Security Model for Pervasive Multimedia Environment

  • With the rapidity of the development on electronic technology, various mobile devices are produced to make human life more convenient. The user is always in constant search of middle with ease of deployment. Therefore, the development of infrastructure and application with ubiquitous nature gets a growing keen interest. Recently, the number of pervasive network services is expanding into ubiquitous computing environment. To get desired services, user presents personal details about this identity, location and private information. The information transmitted and the services provided in pervasive computing environments (PCEs) are exposed to eavesdropping and various attacks. Therefore, the need to protect this environment from illegal accesses has become extremely urgent. In this paper, we propose an anonymous authentication and access control scheme to secure the interaction between mobile users and services in PCEs. The proposed scheme integrates a biometric authentication in PKI model. The proposed authentication aims to secure access remote in PCE for guaranteeing reliability and availability. Our authentication concept can offer pervasive network service users convenience and security.

A Study on Policy Strategies for Settlement of North Korean Defectors in Korean Society

  • This study aims to search for policy strategies for settlement of North Korean defectors in Korean society, develop strategies based on the results and present their implications. For the purposes, this study set up a cause and effect model referring to previous bibliographical and statistical data. The results are presented as follows: First, to overcome anxiety of exposure in the defectors, personal information should be protected. Second, their psychological problems should be solved and they should be emotionally stable for better adaptation to Korean society. Third, keeping in mind that North Korean defectors are Korean people, the issue of nationality should be institutionally managed. Fourth, as one of difficulties they have is economic problems, practical support measures should be developed to solve them. Fifth, the federal government and local governments should be active in changing their recognition on them and provide the Korean community education for citizens to resolve cultural differences.

  • In the user-centered design paradigm, information systems are created entirely tailored to the users who will use them. When the functions of a complex system meet a simple user interface, users can use the system conveniently. While web personalization services are emerging as a major trend in portal services, portal companies are competing for a second service, such as introducing 'integrated communication platforms'. Until now, the role of the portal has been content and search, but this time, the goal is to create and provide the personalized services that users want through a single platform. Personalization service is a login-based cloud computing service. It has the characteristic of being able to enjoy the same experience at any time in any space with internet access. Personalized web services like this have the advantage of attracting highly loyal users, making them a new service trend that portal companies are paying attention to. Researchers spend a lot of time collecting research-related information by accessing multiple information sources. There is a need to automatically build interest information profiles for each researcher based on personal presentation materials (papers, research projects, patents). There is a need to provide an advanced customized information service that regularly provides the latest information matched with various information sources. Continuous modification and supplementation of each researcher's information profile of interest is the most important factor in increasing suitability when searching for information. As researchers' interest in unstructured information such as technology markets and research trends is gradually increasing from standardized academic information such as patents, it is necessary to expand information sources such as cutting-edge technology markets and research trends. Through this, it is possible to shorten the time required to search and obtain the latest information for research purposes. The interest information profile for each researcher that has already been established can be used in the future to determine the degree of relationship between researchers and to build a database. If this customized information service continues to be provided, it will be useful for research activities.

패션점포선택행동의 인과관계에 관한 연구 -의류쇼핑성향, 정보탐색활동, 점포이미지속성을 중심으로- (A Study on the Causality of Fashion Store Choice Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics for pattern by making a sort of various store choice behaviors and analysing impact both direct and indirect, which is based on the presentation of the influence of clothing store choice behavior into the causal relationship per store type against clothing shopping orientation, information search activity and store image attribution. The results was that consumers who like to the top brand's commodities, had commonly high tendency to and fro its trademark and store allegiance. Furthermore, they have usually bought something following on their inclination what they had purchased as well as the store decoration character and the marketing promotion attribute. The other consumers who prefer to the discount store's merchandises, had also high propensity and the biggest influence on buying something which were those factors; their instance shopping habit, utility-economy trait, follow the fashion character and strong circumspection tendency besides using the mass media Info., personal data and commodities' attribute.

A Study on the Restaurant Recommendation Service App Based on AI Chatbot Using Personalization Information

  • The growth of the mobile app markets has made it popular among people who recommend relevant information about restaurants. The recommendation service app based on AI Chatbot is that it can efficiently manage time and finances by making it easy for restaurant consumers to easily access the information they want anytime, anywhere. Eating out consumers use smartphone applications for finding restaurants, making reservations, and getting reviews and how to use them. In addition, social attention has recently been focused on the research of AI chatbot. The Chatbot is combined with the mobile messenger platform and enabling various services due to the text-type interactive service. It also helps users to find the services and data that they need information tersely. Applying this to restaurant recommendation services will increase the reliability of the information in providing personal information. In this paper, an artificial intelligence chatbot-based smartphone restaurant recommendation app using personalization information is proposed. The recommendation service app utilizes personalization information such as gender, age, interests, occupation, search records, visit records, wish lists, reviews, and real-time location information. Users can get recommendations for restaurants that fir their purpose through chatting using AI chatbot. Furthermore, it is possible to check real-time information about restaurants, make reservations, and write reviews. The proposed app uses a collaborative filtering recommendation system, and users receive information on dining out using artificial intelligence chatbots. Through chatbots, users can receive customized services using personal information while minimizing time and space limitations.

멀티미디어 CE 기기를 위한 빠른 질의 복구 기법 (Fast Query Recovery for Multimedia CE Devices)

  • 멀티미디어 CE 기기(Multimedia Consumer Electronics Device)란 MP3 플레이어, PMP(Personal Media Player), 디지털 카메라 등과 같이 멀티미디어 데이타를 저장, 재생, 생성하는데 사용되는 기기를 말한다. 대부분의 멀티미디어 CE 기기는 기기에 저장된 멀티미디어를 검색하고, 그 결과를 브라우징하는 기능을 제공한다. 멀티미디어 CE 기기의 요구 사항 중의 하나는 사용자가 멀티미디어의 검색 결과를 브라우징하는 도중 기기의 전원이 꺼지더라도, 전원이 켜지면 원래의 브라우징 화면이 그대로 복구되어야 한다는 것이다. 기존의 방법은 이를 위해, (1) 검색 질의를 재수행하고, (2) 커서를 원래 브라우징하던 검색 결과의 레코드 위치까지 다시 이동시키는 방법을 사용해왔다. 그러나 이 방법은 검색 결과의 레코드 수가 많아질수록 많은 시간이 걸릴 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어의 검색 결과를 브라우징하는 도중, 기기의 전원이 꺼졌다 켜지더라도 원래의 브라우징 화면을 즉각적으로 복구할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 검색 질의에 대한 질의 수행 계획의 일부 정보를 저장함으로써, 원래의 브라우징 화면을 즉각적으로 복구할 수 있도록 해준다. 실험 결과를 통해, 제안하는 방법은 검색 결과의 개수나 커서의 위치에 관계 없이 항상 일정한 성능을 제공함을 보인다.

다차원 텍스트 큐브를 이용한 호텔 리뷰 데이터의 다차원 키워드 검색 및 분석 (Multi-Dimensional Keyword Search and Analysis of Hotel Review Data Using Multi-Dimensional Text Cubes)

  • 웹의 발달로 텍스트 등으로 이루어진 비정형 데이터의 활용에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 웹상에서 사용자들이 작성한 대부분의 비정형 데이터는 사용자의 주관이 담겨져 있어 이를 적절히 분석할 경우 사용자의 취향이나 주관적인 관점 등의 아주 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 비정형 텍스트 문서를 다양한 차원으로 분석하기 하는데 OLAP(온라인 분석 처리)의 다차원 데이터 큐브 기술을 활용한다. 다차원 데이터 큐브는 간단한 문자나 숫자 형태의 정형적인 데이터에 대해 다차원 분석하는데 널리 사용되었지만, 텍스트 문장으로 이루어진 비정형 데이터에 대해서는 활용되지 않았다. 이러한 텍스트 데이터베이스에 포함된 정보를 다차원으로 분석하기 위한 방법으로 텍스트 큐브 모델이 최근에 제안되었는데, 이 텍스트 큐브는 정보 검색에서 널리 사용하는 용어 빈도수(Term Frequency)와 역 인덱스(Inverted Index)를 측정값으로 이용하여 텍스트 데이터베이스에 대한 다차원 분석을 지원한다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 다차원 텍스트 큐브를 활용하여 실제 서비스되고 있는 호텔 정보 공유 사이트의 리뷰 데이터 분석에 활용하였다. 이를 위해 호텔 리뷰 데이터에 대한 다차원 텍스트 큐브를 생성하였으며, 이를 이용하여 다차원 키워드 검색 기능을 제공하여 사용자 중심의 의미있는 정보 검색이 가능한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한, 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템에 대해 다양한 실험을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 제안된 시스템의 실효성을 검증하였다.

경호기법에 의한 위급상황의 발견과 대처 방안에 관한 고찰 (The consideration about prevention ways of discovery of emergency situation which is based on guard techniques)

  • All of the people or objects which are contacted during the activity of guard are added to range of objects. guard has to notice decision, question proposal, observation, accomplish to be happened them at the same time recognizing the steps as soon as possible. Before a lot of information of client are shown, guard expert has to search observation of materialization, extension of reservation, notification of business and causes of danger through personal interviews. Rapid communication system has to be assumed and effective caution, protection and shelter and following prevention are cooperated as well as has to care about safe of guard object by a protective wall. And also has to get out of the ground, keep the large shape when moves, prevent the trials of attack from the assassinators after takeing control over weapons.

의료소비자의 정보탐색행태와 지각된 위험이 고객만족도에 미치는 상대적 영향 (The Effects of Information Searching Behavior and Perceived risk on Consumer Satisfaction in Medical Service Consumer)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is 1) to understand the information-searching behavior of health care consumers ; 2) to examine the relationship between the information-searching behavior of health-care consumers and regulatory variables such as socioeconomic factors, characteristics of medical utilization, and perceived risks ; and 3) to determine the factors that affect consumer satisfaction, especially with respect to information-searching behavior. Method : The data for this study were collected from 838 respondents in five university hospital located in three areas?Seoul, Gyeonggi province, and Chungchong province. As the first step of the study, we conducted a preliminary survey from September 23?26, 2008. At the second step, we conducted a survey on the effect of information-searching behavior on those individuals who had visited. Furthermore, personal interviews were conducted through a face-to-face survey between September 30 and October 17, 2008. Results : The major research findings that were obtained from the study were as follows : First, the age, educational level, and residential district were associated with information source utilization. Second, the level of information searching effort and quality of service had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conclusion : These results show that it is essential for marketers to have in-depth knowledge about the young and educated people who actively search for information and about those who are in the prime of their life and rely on word-of-mouth communication from personal and experi in-al informers. Therefore, marketers should develop different marketing strategies to meet the needs of such consumers.

타원곡선 공개키 생성을 위한 고속 스칼라곱 연산 시스템 구현 (Development of High Speed Scalar Product Operation System for ECC Public Key)

  • 온라인에서 유통되는 수많은 정보들은 데이터로 제작되어 전송되고 있으며 이들 정보들은 타인에 노출될 경우 큰 문제가 발생할 수 있는 정보들이 다수 차지하고 있다. 따라서 과거부터 최근까지 보호가 필요한 정보들의 안전한 유통채널 확보를 위해 다양한 방법들이 연구되고 있으며 그 대표적인 기술이 암호 시스템이다. 암호 시스템은 다양한 수학적 이론과 다양한 암호 알고리즘을 바탕으로 구현되므로 고속 연산의 중심을 두고 연구가 진행되어 지고 있다. 하지만 최근 들어 비공개키 암호 시스템에 비해 공개키 암호 시스템에 대한 연구는 지지부진한 형편이며 따라서 본 논문에서는 대표적인 공개키 암호 시스템인 ECC 암호 시스템에서 고속 공개키 생성을 위한 스칼라곱 연산 시스템을 연구하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 실제 구현을 통해 기존 이진 NAF 시스템과 이진 검색 시스템을 비교 분석 하였고 그 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템이 기존 시스템보다 공개키 생성의 시간적 효율이 우수한 것을 확인하였다.
