아동의 다중지능과 학습의 정의적 요인의 관계 (Relationships Between Multiple Intelligences and Affective Factors in Children's Learning)

  • This study examined the relationships between multiple intelligences as cognitive factors and affective factors of learning motivation and academic self-concept. The data were collected from 276 4th grade elementary school students and analyzed by correlation, multi-variate analysis, and step-wise multiple regression. Results were that (1) multiple intelligences, learning motivation, and academic self-concept had statistically significant correlations among themselves. Multi-variate analysis showed that intra-personal intelligence explained 58.6% of the linear combination of learning motivation and academic self-concept. (2) Intra-personal intelligence explained 29% to 58% of learning motivation and its sub-factors of achievement motivation, internal locus of control, self-efficacy, and self-regulation. (3) Intra-personal intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, and inter-personal intelligence were explanatory variables for academic self-concept and its sub-factors.

전공선택동기와 학업성취도가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Major Choice Motivation and Academic Achievement on Career Maturity)

  • 이 연구는 대학생의 전공선택 동기(개인적 동기, 사회적 동기), 학업성취도, 진로성숙도의 상관관계를 파악하고 진로성숙도의 영향요인을 확인하여 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. C도 소재 대학생 199명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였다. 전공선택 개인적동기 사회적동기, 학업성취도와 진로성숙도의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 진로성숙도는 전공선택 개인적동기(r=.417, p=.00)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 전공선택 사회적동기, 학업성취도와는 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 진로성숙도의 영향요인은 전공선택 개인적 동기, 경제활동, 전공계열 순이었으며 설명력은 24%이었다. 따라서 전공과 관련있는 분야에서 경제활동을 할 수 있도록 대학차원의 지원이 필요 할 것으로 보여지며 전공선택시 개인적동기가 중요한 만큼 고등학생을 대상으로 한 진로체험이나 미래 직장체험등의 기회를 폭넓게 제공하여 전공선택시 개인적 동기를 높이는데 주력해야 할 것이다.

Relationship between Risk-causing Factors Perceived by Telecommunications Workers and Safety Motivation and Behavior

  • In this study, the structural relationship among risk factors, safety motivation, and safety behavior perceived by telecommunications workers was empirically verified. A survey was conducted on field workers at S telecommunications companies in Korea, and the following major results were obtained. First, among the risk factors perceived by telecommunications workers, personal, cultural, and institutional factors were found to have significant positive effects on workers' safety motivation. Second, workers' safety motivation had a significant positive effect on safety behavior. Third, among the risk factors of telecommunications companies, personal, cultural, and institutional factors did not significantly affect workers' safety behavior. Fourth, all risk-causing factors perceived by workers, such as personal, cultural, and institutional factors, indirectly affected safety behavior through safety motivation. This study presents the importance of perceiving risk factors in the workplace to prevent and alleviate industrial accidents by examining the effects of riskcausing factors perceived by carrier workers on safety motivation and behavior.

Kano모델 기반의 인터넷 개인방송 서비스 만족도 영향요인 고찰 (Exploring the Factors Affecting Viewer Satisfaction on Internet Personal Broadcasting Based on the Kano Model)

  • This study aims to explore the Internet personal broadcasting quality factors that influence viewer satisfaction and dissatisfaction based on the motivation-hygiene theory. Specifically, the quality factors that affect viewer satisfaction of Internet personal broadcasting are derived from the perspectives of extrinsic (contents usefulness and media usability), intrinsic (emotional/cognitive/behavioral enjoyment and creator characteristics), and social motivation (visibility, subjective norm, image, sociality). The data of 200 respondents was used to analyze the relative impact of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the Kano model, which assumes that viewer satisfaction at both functional and emotional levels varies over quality attributes. In the empirical analysis, the quality factors were classified into attractive, one-dimensional, must-be, and indifferent quality. In addition, it was found that the customer satisfaction coefficient was high in the order of uniqueness, differentiation, and visibility. On the other hand, as a result of applying the dissatisfaction coefficient, it was identified in the order of donation, content reliability, and creator responsiveness.

Factors Associated with Middle Managers' Work Motivation: Evidence from SMEs in Vietnam

  • This study presents an exploratory investigation of SMEs in Vietnam to understand the impact of personal-level factors on middle managers' work motivation and the moderating role of work environment. A survey of 450 middle managers (MMs) in 150 Hanoi's SMEs was conducted. The findings of this research showed a significant positive impact of Achievement (ACHV), Recognition (RECOG), and Responsibility (RESP) on work motivation of MMs under the investigation. Furthermore, the result indicated that the work environment affects the relationship between personal-level factors and work motivation of participants. Consequently, both work environment improvement and strategies related to personal-level factors need to be taken into consideration. Especially, Recognition and transparency in Responsibility are appreciated in organizations with a low level of work environment satisfaction. However, there were no indications that Participation (PAR) and Communication (CMM) have a considerable impact on work motivation of respondents, being neither low level nor high level of work environment satisfaction. Based on the findings, recommendations are suggested for Vietnam's SMEs to improve work motivation of MMs, by (i) developing standards with emphasis on their achievement, (ii) paying attention to organizational culture focusing on the responsibility of this managerial level, and (iii) building an adequate incentive system, especially non-financial incentives.

승무원 준비생의 3세대 SNS 사용동기가 몰입과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구 : 개인적 특성 조절변수 추가 (The effect of motivation of using instagram on flow of instagram and career preparation behavior of job seekers for cabin crew: inclusion of personal characteristic as a moderator)

  • Despite the growing use of SNS and the increasing number of recruitment related to SNS, little research has been conducted between career preparation activities and relationship with SNS. Therefore, this study investigates the relationships among purpose of using instagram, flow of instagram and career preparation behavior using structural equation model, and by investigating the adjustment effect of the personal characteristic among them. To this end an online survey was conducted for students who want to be cabin crew. The results of this study show that motivation of using instagram had a positive and significant effect on flow of instagram, which in turn positively influenced career preparation behavior. Furthermore, it could be confirmed that there was a adjustment moderating effect on personal characteristic between purpose of using instagram and flow of using instagram. The results of this study suggest that the likelihood of recruitment for being cabin crew can be achieved by identifying mutual relationships among motivation of using instagram, flow of instagram, career preparation behavior, and personal characteristics.

전시회의 참가동기와 서비스품질이 참가자 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Participation Motivation and Service Quality on Satisfaction of the Trade Exhibition Participants)

  • This research intends to explore two questions: 1) how the service qualities of trade exhibitions affect the participant's satisfaction, and 2) how participation motivation moderates the relationship's between the service quality and satisfaction. For this purpose, the service qualities were measured with respect to three components: 1) core services, 2) physical environments, and 3) personal services of trade exhibitions. The results showed that the core services had largest impact on the participant's satisfaction among three components. The influence of the personal services was next strong, and the impact of the physical environment was weakest. Participation motivation was shown to moderate the effects of core services and personal services on satisfaction, but its moderating impact on the relationship between physical environments and satisfaction was not observed.

COVID-19 이후 개인적 동기와 사회적 동기차이에 따른 온라인 학습효과 연구 (A study on the effect of online learning according to the difference between personal and social motivation after COVID-19)

  • 본 연구는 코로나 바이러스의 유행으로 급격한 온라인 수업으로의 전환이 학습 효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 동일주제 과목 오프라인 수업과 온라인 수업의 형태에 따른 학습효과를 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 동일 과목의 오프라인 수강생 105명과 온라인 수강생 244명을 집단 비교하였고 개인적 동기 수준과 사회적 동기 수준의 차이로 분류하여 통일관련 인게이먼트에 미치는 상호작용 효과를 알아보고자 Two-way ANOVA 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과 개인적 동기와 수업유형 간에는 상호작용이 나타나지 않았다. 반면에 사회적 동기의 경우 수업 유형에 따라 상호작용이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 전반적으로 온라인 교육이 교육 이슈에 대한 인게이지먼트를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 동기가 낮은 집단의 변화가 사회적 동기가 높은 집단의 변화보다 큰 것으로 나타나 온라인 교육이 사회적 동기가 낮은 집단에 오히려 효과가 있는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 결과는 온라인 교육의 효과를 얻기 위해서는 개인적 동기 보다는 사회적 동기를 자극함으로써 학습 결과인 학습자의 행동적 변화와 태도를 유도할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

환경교육과 학생의 전공에 대한 동기 변화 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Changes in Pre-Service Teachers' Motivations toward Their Studies in Environmental Education Department)

  • This study aims to examine the reasons of changes in motivation of pre-service teachers who major in environmental education. Qualitative case study methods were adopted to collect and analyze data from six(6) pre-service teachers in environmental education department. Researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with them on the levels of motivation toward their studios. The study results are as follows. The levels of motivation toward their studies were shown differently by each of the pre-service teachers. Some of the pre-service teachers reported that their levels of motivation toward environmental education had changed since the college entrance. The reasons for the changes include 'suitability of environmental education to personal propensity,' 'college courses they took', and 'personal experiences.' Some of the pre-service teachers reported that the levels of motivation for their majors did not changed since he or she was pursuing other goals rather than being an environmental educator.

긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과 검증 (Mediating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation on The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital, Psychological Empowerment and Creativity)

  • 본 연구는 긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 개인 창의성을 관계를 파악하고, 긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 개인 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 국내 12개 기업의 구성원 및 리더들을 대상으로 웹과 설문지를 활용하여 조사하였으며, 418부를 회수하여 유효하지 않은 설문을 제외하고 332부 샘플을 중심으로 구조방정식모델(SEM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 내재적 동기와 개인 창의성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 심리적 임파워먼트는 내재적 동기에 유의한 영향을 미치고 개인 창의성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 내재적 동기의 매개효과를 확인한 결과, 내재적 동기는 긍정심리자본과 개인 창의성을 부분매개하면서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 임파워먼트와 개인 창의성을 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 개인 창의성 발휘에 영향을 미치는 내적 요소 중 내재적 동기에 집중하여 이를 강화하기 위해 필요한 심리적 정서적 기제에 대해 실증적으로 분석하여 통계적 유의성을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 이러한 각 변수들 간의 영향관계에 대한 실증적 분석은 향후 이와 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 이론적 시사점과 함께 조직 구성원의 개인 창의성 발휘를 위해 조직 차원의 실무적 시사점을 얻었으며, 구체적인 사항은 본문에 제시하였다.
