The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security. For the successful operation of enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership and field of activity, in order to carry out effective activities, they turn to innovative methods related to the formation of the potential of the workforce, and increasing the level of education and qualifications of staff and establishing their potential ability to make independent decisions. Based on the results of the study, the key features of innovation and project management in the system of improving the performance of personnel as a factor in ensuring competitiveness and investment security are characterized.

The article proposes a method of modeling a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of regional management of innovation activity. This will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of personnel, financial and credit and foreign economic activity of the regions from the standpoint of an integrated approach. The modeling technique is proposed to be carried out using the tools of taxonomic analysis and the calculation of a complex indicator of the effectiveness of the innovation activity management.

The article analyzes the possibility of using information and innovation experience in training public administration specialists, and also explores the system of training public administration and management specialists abroad. It was determined that in the European Union, Japan and other developed countries, three concepts of qualified personnel training will be developed: the concept of specialized training is focused on the present or near future and is relevant for the respective workplace; the concept of multidisciplinary training is effective from an economic point of view, as it increases intra-production and non-production mobility of an employee; the concept of learner-centered learning with the aim of developing human qualities.

The increasing size and complexity of modern construction projects demands mature capabilities of onsite personnel with regard to recognizing unsafe situations. Construction safety training is paper or computer-based and suffers from a distinct gap between the classroom training environment and real-world construction sites; even trained personnel can find it difficult to recognize many of the potential safety hazards at their jobsites even after receiving construction safety training. Immersive technologies can overcome the current limitations in construction safety training by reducing the gap between the classroom and a real construction environment. This research developed and tested a new Augmented Reality (AR)-based assessment tool to evaluate the hazard recognition skills of students majoring in construction management as part of a construction safety course. The quantitative and qualitative results of this research confirmed that AR-based assessment can become a very effective assessment tool to evaluate safety knowledge and skills in a construction safety course, outperforming both paper and computer-based assessment methods. The students preferred AR-based assessment because it provides a realistic visual context for real world safety hazards.

연구의 목적은 학부별 눈높이에서 치과위생사의 의료인화에 대한 의견을 수집하여 정책 반영에 기초자료로 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 비보건계열인 유아교육과, 미용예술과, 보건계열의 치위생과 전공자 중 2학년 여대생 180명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행한 후 빈도분석과 교차분석을 통한 카이제곱 검정을 실시하였다. 전공별로 치과위생사의 법적 업무와 법적 외 업무에 대한 인식정도는 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 있었고, 유아교육과 전공자들은 96.7%, 미용예술과 전공자들은 73.3%, 치위생과 전공자들은 85.0%가 치과위생사를 의료인이라고 생각하고 있었다. 그 이유로는 유아교육과 치위생과 전공자들의 경우는 1순위로 국가시험을 통해 보건복지부 장관이 면허증을 교부하기 때문에 각각 32.8%, 41.2%로 가장 높았으나, 미용예술 전공의 전공자들은 치과의사의 지도하에 시행하는 진료의 보조가 31.8%로 가장 높게 나타나 학과별로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.

국제해사기구(IMO) 해사안전위원회(MSC)의 제106차 회의를 통해, 해상 산업활동을 위해 이송되거나 수용되는 모든 인원에 대한 의무적인 안전 교육 요구사항이 SOLAS 제15장 IP(산업인력) 코드로 제정되고 채택되었다. 이 규정은 항해 및 작업 환경에서의 유해한 위험을 예측하고 완화할 수 있도록 승선 전 안전 교육을 의무화한다. u 또한, IP 코드에는 산업인력을 위한 교육 내용 및 필수 교육을 이수하지 않은 산업인력에 대한 승선 거부 규정이 포함되어 있다. IP 코드는 2024년 7월에 발효될 예정이며, 그에 앞서 이러한 선박에 승선하는 산업인력을 위한 안전 교육이 개설되어 운영이 필요하다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 IP코드 내 교육과 관련된 법적 요건에 대해 검토하고 현행 선박과 관련하여 진행되는 안전교육인 STCW 교육, OPITO 교육, GWO 교육 및 기타 수탁 교육의 교수요목, 교육대상, 기간 및 강의구성을 포함한 모델의 세부 내용을 분석하였다. 아울러 이를 통하여 총 2일간의 16시간으로 구성된 한국해양수산연수원에서 개설한 IP 교육과정에 대해 교수요목, 기간 및 강의구성 등 커리큘럼의 모델에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

Scheduling for nursing personnel involves many factors and requirements. Therefore, manual scheduling requires much time and effort to produce an adequate schedule. This paper introduces a PC based nurse scheduling support system which was developed in Microsoft Access 2.0, an easy to use data base management tool. First step of this system is to determine necessary number of nursing personnel by medical law or by patient classification. Current Korean medical law stipulates that number of patients attended by a nurse is 2.5 for hospitalization. In addition, necessary nursing personnel by patient classification was determined four nurses for seven patients in this system based on the authors' preliminary study. And the second step is to assign daily duty type for each nurse at every nursing unit automatically. The introduced system fully utilizes the GUI environment of Microsoft Windows and even makes the computer-novice nurses feel comfortable in using the system. This system can help nursing administrators improve nurse scheduling in a way of quick and easy schedule generation for the future, and allow nurses more time for patient care.

In this study, it is developed the interactive DNC(Direct Numerical Control) system, in using RS-232C cable and auxiliary computer, through the diagnosis of planning process and information evaluation. this DNC system recognize the Manufacturing planning and control it. This DNC system has a different notation. It can be done by an operator who hasn't knowledge about personnel computer. It is operated with automatic planning and measurement tec. by operator, using part program on the NC(Numerical Control).

This study surveys 212 accounting information systems (AIS) of 85 manufacturing firms by using the research model based on the management process of AIS to figure out the current status and problems of the computing environment and AIS of Korean firms. The analysis of the current status leads to the suggestions to promote the utilization and efficiency of AIS. The level of experiences and education of information system (IS) personnel turns out to be still low. More education is needed to upgrade the IS personnel. AIS users lack in the computer knowledge. The users need more computer education. The analysis on the computerization and information characteristics of the AIS subsystems shows that the computerization is well established in the financial accounting area. On the other hand, the computerization for managerial accounting areas is in its early stage. The managerial accounting systems need be developed to support the managerial decision making effectively. The majority of firms develop the AIS by their own IS teams. When firms use the consulting services in developing AIS, they prefer accounting firms. The majority of firms fail to evaluate the AIS because the evaluation tools are not available. Most firms do not perform the auditing for AIS. It is needed to develop the tool and techniques for evalauation and auditing AIS.
