최근린 배차 규칙 기반 온라인 Personal Rapid Transit 배차 알고리즘 (An Online Personal Rapid Transit Dispatching Algorithm Based on Nearest Neighbor Dispatching Rule)

  • Personal Rapid Transit (PRT)는 차세대 대중교통 수단으로 에너지 효율적이며 높은 수준의 고객 서비스를 제공한다. 정류장에 동적으로 도착한 고객이 운송 서비스를 요청하면 PRT 시스템은 차량을 배차한다. 본 연구에서는 PRT 시스템을 위한 새로운 온라인 배차 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 제시된 알고리즘은 최근린(nearest neighbor) 배차 규칙을 기반으로 개발되었으며, 이분 매칭(bipartite matching)을 사용하여 다수의 PRT 차량과 고객을 동시에 고려하여 배차를 결정한다. 이 경우 전체 차량 중 배차 대상 차량의 선택 범위가 성능지표에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 차량의 상태를 고려하여 체계적으로 배차 차량을 선택하는 방법을 제시한다. 성능지표로 공차 이동거리와 고객 대기시간을 고려하였으며, 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하여 배차 선택 범위에 따른 성능지표의 차이를 확인하였다. 그리고 기존의 배차 규칙과 비교하여 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론이 우수하며 PRT 시스템에 적합한 것을 확인하였다.

A Computer Simulator to Assess the Operational Scenarios for the Personal Rapid Transit Systems

  • The personal rapid transit (PRT) system is a small scale transportation system that employs a novel concept to solve the traffic congestion problem in the city area. The PRT system is a driverless on-demand system that a passenger calls a vehicle rather than waits for the vehicle. Therefore, one of the most important issues in the PRT system is how to control the vehicle with the satisfaction of the basic concept of the PRT system. In this paper a computer simulator is introduced to evaluate the vehicle. operational control algorithm of the PRT system. The. computer simulator has the commercial embedded processor boards that operate in the real time operating system and pre-designed vehicle control algorithm is coded into the processor boards. The experimental results present the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation apparatus.

  • The PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) system has been being researched and examined to efficiently provide high quality services to passengers against the traffic congestion of the capital region. With concept that PRT differentiated from GRT(Group Rapid Transit), PRT generally is a tracked vehicle system operating with unmanned. The embedded software of PRT Automated Control system generally is comprised of the central software, stations software and vehicle software. The controllers of these software interface to each other using its RF communication antennas. In this paper, each embedded software of the PRT system should be applied to an incremental and systematic test approach technique in the design and implementation phase, because the reliability and safety of the PRT system should be assured

소형무인경전철(PRT)궤도 레일이음매의 동적거동 분석 (Evaluation of Dynamic Behavior of Rail Joints on Personal Rapid Transit Track)

  • The objective of this study was to estimate the dynamic behavior of a personal rapid transit(PRT) track system using a rail of rectangular tube section and a rail joint of sliding type, and to compare the results with the normal rail and rail joint of a PRT track system by performing field measurements using actual vehicles running along the service lines. The measured vertical displacement of rail and sleeper, and vertical acceleration of rail for the normal rail and rail joint section were found to be similar, and the rail joint of sliding type satisfied the design specifications of the track impact factor for a conventional railway track. The experimental results showed that the overall dynamic response of the rail joint were found to be similar to or less than that of the normal rail, therefore the rail joint of sliding type for PRT track system was sufficient to ensure a stability and safety of PRT track system.

  • PRT(Personal Rapid Transit) 시스템은 자동차를 대체할 수 있는 지속 가능한 친환경 미래교통 수단으로 최근 국내외적으로 활발한 연구가 진행 중이다. 이러한 PRT 시스템의 중요한 특징 중 하나는 저비용으로 건설 운영될 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 PRT 주행선로에 대해 차량의 주행안정성을 고려한 최적 평면 선형에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 설계 최고속도로 주행 시 곡선반경, 완화곡선 길이, 캔트(편경사)와 같은 주요 매개변수들에 대해 차량동역학 해석을 수행하였으며 최적선형 설계(안)을 제시하였다. 해석결과, 이론값을 만족함을 알 수 있었으며 기준 완화의 가능성도 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Personal Rapid Transit(PRT)는 대중교통중심의 지속가능한 사회를 위한 교통수단으로 각광받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험하지 못한 교통수단에 대한 이용자들의 인식을 효과적으로 측정하기 위한 설문 설계방법을 제시하고, PRT 잠재적 이용자들의 지불의사액(WTP: Willingness-to-pay)을 고려한 수단전환율 모형을 구축하여 이용경험이 부재한 사람들의 교통수단 이용선호의 변화를 분석하였다. 또한, 연구의 적정성을 검증하기 위해 설문조사 결과를 기초로 구축된 수단전환율 추정모형을 PRT 도입이 논의 중인 송도신도시에 적용하여 PRT 이용수요를 예측하고, 요금수준에 따른 수단전환율의 변화를 기존 수단전환율 예측모형의 결과와 비교하였다. 모형적용결과를 통해 본 연구에서 제안된 설문 설계방식은 교통수단 이용선호와 관련된 설명변수를 효과적으로 측정함을 알 수 있다. 또한, 요금수준에 따른 PRT 수단전환율 예측에 있어서, 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 모형이 기존 모형보다 이용자가 느끼는 요금에 대한 저항을 현실적으로 반영하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The PRT (Personal Rapid Transit) system is a new transportation system in accordance with the requirements of the passengers. Although this PRT system was proposed a long time ago, it did not hold the limelight due to the several limitations in technology. However, the research and development has been active again recently thanks to the development in technology and the review on its applicability as the means of transportation linking to the urban transit system. Although most of these recent studies in relation to the PRT are focused on the hardware such as PRT vehicles or track structures, etc., the operational aspect of it is more important than that of any other means of public transportation. Therefore, among studies on operational aspect of this PRT system, this paper shows the result of study on technology in relation to the movement of vehicle to the station where it was called by the passenger through interface of the wayside control center with the vehicle control system in case where the passenger calls a vehicle at the station.
