  • 최근 정보화는 사회전반에 걸쳐 핵심 전략수단이 되었으며, 항만에 있어서도 정보화 및 정보기술의 중요성은 예외 없이 강조되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 항만 정보화의 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 기반연구가 부족하고, 게다가 항만의 정보화 수준을 제대로 측정할 수 있는 기준과 그 수준을 분석한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점에 주목하여 항만의 정보화 수준을 파악하기 위한 기준을 수립하고, 정보화 수준 평가지수를 개발하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 그리고, 수립된 지수모델을 바탕으로 그 적용가능성을 가늠해보고자 한다.

  • The objective of this study is to apply performance-based seismic design to high-rise apartment buildings in Korean considering collapse prevention level. The possible issues during its application were studied and the suggestions were made based on the findings from the performance-based seismic design of a building with typical residential multi-unit layout. The lateral-force-resisting system of the building is ordinary shear walls system with a code exception of height limit. In order to allow the exception, the serviceability and the stability of the ordinary shear wall structure need to be evaluated to confirm that it has the equivalent performance as the one designed under the Korean Building Code 2009. The structure was evaluated whether it satisfied its performance objectives to withstand Service Level and Maximum Considered Earthquake.

Damage-Based Seismic Performance Evaluation of Reinforced Concrete Frames

  • A damage-based approach for the performance-based seismic assessment of reinforced concrete frame structures is proposed. A new methodology for structural damage assessment is developed that utilizes response information at the material level in each section fiber. The concept of the damage evolution is analyzed at the section level and the computed damage is calibrated with observed experimental data. The material level damage parameter is combined at the element, story and structural level through the use of weighting factors. The damage model is used to compare the performance of two typical 12-story frames that have been designed for different seismic requirements. A series of nonlinear time history analyses is carried out to extract demand measures which are then expressed as damage indices using the proposed model. A probabilistic approach is finally used to quantify the expected seismic performance of the building.

  • Software Process Improvement(SPI) has been a challenging issue to software organizations. The factors affecting SPI were analysed for improving software development processes. Numerous studies suggested influencing factors, and assessment models were utilized for software improvement. This research suggested that SPI factors affecting on an organizational performance may vary according to the CMM(Capability Maturity Model) level. The moderating effects of organizational maturity level between the SPI factors and the organizational performance were empirically tested. This research found that all six SPI factors except for the resistance to change affected the organizational performance. The moderating effects of management support, goal alliances, participation, and effect analyses were empirically supported. These results can provide several implications or a practical guidance to academic and industry professionals.

사회복지서비스 기관의 조직성과에 관한 연구 : 서울시 지역사회복지관의 질 산출(quality output)을 중심으로 (A Study on the Performance of the Human Service Organizations : An Analysis from the Perspective of Quality of Output)

  • This study examines the organizational performance of human service organizations from the quality output perspective. Using the 2001 evaluation data about 89 community welfare centers in Seoul, this study attempts to identify the levels of the performance of human service organizations in Korea. This study also attempts to identify the factors that predict performance of human service organizations measured in terms of client satisfaction and experts' evaluation about the functioning of each center. Results are as follows: (1) when pooling 866 clients' satisfaction level into satisfaction score about each center, the average of client satisfaction about the centers is 3.42 at 4 points scale. (2) 41.6% of the community welfare centers is evaluated as "highly qualified" in its overall operation and functioning by the professional evaluation team, (3) the employee reward system(+), practice based on the program guideline manual(+), the portion of the government support grant in its budget(-), the overall employee salary level(-), the level of acquirement of program grants from external sources (-) are the predictors in explaining clients' satisfaction level, and (4) the level of professional expertise of the executive director(+), the level of professional supervision of middle managers(+), the employee reward system(+), the program need assessment(+), the level of client information system(+), the portion of government support grant(-), the overall employee salary level(-) are the predictors for "being highly qualified" in its overall operation and function of each center. Through the empirical analysis, this study provides valuable knowledge about organizational performance of community welfare centers from the quality output perspective. Finally, this study discusses implications for more effective and efficient organizational performance of community welfare centers in Korea.

  • 본 논문에서는 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 기반 다중 안테나 시스템의 링크레벨 성능 분석을 위하여 실제 전파 환경과 유사한 특성을 갖는 Ray-tracing 방식 채널의 하나인 SCM(Spatial Channel Model) 채널을 구현한다. 3GPP & 3GPP2 Spatial Channel AHG(Ad-hoc Group)에서 시스템레벨 성능 비교용으로 제안한 SCM 채널을 링크레벨 성능의 비교 분석을 위하여, 본 논문에서는 시스템레벨 채널에 대한 채널 계수 및 파라메터들을 링크레벨 성능 비교용으로 변환하여 구현한다. 모의실험을 통하여 구현한 SCM 채널의 특성을 검증하고, 이를 이용하여 기존의 OFDM 기반 MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) 적용 시스템 및 스마트 안테나 적용 시스템에서의 실제적인 링크레벨 성능을 분석하고, 정확한 비교 검증을 위하여 SCM 채널과 동일한 파라메터를 적용한 I-METRA 채널 및 독립 채널 상황에서의 링크 레벨 성능을 함께 비교 분석한다. MIMO 및 스마트 안테나 적용 시스템에 대하여 여러 채널 환경에서 채널 상관도에 따른 링크레벨 성능을 분석함으로써, 채널 상관도의 영향에 따라 주어진 환경에 적합한 다중 안테나 시스템을 제안한다.

간호대학생의 자기주도 학습에 대한 인식과 수행 실태 (A Study on the Level of Awareness and the Current Performance Level of Self-directed Learning in Nursing Students)

  • 본 논문은 간호학생들의 자기 주도 학습에 대한 인식수준과 수행수준을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 각종 자기주도 학습과 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 자기 주도 학습의 핵심개념을 규명한 다음 이에 부합되는 루브릭을 개발하였다. 이를 간호 대학생에게 적용하여 자기 주도 학습에 대한 인식수준과 실행수준을 확인하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 간호학생들의 자기 주도 학습에 대한 인식수준과 수행수준은 모든 항목에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 간호학생들의 자기 주도 학습에 대한 수행수준은 입시성적에 따라 간호학을 선택한 학생이 낮았지만, 학년에 따른 유의한 차이가 없었다. 자기 주도 학습에 대한 인식수준은 전공만족도별, 학업성취도별, 전공 선택 동기 별로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습에 대한 인식수준과 수행수준은 일치하지 않았으며, 이는 학생들이 자기 주도 학습의 필요성은 충분히 인식하고 있지만 실제로 실행에 옮기고 있지 않고 있음을 의미한다. 이에 간호육자들은 교육대상 학생들의 자기 주도 학습 능력과 현황을 구체적으로 파악하고 이를 강화하고 향상시킬 수 있는 교수학습 전략을 개발해야 할 필요성이 있다.

공연산업에서 NFC와 LBS 마케팅에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Marketing of NFC and LBS in Public Performance)

  • To invigorate and develop marketing strategies in public performance, this thesis reviewed the literatures such as papers, academic materials and internet information on marketing in public performance. We performed surveys for specialists and non-specialists of public performance from on-line or off-line for questionnaire which is classified as demographic characteristics, tendency for seeing public performance and for knowledge of NFC and LBS, and analyzed the questionnaires for knowing the effects of NFC and LBS marketing in public performance. This thesis revealed generally a higher level of satisfaction with NFC than LBS, especially for specialists as compared with non-specilists. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with LBS than NFC is that LBS technique has privacy problem about personal information by exposing the user location information. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with NFC to non-specialists is that there are insufficiency of promotion for NFC technique and contents utilizing NFC. A total average score for a level of satisfaction of NFC and LBS service was revealed high as more than 3.50 out of 5.00. Through this thesis we suggest the public performance marketing strategies.

병원간호사의 낙상예방간호 수행 영향요인 (Factors influencing fall prevention nursing performance of hospital nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing evidence-based fall prevention nursing performance of hospital nurses. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 344 nurses from three general hospitals from January 20 to March 10, 2013. The study instruments included general characteristics of the subjects, and awareness and performance of fall prevention. Data were analyzed by t test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS v. 20.0. Results: There were statistically significant differences in awareness and performance according to age, marital status, clinical experiences, workplace, experience of fall prevention education, knowledge of fall prevention, compliance with fall prevention, attention level toward prevention, recognition level of potential falls, nurse responsibility for falls, importance of fall prevention, efforts level for fall prevention, and awareness score of falls prevention. There was a positive correlation among awareness and performance of fall prevention. Based on the multiple regression analysis, compliance with fall prevention, efforts level for fall prevention, and awareness score of falls prevention were significant predictors for performance of fall prevention. The explanation power of the model was 64.1%. Conclusion: The findings revealed the need to develop an effective nursing intervention to improve hospital nurses' performance for fall prevention.

The Relationship between the Control Level of Foreign Subsidiaries and Performance in the Chinese Market

  • Purpose - There is a lack of research on how much corporate control is sufficient for effective subsidiary business-related decision making. To address this research gap, this study analyzes the impact of the level of control of a Korean corporation's headquarters on its overseas subsidiary performance. Research design, data, methodology - The study's sample comes from the Overseas Korean Business Directory of KOTRA. A multiple regression analysis empirically confirmed the relationship between the headquarters level of control over the subsidiaries and their performance. Results - The results show that the greater an organization's headquarters control over strategic issues, the greater the subsidiary's non-financial performance. However, quick decision-making through decentralization promotes the rapid selection of successful new products that can provide a competitive advantage. Conclusion - This study shows that the impact of control levels on subsidiary performance depends on the type of control involved. Specifically, while low levels of control over operational issues had a positive (+) influence on subsidiary non-financial performance, high control levels led to improved non-financial performance with regard to strategic issues among the subsidiaries.
