조직성숙도와 조직성과 간의 소프트웨어 정책의 효과분석 (The Moderating Effects of Software Policy between Organizational Capability Maturity and Organizational Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how software policy shows the moderating effects between organizational capability maturity and organizational performance. The software policy includes the proportions of development personnel and development budget that can affect organizational performance. It is important to empirically identify whether the ratios of budget and personnel, which are some of the main policy indexes of the organization can promote the causal relationship between organizational maturity and organizational performance. These personnel and budget may be assumed to affect the causal relationship between organizational capability maturity and organizational performance. The results of this study shows that the moderating effects of software policy are partially proved. The two policy indexes, personnel ratio and budget ratio, showed a moderating effect between process implementation and organizational performance, but did not show any moderating effect between quantitative management and organizational performance. This is because the companies participating in the survey are still in the early stages of quantitative process management and quantitative management does not show the differentiated results among the participating organizations. The significance of this study is as follows. In the academic aspect, the causal relationship between organizational maturity and organizational performance was examined empirically, and it was analyzed whether the two adopted policy indicators have a moderating effect between organizational maturity and organizational performance. On the practical side, the analysis suggested that the ratios of budget and personnel emphasized by the government or organization played a role of facilitating the organizational maturity and organizational performance.

Finding Naval Ship Maintenance Expertise Through Text Mining and SNA

  • Because military weapons systems for special purposes are small and complex, they are not easy to maintain. Therefore, it is very important to maintain combat strength through quick maintenance in the event of a breakdown. In particular, naval ships are complex weapon systems equipped with various equipment, so other equipment must be considered for maintenance in the event of equipment failure, so that skilled maintenance personnel have a great influence on rapid maintenance. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed maintenance data of defense equipment maintenance information system through text mining and social network analysis(SNA), and tried to identify the naval ship maintenance expertise. The defense equipment maintenance information system is a system that manages military equipment efficiently. In this study, the data(2,538cases) of some naval ship maintenance teams were analyzed. In detail, we examined the contents of main maintenance and maintenance personnel through text mining(word cloud, word network). Next, social network analysis(collaboration analysis, centrality analysis) was used to confirm the collaboration relationship between maintenance personnel and maintenance expertise. Finally, we compare the results of text mining and social network analysis(SNA) to find out appropriate methods for finding and finding naval ship maintenance expertise.

비보건계열 대학생의 치과위생사 의료인화에 대한 견해 (The Opinions of Non-health Major Students on Registered Dental Hygienists to Medical-Personnel)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 20대 일반 국민의 눈높이에서 치과위생사 의료인화 정책에 대한 견해를 조사하여 정책수립의 기초자료를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 보건의료계열 직업에 대한 사전정보가 없는 비보건계열 대학생 265명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행한 후 빈도분석, 교차분석, 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 70.2%는 치과위생사를 의료인이라고 생각하고 있었고, 치과위생사가 의료인이어야 한다고 생각하는 응답자는 40%, 보건의료계열 직업을 의료인과 의료기사로 구분하지 않아야 한다고 생각하는 응답자는 17.7%이었다. 연구대상자의 구강건강관리행동 능력이 우수할수록 치과위생사 의료인화 정책에 찬성하는 것으로 나타났고(p=.022), 치과정기방문 주기가 길수록 치과위생사는 의료기사이어야 한다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다(p=.004). 치과정기방문 여부, 스케일링 경험 여부, 구강보건교육 경험 여부에 따라 의료인화 찬반의견에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 치과위생사 의료인화 정책을 수립하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

정보화전략의 효과적 추진을 위한 교육훈련체계에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Education and Training System for Effective Implementation of IT Strategies)

  • The objective of this research is to develop education and training systems for IS department and user department personnel, which is essential to effective implementation IT(information technology) strategies in most of organizations. In order to achieve this research objective, first this study theoretically derives six categories of education and training based on comprehensive review of the previous research, and explicates concrete items for each category. And then, with respect to each of these items, we empirically investigate the degree of necessity measured by the gap between the required level of knowledge and skills which staff members should have for effective implementation of IT strategies and the present level of them which they really have. Field survey is employed for the data collection: 270 questionnaires are distributed to the companies in private and public sectors, and 196 questionnaires are collected in useful condition and are analyzed. The findings of this research shows that six dimensions of education and training are empirically derived by factor analysis as following: (1) general knowledge for organizational overview, (2) management knowledge and skills, (3) knowledge and skills of the specific information system which IS department and user department personnel are directly involved in developing and operating, (4) knowledge and skills for strategic use of IT, (5) general knowledge and skills for IT and (6) advanced expert knowledge and skills for specific IT. And the degree of necessity turns out to be statistically significantly different among six dimensions of education and training needed by IS department and user department personnel respectively. Also for each dimension, the degree of necessity is shown to be statistically significantly different between IS department and user department personnel The results of this study can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the IT education and training system for effective implementation of IT strategies, Also they can be used as a practical guideline in developing and promoting specific IT education and training programs in real organizations.

유치원 행정업무담당자의 직무스트레스와 스트레스대처방안에 관한 연구 -경상남도 O시 중심으로- (A Study on Job Stress and Stress Coping Strategies for Administrative Personnel working in Early Childhood Educational Institution - With a Focus on O City, Gyeonsangnam do -)

  • 본 연구 목적은 유치원 행정업무담당자의 직무스트레스와 스트레스대처 방안을 파악하고자 한다. 연구 대상은 경상남도 ${\bigcirc}$시에 소재하는 유치원 행정업무담당자 119명을 대상으로 2014년 9월 10일부터 12월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, t-test, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 연령, 결혼유무, 종교, 직급 등 요인별 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 상관관계에서 스트레스 대처방안의 하위변수인 경험자의 조언, 문제 상항에 대한 방어기제는 부적 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 회귀모형에서 직무스트레스와 음주회수, 직급이 통계적으로 유의미한 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유치원 행정업무 담당자의 업무 개선을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

장애 학습자와 웹 기반 교수자의 웹 접근성에 대한 인식도와 이를 위한 효과적인 교수설계전략 (Perception of Students with disabilities and their WBI personnel about Web accessibility and its effective instructional design strategies)

  • 본 연구는 1) 고등교육기관에 있는 장애 학습자와 그들의 웹 기반 교수자(web-based instructional personnel: WBI 교수자)의 웹 접근성에 관한 인식도를 알아보고, 장애 학습자들을 위한 접근 가능한 WBI를 설계 개발하기 위해 WBI 교수자들에 의해 실제로 사용되고 있는 효과적인 WBI 교수설계전략들은 무엇인지를 밝혀내는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 미국 중서부 지역 소재 대학에 재학(직) 중인 16명의 장애 학습자와 WBI 교수자들이 개별 인터뷰에 참여하였다. 연구 결과, 장애 학습자나 WBI 교수자들은 웹 접근성에 대해 거의 알지 못하고, 이를 위한 준비도 되어 있지 않았다. 그러나 웹 접근성을 제공하는 것은 장애 학습자에 대한 기회의 평등과 삶의 질을 보장하는 것이며, 이는 혁신적인 기술에 의해 상당부분 해소될 수 있다는 강한 신념을 가지고 있었고, 웹 접근성 규준이나 지침을 통과하였다 하더라도 이는 웹 접근성을 보장하기 위한 최종 단계가 아닌 시작에 불과하다고 인식했다 WBI 교수자들은 또한 장애 학습자를 포함, 보다 다양한 학습자들의 요구를 수용하기 위해서는 다양한 교수방법 등이 제공되어야 하며, 비록 웹 접근성과 이를 구현하기 위한 구체적인 방안에 대해서는 잘 모르지만 접근 가능한 WBI를 설계 개발하기 위해서는 적절한 WBI 교수설계전략이 사용되어야 한다고 주장했다. 마지막으로. 접근 가능한 WBI를 만들기 위해 WBI 교수자들에 의해 사용된 몇 가지 효과적인 교수설계전략들이 기술되었다.

국내 원전 발전정지사례 분석정보 시스템 개발

  • Information that can be obtained from nuclear power plant trip cases is important for the efforts to reduce the trip occurrences. However, trip case reports, generally printed in documents, have shortcomings in using the contents. A database system called Information System of Trip Event Cases (INSTEC) is being developed to improve the use of trip information. INSTEC will provide the information obtained from the analysis of Korean nuclear power plant trips, such as component failures or human errors that induced the trips, problems contributed to the trips, and the sequence of unit events. In this study, in the process of INSTEC development, information analysis has been performed and a prototype of the system was developed. The prototype of INSTEC with user interface was presented to plant personnel to collect their opinion on INSTEC by using a questioninnaire. As results, it is confirmed that INSTEC would be helpful and useful for plant personnel to review the trip case information.

한국 사서직제 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improving Personnel System of Librarianship in Korea)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 국내 사서직제의 개선방안을 제안하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 5가지의 대안(현행 직제를 유지하되 직급을 상향 조정하는 방안, 사서직렬을 행정직군에서 분리하여 단독직군으로 전환하는 방안, 사서직과 관련 직종을 묶어 독립직군으로 신설하는 방안, 사서직을 학예직군 아래의 연구직렬로 이속시키는 방안, 그리고 복수 직군화하는 방안)을 상정하여 각각의 논거, 장점과 단점, 실현가능성 등을 정밀 분석하였다. 그 결과, 제3안(사서직, 학예직, 기록관리직을 통합한 가칭 '기록문화직군 또는 기록정보직군'의 신설)을 한국 사서직제의 가장 바람직한 대안으로 제안하였다.

국내 IS요원의 이직의도의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study of Determinants of Turnover Intention of IS Personnel)

  • Recruiting and maintaining capable IS personnel is crucial to on-time application developments and information services that can gear to corporate strategic planning and to achieve corporate goals and objectives. A shortage of fine IS staff has been always a threat to providing satisfactory IS services and a constraint that holds companies back to expand further and operate more efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to understand factors that satisfy IS personnel and then restrain them not to leave their current job positions. However, little study has been done about what these factors are and how these factors are related to the turnover intention each other especially using domestic data. Therefore, this study suggested a structural turnover intention model and investigated relationships among the selected factors including demographic variables, career-related variables, job satisfaction, career satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions. Major findings are: i) overall, career-related variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly determine the turnover intention, ii) contrary to the U.S. studies, our IS people tend to show lower organizational commitment as they become older and get more experience, and iii) contrary to the U.S.'s findings, career-related variables are negatively related to organizational commitment. Implications and discussions of these findings are also described.

  • The article analyzes the possibility of using information and innovation experience in training public administration specialists, and also explores the system of training public administration and management specialists abroad. It was determined that in the European Union, Japan and other developed countries, three concepts of qualified personnel training will be developed: the concept of specialized training is focused on the present or near future and is relevant for the respective workplace; the concept of multidisciplinary training is effective from an economic point of view, as it increases intra-production and non-production mobility of an employee; the concept of learner-centered learning with the aim of developing human qualities.
