  • Based on sports known to reduce adolescents' smartphone addiction, this study aims to identify the structural causal relationship between sport commitment and smartphone addiction. First of all, based on prior studies, it was intended to show that adolescents' sport commitment is effective in reducing smartphone addiction through social support and ego-resilience, and that such causal relationships vary significantly depending on gender. To this end, a survey of 605 middle and high school students was conducted, and the structural relationship between the four established latent variables was analyzed by analyzing the structural equation model using the SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. According to the analysis, adolescents' sport commitment was found to have an adverse effect on smartphone addiction, and social support and ego-resilience in the relationship between the two variables were found to have a mediated effect. In addition, these results showed significant differences in gender. This study expanded the field of smartphone addiction and sports convergence study by revealing the relationship between sport commitment as psychological recognition variable and addiction Unlike previous studies using a participation time, duration, and intensity, and suggested that structural relationships with personal characteristic variables and gender-specific approaches are important. Through this, it is meaningful that it provided basic data for in-depth convergence study in the smartphone addiction and development of gender-specific programs.

  • Due to the recent economic development and the improvement of income level in China, the desire for quality medical services is increasing compared to the past. As an alternative to satisfy these needs, various applications using smart phones and the like are being developed. The new corona that occurred in December 2019 began to show great interest in non-face-to-face telemedicine services using smart phones due to the worldwide spread of the coronavirus. Therefore, in this study, a total of 200 people were surveyed on the top three mobile medical applications in China, and the data of 120 people who actually used medical applications were analyzed based on Venkatesh's UTAUT2 theory. A study was conducted on the intent to use and the factors affecting the in-law behavior. First, it has become clear that the interactive characteristics, expectations for effort, price value, interest in privacy, habits, and promotional conditions have a positive impact on the user's use. Second, it was investigated that the user's intention to use influences the behavior of use, and among the intentions of use, it was found that the mobilization characteristic expectation, hedonistic motivation, price value, habits, and promotion conditions affect the use behavior. Third, a study result was derived that the controlling variables such as gender, age, school age, and annual income do not affect the user's intention to use mobile medical applications as a controlling variable. Finally, due to the nature of mobile devices that use the Internet, various security vulnerabilities exist, and this can cause great damage or personal and social impact. Therefore, for the development of mobile medical services in China, it is necessary to re-establish a research model through comprehensive and in-depth considerations to supplement these problems in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to create a self-portrait that provides an immersive experience that immerses the viewer into the problem of self-awareness. We propose a method to implement an interactive self-portrait by using audio and image information obtained from viewers. The viewer's voice information is converted into text and visualized. In this case, the viewer's face image is used as pixel information composing the text. Text is the result of a mixture of one's own emotions, imaginations, and intentions based on personal experiences and memories. People have different interpretations of certain texts in different ways. The proposed digital self-portrait not only reproduces the viewer's self-consciousness in the inner aspect by utilizing the intertextuality of the text, but also expands the meanings inherent in the text. Intertextuality in a broad sense refers to the totality of all knowledge that occurs between text and text, and between subject and subject. Therefore, the self-portrait expressed in text expands and derives various relationships between the viewer and the text, the viewer and the viewer, and the text and the text. In addition, this study shows that the proposed self-portrait can confirm the formativeness of text and re-create spatial and temporality in the external aspect. This dynamic self-portrait reflects the interests of viewers in real time, and has the characteristic of being updated and created.

In Chapter 2, terminology regarding earpicks is presented, and the culture of using earpicks is examined through fragmentary literature of the late Joseon Dynasty. Earpicks were first a personal hygiene tool, and, secondly, they played a symbolic role as a style accessory used by men, analogous to the fan carried by women of the time. In Chapter 3, earpick form are classified by period, and characteristic decorative techniques for each form are examined. During the Goryeo Dynasty, earpicks were sanitary tools, and, according to their form, they were classified into single and complex types. From Unified Silla to Goryeo, there is an angled type of connecting rod, and in the Goryeo period, there appeared earpicks with colorful decorations on the handle, completely forged earpicks with a thin and long shape, and earpicks which were part of multitools. Common decorative techniques include line expression, gold plating, cheophomun on the background, and inlay. Earpicks of the Joseon Dynasty are classified into sanitary tools or ornaments, according to their purpose of use. Sanitary tools are divided into single type and complex type, and earpicks used as ornaments include headdress, norigae, and sunchu. For earpick accessories, headdresses and norigae were used for women, and sunchu was used for men. The decorative techniques of earpicks during the Joseon Dynasty were mainly seen in the headdress earpicks. They were decorated with various colors in the Cloisonné method or bejeweled. Research on everyday tools among crafts is lacking; greater attempts to read the flow of time and approaches to material culture through everyday tools should be made.

  • This study is a study on the regulatory focus and entrepreneurship that affect entrepreneurial motivation under uncertainty. In the empirical analysis results between the prevention focus, risk taking, and economic entrepreneurial motive, which were not observed in previous studies in Korea, this study tried to supplementally verify the previous studies by focusing on the limitations of the sample suggested as limitations. In particular, under a special external environment where uncertainty is deepening due to COVID-19 and the economic situation is being severely hit, we regressively analyze regulatory focus and risk taking, which are innate personal characteristics that can affect entrepreneurial motives. The mediating effect of risk taking was demonstrated. As a result of the empirical results, it was found that the prevention focus, risk taking, and economic entrepreneurial motivation had a significant effect, and it was shown that risk taking had a mediating effect between the prevention focus and the economic entrepreneurial motivation. This result is meaningful as a result not observed in previous studies, and it is judged that the control focus, which is an individual characteristic with a large innate tendency, interacts with the risk taking of the acquired tendency to influence the motivation to start a business. The results of this study can be of practical help by understanding and concentrating on regulatory focus and risk taking when conducting entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship education programs to entrepreneurs who dream of or want to start a business amid the growing uncertainty of the external environment. On the other hand, it is necessary to confirm whether these results, which are different from previous studies, are the effect of sample diversity or the external environment such as Corona 19, and re-verification through additional research is needed in the future.

  • In religious studies, soteriology is a belief system that aims to compensate and solve the existential suffering of human beings through a doctrinal system of healing, liberation, and salvation as advocated by various religions. The purpose of this study is to understand the soteriology of Dasesoon Jinrihoe, a Korean new religion, and to understand its characteristics. The soteriology of Daesoon Jinrihoe is closely related to the theory of The Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth. The Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth is a doctrinal system in which the Supreme God, Jeungsan, was incarnated into a human body to rescue the world and creation and to achieve this, he had performed various religious works. In addition, the soteriology of Daesoon Jinrihoe is linked to the theory of orthodox lineage spanning Jeungsan to Jeongsan and lastly to Udang. The work of salvation performed by Jeungsan is settled by Jeongsan who systematized it into methods of practice. This soteriology has distinctive differences separating it from traditional religious traditions. First, it shows the characteristic of offering salvation through a supreme, personal God. Second, Jeungsan is seen as having changed the cosmic law and provided the basis for the world and creation to be saved. Finally, it proposes a theory that saving the world and creation is to be achieved through the principle of the Resolution of Grievances.
