  • This paper describes the analysis of the effect on personnel computer in case of turning off power supply of main breaker in general electrical installation. In order to analyze the effect on personnel computer in case of turning off the power supply of main breaker, the switching impulse generator has been designed and fabricated which makes it possible to evaluate the effect on electrical product by switching impulse. The switching impulse tests were carried out for personnel computer according to applied voltage and number of switching impulse. As a consequence, switching impulse had not a significant influence on personnel computer in this study. The varistor of power input section functions as a protection of switching impulse as well as lightning impulse. The results will be used to related organization, and electrical product manufacturer, and residents.

  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of personnel security in the context of the public administration system. Today the civil service is the central link in increasing the efficiency of the public administration system. Finding Naval Ship Maintenance Expertise Through Text Mining and SNA

  • Because military weapons systems for special purposes are small and complex, they are not easy to maintain. Therefore, it is very important to maintain combat strength through quick maintenance in the event of a breakdown. In particular, naval ships are complex weapon systems equipped with various equipment, so other equipment must be considered for maintenance in the event of equipment failure, so that skilled maintenance personnel have a great influence on rapid maintenance. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed maintenance data of defense equipment maintenance information system through text mining and social network analysis(SNA), and tried to identify the naval ship maintenance expertise. The defense equipment maintenance information system is a system that manages military equipment efficiently. In this study, the data(2,538cases) of some naval ship maintenance teams were analyzed. In detail, we examined the contents of main maintenance and maintenance personnel through text mining(word cloud, word network). Next, social network analysis(collaboration analysis, centrality analysis) was used to confirm the collaboration relationship between maintenance personnel and maintenance expertise. Finally, we compare the results of text mining and social network analysis(SNA) to find out appropriate methods for finding and finding naval ship maintenance expertise.

  • 본 논문에서는 블루투스 기반의 비콘을 활용하여 해군 함정의 인력들의 위치를 한눈에 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 논문에서 제안된 시스템은, 근거리 무선통신장치인 비콘을 수신할 수 있는 비콘 수신기를 선실마다 설치하고 인력들이 소지한 비콘에서 발신하는 정보를 수신한다. 수신된 정보는 처리 서버로 송신하고 처리서버에서는 객실별 인원 정보를 통합 처리하여 전시모듈로 송신한다. 전시모듈에서는 각 객실별로 위치하고 있는 인력정보를 전시한다. 설계한 시스템을 이용하여 모의시험을 실시한 결과 통합 처리된 객실별 인력 위치정보가 전시모듈로 전달되어 전시 되는 것을 확인하였다. 함정 내에서 구두로 인력 위치가 보고되는 기존 상황과 달리 실시간으로, 신속하게 인력 위치를 확인할 수 있는 본 시스템은 비전투 상황에서의 인원관리, 전투상황에서의 신속한 전투배치에 도움을 준다. 이는 전투력 향상에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.
