분류 모델을 활용한 AI 기반 화학 I 수업의 효과에 대한 연구 (An Investigation Into the Effects of AI-Based Chemistry I Class Using Classification Models)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 AI 분류 모델을 기반으로 한 화학 I 수업의 효과를 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 경북 D 고등학교에서 2023년 1학기에 시행된 화학 I 수업에서 AI 분류 모델을 활용한 수업의 개발과 적용 후 그 변화를 탐색하였다. 교과 내용과 AI 도구를 선정하고 교과-AI융합 교육 모형 및 AI 하드웨어 소프트웨어를 결정한 후, 프로그램의 세부 활동을 개발하여 실제 수업에 적용하였다. 수업 적용 후, 학생들의 화학 개념 형성, AI 가치 인식, AI 기반 메이킹 역량의 세가지 측면에서 자기 효능감이 향상되었음이 확인되었다. 구체적으로, 텍스트 및 이미지 분류 모델 기반의 화학 수업이 학생들의 화학 개념 형성에 대한 자아 효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 학생들의 AI 가치 인식과 흥미를 증진시켰고, 학생들의 AI와 피지컬 컴퓨팅 능력을 향상시키는데 기여하였다. 이러한 결과는 AI 분류 모델을 기반으로 한 화학 I 수업이 학생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 보여주며, 교육현장에서의 유용성을 입증한다.

소아물리치료사와 소아작업치료사의 보조공학 교육훈련 실태 및 요구 분석 (Analysis on the Status and Needs of Training in Assistive Technology of Pediatric Physical Therapist and Pediatric Occupational Therapist)

  • PURPOSE: This study was designed to evaluate the current state of training in assistive technology(AT) for pediatric physical therapists(PPTs) and pediatric occupational therapists(POTs), in addition, investigate therapists' preferred training methods and contents. The eventual purpose was to suggest the essential fundamental factors to adapt the assistive technology in clinics. METHODS: The subject of this study were 167 therapists(98 PPTs and 69 POTs) who work at general hospitals, welfare center, facilities for the disabled, and special education school in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Frequency analysis and Chi-squared test were used. RESULTS: Significant numbers of PPTs(66 therapists, 67.3%) and POTs(50 therapists, 72.5%) answered that they had received training in AT. More than 48% answered no training experience or low adequacy in each classification scheme for questions. The most difficulty in the training was indicated by lack of education opportunity(90 therapists, 53.9%). The most required device training was seating and position device training(43 therapists, 21.9%) for PPTs and orthosis and prosthesis device training(29 therapists, 21.0%) for POTs. In assistive technology service, PPTs needed evaluation to AT device training(69 therapists, 35.2%) and POTs needed evaluation to disabilities for AT training(41 therapists, 29.7%). Both therapists answered that the most effective training is continuous education(52 therapists, 31.1%) and college education(48 therapists, 28.7%). CONCLUSION: Our findings indicate that PPTs and POTs need more opportunities for training in AT. For effective clinical app lication of AT, there should be continuous education such as on-the-job training, mentoring program, technical manual, and college education.

Review on ICF-related Research Trends in Korean Clinical Field

  • PURPOSE: This study analyzed the research trends related to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) to suggest an ICF utilization plan in the Korean clinical field. METHODS: In the RISS, KISS, NSDL, and PubMed databases, papers published between 2016 and July 2021 were collected by applying the search terms, 'ICF', 'international classification of functioning, disability and health', 'clinic', 'patient', and 'diagno'. The 44 papers selected were classified according to the analysis criteria, and the frequency and percentage were calculated. RESULTS: In domestic clinical trials, the frequency of ICF-related studies was in the order of physical therapy (n = 19) and occupational therapy (n = 14). The frequency of each study subject was observed in the order of studies related to a specific disease (n = 34) and prior studies (n = 7). The research topics were in the order of studies using ICF as a measurement tool (n = 21) and case studies with patients with specific diseases (n = 11). There were 18 studies using ICF codes and 14 papers applying the ICF domains. CONCLUSION: Over the last five years, ICF-related research in the domestic clinical field targeted patients with more diverse diseases in more expertise fields. Research for the unification of terms should be conducted for communication among various experts in clinical practice. To promote the use of ICF in the clinical field, it will be necessary to conduct research, such as the unification of terms, standardized education, development of ICF casebook, and development of ICF coding programs and guidelines.

스포츠 산업 추이에 따른 학점은행제 체육전공 교과과정 운영 현황 및 개선 방향 (Current Status and Improvement Direction of the Curriculum of Physical Education Department Under the Credit Bank System According to the Trend of the Sport Industry)

  • 본 연구는 스포츠 산업 발달에 따른 사회적 변화에 주목하고 이에 부응하는 새로운 체육 교육의 필요성을 인식함에 따라 먼저, 학점은행제 체육계열의 교과과정 운영현황을 파악하고, 나아가 스포츠 산업에서 요구하는 전문인 양성을 위한 교과과정 개선 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위한 선행 연구로써 스포츠 산업계의 융·복합적인 변화를 반영한 미국 대학의 체육 교과목과 국내 정규대학의 교과목을 조사하였다. 이에 현행 학점은행제 체육계열의 운영실태에 관한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학점은행제의 정의/학점인정 대상 및 체육계열의 교육훈련기관 조사, 둘째, 체육계열 표준교육과정의 전공별 교육목표 및 자격과 인정학점 현황 조사, 셋째, 체육계열 학위별 교육기관의 유형과 운영 중인 전공 현황 조사, 넷째, 체육계열 교육기관의 지역별 운영기관의 현황 조사, 다섯째, 체육계열의 전공별 세부교과 분류 및 전공별 과목 현황 조사, 여섯째, 체육계열의 전공별 세부교과 및 국·내외 스포츠 산업 교과의 일치·유사 교과목을 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 학점은행제 교과과정의 다음과 같은 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 사회변화에 맞춘 전공 교과목을 신설해야 한다. 둘째, 시대적 요구에 부응하는 세부 전공별 필수 및 선택 교과목을 수정, 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 스포츠 산업계의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 현장실습 중심의 교과목을 늘려야 한다. 넷째, 학점은행제의 평가인정과 관련하여 제도적 개선이 시급히 이루어져야 한다는 결과를 도출하였다.

환경교육 교재가 갖추어야 할 137가지 조건 (6 Key Characteristics for Excellent Environmental Education Materials)

  • This study was designed to find answers for the two questions that had been raised in the study of Lee and Fortner(2000): 1) How can the appropriateness of classification of environmental issues by perceived certainty and tangibility be improved? and 2) How are perceived certainty, tangibility, significance of environmental issues and willingness to act to solve those problems related to each other? A questionnaire consisted of 40 questions was administered to 144 college students. Results of the study revealed that classification through cluster analysis appeared to be more appropriate and credible than classification by mean scores or medians. Four major factors were found to have high positive correlations to each other as hypothesized. These results imply for environmental educators that people's attitude toward and behavior on environmental problems are likely to be more strongly and meaningfully associated with their perceptions of those problems that are subjective and flexible than physical or chemical characteristics of the problems that are frequently considered as objective.

중등 예비체육교사의 배움중심수업에 대한 메타포 분석 (A Metaphor Analysis on the Learning-Centered Class of Pre-Service Secondary Physical Education Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 중등 예비체육교사들이 배움중심수업에 대해 어떠한 의미를 부여하는지 메타포 분석을 통해 알아보고, 체육수업 중 배움중심수업의 적용에 대하여 인식을 점검하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하고자 배움중심수업에 대한 인식을 메타포로 표현하는 설문 조사로 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 메타포 분석방벙론에 따라 코딩, 메타포 분류, 분석 단위 결정, 표본의 범주화 등의 과정을 통해 처리되었다. 그 결과 교육의 필요성, 교육의 목표 및 내용, 교수·학습 방법 및 평가, 교사 교육 및 역할이라는 4개의 대분류와 자아실현을 위한 수업, 미래 사회 준비를 위한 수업, 창의성을 기르는 수업, 개방적이고 다양한 수업, 호기심 자극 및 흥미 유발 수업, 개인의 발달 및 특성에 적합한 수업, 실천하기 부담스러운 수업, 교사의 창의성과 독창성이 필요한 수업의 8개 내용유형으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 배움중심수업의 필요성 및 방향에 대해 그 시사점을 확인할 수 있었다.

Reliability and Validity of the Korean Translation of the Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory in School-Aged Children With Cerebral Palsy

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the reliability and validity of Korean translation of Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory (PEDI-K) in school-aged children with cerebral palsy (CP). The PEDI-K, Functional Independence Measure for Children (WeeFIM) and Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMIFCS) were completed in 104 school-aged children with CP by therapists. The internal consistency of the PEDI-K was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (${\alpha}$) for assessing reliability. Concurrent validity was evaluated by correlation with the subsets of WeeFIM. Discriminant validity was assessed by comparing GMFCS levels with tests of the PEDI-K. The results showed that internal consistency was good (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ ranged from .97~.98). Concurrent validity was demonstrated. The correlation with WeeFIM was high in the Functional Skills (self-care, r=.74~.94; mobility, r=.59~.91; social function, r=.65~.93) and in the Caregiver Assistance (self-care, r=.75~.94; mobility, r=.63~.90; social function, r=.78~.96). Discriminant validity was demonstrated on significant decreases in domain scores with increasing GMFCS levels. Reliability and validity have been demonstrated on the PEDI-K. This study extends usage of PEDI-K in clinical activities and research.

한국 뇌졸중 환자의 우울관련 변인에 관한 메타분석 (A Meta-analysis of the Variables related to Depression in Korean Patients with a Stroke)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use meta-analysis to evaluate the variables related to depression in patients who have had a stroke. Methods: The materials of this study were based on 16 variables obtained from 26 recent studies over a span of 10 years which were selected from doctoral dissertations, master's thesis and published articles. Results: Related variables were categorized into sixteen variables and six variable groups which included general characteristics of the patients, disease characteristics, psychological state, physical function, basic needs, and social variables. Also, the classification of six defensive and three risk variables group was based on the negative or positive effect of depression. The quality of life (ES=-.79) and acceptance of disability (ES=-.64) were highly correlated with depression in terms of defensive variables. For risk variables, anxiety (ES=.66), stress (ES=.53) showed high correlation effect size among the risk variables. Conclusion: These findings showed that defensive and risk variables were related to depression among stroke patients. Psychological interventions and improvement in physical functions should be effective in decreasing depression among stroke patients.

제6기 지역보건의료계획의 제3차 국민건강증진종합계획 건강증진 지표 활용도 (Utilizing health promotion indices of the 3rd national health plan in the 6th Community Health Plans in South Korea)

  • Objectives: This study was aimed to investigate utilization of health promotion indices of the 3rd National Health Plan 2011-2020 (HP2020) in the 6th Korean Community Health Plan. Methods: Health promotion indices were defined as a set of indicators on smoking, alcohol drinking, physical activity, nutrition and obesity used in HP2020. This indices were categorized into essential indicator, accessory indicators and others. Based on chi-square test, we analyzed utilization of health promotion indices in 186 Community Health Plans by regional classifications: four large influence areas (SudoGangwon, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang and HonamJeju) and four regional classification (metropolitan district, city, urban-rural area and rural area) Results: Among total 186 plans, indicator utilization rate were 97.8% in smoking, 71.0% in alcohol drinking, 91.9% in physical activity, 99.5% in nutrition and 72.0% in obesity. Utilization rates of alcohol drinking indicators and essential indicators in alcohol drinking show significantly difference by four large influence areas (p<0.01) and four regional classification (p<0.01). Essential indicators in physical activity show significantly difference by four large influence areas (p<0.01). Conclusions: Central government must provide technical assistance and educate personnel in community health centers and provincial health department about meaning and usefulness of Health Plan 2020 indicators.
