  • 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 환경에서 수많은 개인정보가 활용되고 있으나, 개인 사용자는 자신의 어떠한 개인 정보가 전송되는지 모르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 패킷 내에 개인정보를 지속적으로 모니터링하고, 유출 여부를 사용자에게 알려주는 모니터링 도구 개발을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 개인정보 모니터링 도구를 구현하고, 그 결과를 분석한다. 또한 기업 기밀정보 유출 방지, 의료정보 유출 방지 등 직접 활용할 수 있는 응용 분야에 대해 제시한다. 본 연구 결과는 개인정보 유출 방지에 기여함으로써 개인정보를 대상으로 하는 다양한 사이버 침해를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

국내 작업환경측정기관들의 개인시료 채취기 운용현황 실태 조사 (A Survey on Management Status of Personal Air Sampler in Domestic Provider for Work Environment Monitoring Service)

  • Objectives: The principal aim of this study is to provide fundamental data for suggesting substantial management plan of personal air sampler by investigating current situation of work environment monitoring service provider. Materials and Methods: The questionnaires regarding a personal air sampler were sent by electronic mail to 150 institutions, except for 22 institutions which are out of business or closed temporarily, among total 172 domestic work environment monitoring service providers designated by Ministry of Employment and Labor based on 2013. The institutions which did not reply to the questionnaire for 30 days were required directly by phone call. Finally 97 institutions gave an answer to the questionnaire and therefore the respondence rate was 65%. Results: The normal operation rate of personal air sampler exceeded 70% in all the types (particle, gas and both combination) in terms of purchased year. Furthermore the personal air sampler purchased recently showed a trend of high operation rate compared to the personal air sampler purchased previously. The distribution patterns of personal air sampler In terms of manufacturers were Gillian>MSA>SKC for particle, Gillian>SKC>AMETEK for gas and Gillian>MSA>Casella for both combination, respectively. As a result, it was found that the personal air sampler manufactured by Gillian company was utilized the most in domestic work environment monitoring service provider regardless of types of personal air sampler. Conclusions: Based on the results obtained from this study, the normal operation rate according to types of personal air sampler was as follows: 94% for personal air sampler for collecting particle only, 93% for personal air sampler for collecting gas only and 89% for collecting both particle and gas. Overall, the numbers of personal air sampler possessed and operated normally in domestic work environment monitoring service provider were 5,458 and 5,062, which indicates the normal operation rate of personal air sampler in total aspect is 93%.

  • In this paper, we propose a real-time ECG monitoring system for personal health records. This study aims to provide services that help patients to monitor their own physical condition and manage their own health records consistently, whereas existing medical services are Medical Institute-Centric model. The system is composed of web server, smart phone, and ECG meter, and web page. Without time and space restraints, It provides us with managing personal health records by performing patient's ECG measurement and real-time monitoring. And also Real-time bidirectional communication between smart phone and web page can be performed rapidly by applying the ECG monitoring with WebSocket Technology that follows HTML5 standard. Through this system, It can handle patient in need immediately.

용광로 연소대 관리시스템 개발 (Development of combustion zone monitoring system for a blast furnace)

  • A prototype of combustion zone monitoring system as been developed and installed into tuyeres of the blast furnace. The system consists of CCD(charge coupled device) cameras, sonic flow meters, an image processor and a personal computer. The personal computer collects raceway luminance data and operational data from the image processor that is connected to the color CCD camera from the blast furnace process computer, respectively. In addition, the sonic flow meters supply coal injection rate data to the personal computer. Then, the personal computer evaluates the combustion conditions with the raceway inspection algorithm. This integrated monitoring system allows us to detect abnormal raceway conditions and the clogging status of coal injection pipe. The image processing techniques of the system enable us to effectively monitor unburnt coal sticking to tuyere tip and injection lance wear conditions. Such a developed system ensures rapid and precise raceway inspection. The image processing capability of the system has helped operator to early detect both the unburnt coal sticking problem and the errosion problem of injection lance. Furthermore, the system could control the abnormal raceway condition based the the analysis results obtained from combustion monitoring.

개인정보보호를 위한 리스크 모니터링: 경고맵 (Developing Warning Map for Risk Monitoring on Personal Information Security)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 사회적 이슈로 등장하고, 빈번하게 대형 사고가 발생하는 개인정보 보안 사고에 대하여 사전에 탐지하여 예방할 수 있는 개인정보보호를 위한 리스크 모니터링 모델을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 개인정보 및 개인정보보호 업무를 정의하고, 개인정보 생명주기에 따른 리스크를 식별한다. 식별된 리스크는 전문가 설문을 통하여 우선관리대상 리스크를 선정하고, Fishbone Diagram을 활용하여 리스크 요인을 도출한다. 리스크 요인들은 지표로서 각 측정 단위와 임계치를 보유하며, 개인정보보호 업무와 리스크에 따라 지표의 값을 가지고 판단하는 경고맵을 개발한다.

대기 중 휘발성유기오염물질의 환경, 개인 및 인체 노출의 상관성 연구 (A Correlation Study between the Environmental, Personal Exposures and Biomarkers for Volatile Organic Compounds)

  • Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are an important public health problem throughout the world. Many important questions remain to be addressed in assessing exposure to these compounds. Because they are ubiquitous and highly volatile, special techniques must be applied in the analytical determination of VOCs. Personal exposure measurements are needed to evaluate the relationship between microenvironmental concentrations and actual exposures. It is also important to investigate exposure frequency, duration, and intensity, as well as personal exposure characteristics. In addition to air monitoring, biological monitoring may contribute significantly to risk assessment by allowing estimation of absorbed doses, rather than just the external exposure concentrations, which are evaluated by environmental and personal monitoring. This study was conducted to establish the analytic procedure of VOCs in air, blood, urine and exhaled breath and to evaluate the relationships among these environmental media. The subjects of this study were selected because they are occupationally exposed to high levels of VOCs. Environmental, personal, blood, urine and exhalation samples were collected. Purge & trap, thermal desorber, gas chromatography and mass selective detector were used to analyze the collected samples. Analytical procedures were validated with the“break through test”, 'quot;recovery test for storage and transportation”,“method detection limit test”and“inter-laboratory QA/QC study”. Assessment of halogenated compounds indicted that they were significantly correlated to each other (p value < 0.01). In a similar manner, aromatic compounds were also correlated, except in urine sample. Linear regression was used to evaluate the relationships between personal exposures and environmental concentrations. These relationships for aromatic and halogenated are as follows: Halogen $s_{personal}$ = 3.875+0.068Halogen $s_{environmet}$, ($R^2$= .930) Aromatic $s_{personal}$ = 34217.757-31.266Aromatic $s_{environmet}$, ($R^2$= .821) Multiple regression was used to evaluate the relationship between exposures and various exposure deter-minants including, gender, duration of employment, and smoking history. The results of the regression model-ins for halogens in blood and aromatics in urine are as follows: Halogen $s_{blood}$ = 8.181+0.246Halogen $s_{personal}$+3.975Gender ($R^2$= .925), Aromatic $s_{urine}$ = 249.565+0.135Aromatic $s_{personal}$ -5.651 D.S ($R^2$ = .735), In conclusion, we have established analytic procedures for VOC measurement in biological and environmental samples and have presented data demonstrating relationships between VOCs levels in biological media and environmental samples.   • 각종 개인정보 유출사고를 계기로 정부에서는 강화된 개인정보보호 대책을 시행하였고, 금융회사들은 정부 대책에 의거 개인정보 오남용 여부를 주기적으로 점검하는 등 노력을 기울이고 있지만 개인정보 오남용 문제는 여전히 개선되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 금융회사 직원을 대상으로 개인정보 오남용 모니터링 시스템을 이용한 현장실험 결과를 분석하여 오남용 문제 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특별억제이론에 기반하여 오남용 행위자를 조치 하는 방법에 따른 오남용 방지 효과를 확인하고, 오남용 행위자들의 담당업무 및 근속연수와 오남용 행위 간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 제시하는 개선방안들이 실효성 있는 정책수립에 활용되기를 기대한다.

운동량 감시 기능을 포함한 개인항법시스템 개발 (Development of a Personal Navigation System Including Activity Monitoring Function)

  • The design and implementation of a personal navigation system including activity monitoring function is given in this paper. The system consists of a 3 dimensional MEMS accelerometer, digital compasses and ZigBee communication. An accelerometer and digital compasses are used to compute the position and activity. The obtained position and activity information is transmitted to a fixed beacon via ZigBee. At the same time, activity information is stored in the personal navigation system to a batch analysis program. The step detection algorithm which is robust to attaching location is proposed. Also two digital compass error compensation algorithms are proposed to find more precise headings. The experiments with a real system show that the activities of users and continuous locations less than 1.5m errors are obtained after 80m walking.

자기모니터링과 자기의식이 화장 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Monitoring and Self-Consciousness to Cosmetic Attitude)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the levels of self-monitoring, self-consciousness and cosmetic attitude of female university students and to analyze the relationship between the levels of self-monitoring, self-consciousness and cosmetic attitude in an effort to strengthen external human beauty. The respondents were 264 university women attending a university Chung-Cheong Province in Korea. In this study, a questionnaire method was used. The questionnaire consisted of SMS(self-monitoring scale), the(self-consciousness scale), and a measurement of the cosmetic attitude. Earlier studies were used to create the measuring instruments with some adjustments for the purpose of this research. Factorial analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were carried out with SPSS 18.0. The cosmetic attitude consisted of four factors, and those factors were related to self-monitoring and self-consciousness. The Four factors were happiness with change, manners to others, the instrument of change, and conformity. It was found that the cosmetic attitude reflected the personal internal mental states; hence, the cosmetic attitude was used as method to express the internal mind. Determining the correlations between self-monitoring, self-consciousness and the cosmetic attitude was useful in understanding the personal peculiarity of the cosmetic attitude. Moreover, in the cosmetic industry, it is likely meaningful to investigate the capability whether the variables of self-monitoring and self-consciousness can be applied in an effort to understand consumers' internal character.

일상생활 중 건강모니터링을 위한 착용형 심전도계측 시스템 개발 (Development of the wearable ECG measurement system for health monitoring during daily life)

  • In this study, wearable ECG measurement system was implemented for health monitoring during daily life. A wearable belt-type ECG electrode worn around the chest by measuring the real-time ECG is produced in order to minimize the inconvenience in wearing. The measured ECG signal is transmitted via an ultra low power consumption wireless data communications unit to personal computer using Zigbee-compatible wireless sensor node. The ECG monitoring program is developed at end user which is personal computer. The measured ECG contains many noises mainly due to motion artifacts. For ECG signal processing, adaptive filtering process is proposed which can reduce motion artifacts efficiently and accurately than digital filter. The experimental results show that a reliable performance with high quality ECG signal can be achieved using this wearable ECG monitoring system.
