본 연구는 2012년 전국 규모로 실시된 5차 한국아동패널의 자료를 활용하여 만 4세 유아의 개인적 특성요인(기질), 가족특성변인(모 취업여부), 생활시간변인(육아지원기관 이용시간, 기관에서의 낮잠시간, 전자매체 사용시간)이 유아의 야간수면시간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지와 가장 높은 설명력을 가지는 변인이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 유아의 개인적 특성변인, 가족특성변인, 생활시간변인이 야간수면시간과 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상대적 설명력은 생활시간변인, 가족특성변인 순으로 높았으며 개인적 특성변인은 유의하지 않았다. 이에 따라 유아가 가정에서 충분한 야간수면을 취할 수 있도록 부모는 적절한 생활환경을 제공해 주어야하며 자녀의 양육을 지원하기 위해 가정과 기관의 연계 강화, 부모의 근무시간 유연제 등의 제도 확산과 시행의 필요성이 제기된다.

최근 빅데이터 활용의 영향요인으로 개인정보 규제요인과 가명정보 결합이 핵심 정책수단으로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구는 개인정보 규제요인과 빅데이터 활용의 관계에서 제3의 변수로서 가명정보 결합의 매개효과 및 조절효과를 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 개인정보 규제요인 중 개인정보 정의, 개인정보 동의, 법령위반 처벌강도 요인이, 그리고 가명정보 결합요인 중 결합 비식별성, 결합 가명정보 표준화, 결합 책임성이 빅데이터의 활용에 정(+)의 유의한 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 가명정보 결합 요인 중 결합 비식별성, 결합 가명정보 표준화, 결합 책임성이 개인정보 규제요인과 빅데이터 활용과의 관계에서 정(+)의 매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 개인정보 규제요인과 빅데이터 활용과의 관계에서 가명정보 결합기관 유형인 자유형, 중개형, 지정형의 순서에 따라 조절효과가 다를 것이라는 가설은 기각되었다. 이상의 분석결과를 기반으로 개인정보 보호와 빅데이터 활용이 조화를 이루는 '착한규제'의 정책대안을 제시하였다.

This article is based upon a talk given at the 1983 National Caving Conference explaining the types of personal computers available, their main features and how they could be used in connection with caving. There may be two groups of readers particularly interested in this subject, those covers with use of a computer who want some ideas on using it and others who want to know if getting a computer to use in connection with caving might be worth their while.

The almost of Web page has been gathered the personal information(Korean resident registration number, name, cell-phone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc.) using the membership and log-in. The all most user of Web page are concerned for gathering of the personal information. I-pin is the alternative means of resident registration number and has been used during the last ten-year period in the internet. The accident of I-pin mass illegal issue was happened by hacker at February, 2015. In this paper, we analysis the problems of I-pin system about I-pin mass illegal issue accident and propose a improvement method of it. First, I-pin issue must be processed by the off-line of face certification in spite of user's inconvenience. Second, I-pin use must be made up through second certification of password or OTP. The third, the notification of I-pin use must be sent to the user by the text messaging service of cell-phone or the E-mail. The forth, I-pin must be used an alternative means of Korean resident registration number in Internet. The methods can reduce the problems of I-pin system.

The merits of Smartphone are portability, convenience and especially a lot of information can be stored in the device. Especially in Smartphone, users can install programs that cannot install to normal cell phone and users can use many different services through these Smartphone programs. Also Smartphone can connect to Internet through network, so it can access information anytime, anywhere easily. Security of personal information and variety of information which stored in Smartphone are in risk. In Chapter 2 of thesis, it will discuss the definition and features of the Smartphone and market trends. In Chapter 3 of thesis, it will discuss security vulnerabilities of Smartphone and it will analyze and research security vulnerabilities of Smartphone in Chapter 4. In conclusion, it will check users' identification twice in useful application especially application that relate to finance and mobile payment. By checking users' identification several times, it will help to defend from security threats. Users can use Smartphone safely and convenience by know how to prevent from mobile hacking for personal and private information. the quality of APIs matching by the clustering and hierarchical relationships mechanism.

A purpose of this study is to identify the concept formation and classify the diverse concepts which related to Kyoung(景) in the Classical Korean Poems(Chong, Chol(鄭澈, 1536-1593), Pak, Inno(朴仁老, 1561-1642), Yun Sondo(尹善道, 1587-1671) on the Yi dynasty period and to construct the direction of the use of that concepts in the future. The results were as follows ; The type of landscape concept was 9 types and had the following frequencies in order ; Kyoung(景)(3), Pung-Kyoung(風景)(2), Kyoung-Chi(景致)(2), Yeo-Kyoung(麗景), Cheong-Kyoung(淸景), Jin-Kyoung(眞景)(1), Mo-Kyoung(暮景)(1), Ka-Kyoung(佳景)(1), Kyoung-Mul(景物). Types of landscape concepts in Yi dynasty period were classified into 9 according to the many characteristics ; personal situations, faith, religion, confucianism in the specific time of Yi dynasty. The most popular type of landscape concepts in general was Kyoung(景). The word, "Pung-Kyoung(風景)" was used in expressing personal thoughts and feelings in one's recollection in terms of landscape elements. The word, "Mo-Kyoung(暮 景)" was used in expressing specific time and the dejection in one's heart in that time. The words, "yeo-Kyoung(麗景)" and "Ka-Kyoung(佳 景)" was used in expressing the landscape elements. The nine concepts had a grest deal to do with defining and perpetuating a personal characteristics, the place and landscape elements, and a society's character in the Yi dynasty period.ty's character in the Yi dynasty period.

The best 'hub' to communicate with the citizen is using social media to marketing the business. However, there has several issued and the most common issue that face in critical is a capital issue. This issue is always highlight because most of automatic sentiment detection tool for Facebook or any other social media price is expensive and they lack of technical skills in order to control the tool. Therefore, in directly they have some obstacle to get faster product's feedback from customers. Thus, the personal online retailing need to struggle to stay in market because they need to compete with successful online company such as G-market. Sentiment analysis also known as opinion mining. Aim of this research is develop the tool that allow user to automatic detect the sentiment comment on social media account. RAD model methodology is chosen since its have several phases could produce more activities and output. Soppy tool will be develop using Microsoft Visual. In order to generate an accurate sentiment detection, the functionality testing will be use to find the effectiveness of this Soppy tool. This proposed automated Soppy Tool would be able to provide a platform to measure the impact of the customer sentiment over the postings on their social media site. The results and findings from the impact measurement could then be use as a recommendation in the developing or reviewing to enhance the capability and the profit to their personal online retailing company.

Construction sites have gradually become bigger and bigger according to Korea economic growth. Also use of tower crane and other heavy equipment has been increased. The increased use of heavy equipment like tower crane is leading to fatality incident. This study will verify hazards to influence tower crane incident through structural and positive verification and find which hazard influence incident risk. The result of this study is as follows. First, while there is a significant difference between safety managers and tower crane operators for working environment, safety management, personal manage among risk factors, we can not find any evidence on the difference in perception of tower crane incident risk between them. Second, task manage risk and personal manage risk has a significant positive effect on perception of tower crane incident risk. Third, while site environment risk has a significant positive moderating effect of task type between risk factors and perception of tower crane incident risk, personal environment risk has a significant negative moderating effect between them.

Due to the expansion of non-face-to-face services, the demand for user identification for mobile devices is increasing. Recently, mobile resident registration cards, mobile driver's licenses, etc. are installed in mobile phones and used for user identification and authentication services. In order to identify a user online, unique identification information of the online user is required. In particular, in order to provide information only to online users, it is necessary to accurately deliver information to a mobile device owned by the user. To make this service possible, it was realized with the advent of mobile electronic notice service. However, the identification of online service users and information on mobile devices owned or subscribed by the relevant users require safe management as personal information, and it is also necessary to increase the convenience of online service users. In this paper, we propose an operating standard for providing a mobile electronic notice service that sends electronic notice using a mobile device owned by the user. The mobile electronic notice service is a service that provides notices expressed in electronic information to the recipient's cell phone, mobile app, e-mail, etc. Therefore, as the use of mobile electronic notification service increases and the provision and use of connecting information to identify users increases, it is necessary to expand the mobile electronic notification service while safely protecting users' personal information.

대한변호사협회는 2014년 2월 변호사윤리장전을 개정하면서 변호사의 개인정보 보호 의무에 관한 규정을 신설하였다. 최근 빈번한 개인정보 유출로 개인정보 보호의 중요성이 어느 때보다도 강하게 인식되고 있는 상황에서, 개인정보 보호의무의 신설은 기존의 변호사의 비밀유지 의무로 보호되지 못하는 의뢰인이외 제3자의 개인정보를 보호하고 비밀의 누설 이외 수집, 기록, 보유, 가공, 편집, 검색, 출력 등의 각종 처리에 관하여 규율할 수 있다는 점에서 적지 않은 의의를 발견할 수 있다. 특히 주민등록번호와 같은 고유 식별정보의 암호화는 변호사가 보관 중인 각종 민감정보 유출로 인한 피해를 방지하기 위한 필수적인 조치라고 볼 수 있고, 정보주체의 접근 보장은 자기 정보에 대한 자기 결정권 등 헌법적 가치가 반영된 것으로서 시대의 요청이라고 할 것이다. 이 글에서는 현재 변호사윤리장전이 개인정보 보호의무의 구체적인 내용을 밝히고 있지 않은 가운데, 변호사의 개인정보 보호의무의 일반적인 내용을 살펴보고, 향후 구체적으로 개인정보의 처리가 문제될 수 있는 몇 가지 경우를 살펴본다. 해당 논의가 변호사의 개인정보 보호에 관한 논의에 작으나마 기여하기를 바란다.
