The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the Horticulture Job Skill course based on the employment practice model on personal performance indicator of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. In the first step of this study, an employment practice model was developed by a focus group composed of six specialists from the industry and academia. The second step consisted of selecting the items of personal performance indicator related to horticulture vocational rehabilitation among all items of vocational rehabilitation. The third step was selecting students to participate in the study. The next step was coming up with a pilot instructional design based on the employment practice model. The final step was examining the effects of pilot course (horticulture job skill) based on the employment practice model on personal performance indicator of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. As a result, there were significant improvements after treatment in the experimental group with indicator 1 (managing) from 1.8±0.155 to 4.2±0.267, indicator 2 (planting) from 1.5±0.114 to 4.45±0.153, indicator 3 (using tool) from 3.2±0.186 to 4.6±0.112, indicator 4 (packing) from 2.05±0.153 to 4.45±0.114, indicator 5 (decorating) from 2.65±0.150 to 5.5±0.114, indicator 6 (cleaning) from 2.85±0.131 to 4.45±0.114, indicator 7 (observing) from 2.4±0.112 to 4.45±0.112, and indicator 8 (laboring) from 2.35±0.109 to 4.1±0.180. However, the control group did not show any significant improvement after 15 weeks of the program. This study determined that the Horticulture Job Skill course based on the employment practice model has an effect on improving the individual performance of vocational rehabilitation for university students with disabilities. Finally, horticulture education-based on the employment practice model will contribute to vocational rehabilitation for university student with disabilities.

최근에 국내 일부 대학과 대학도서관에서는 경영혁신의 일환으로 성과관리시스템을 구축하고 있으며, 이를 위해 BSC를 도입했거나 도입을 고려하고 있다. 따라서 BSC를 적용하여 대학도서관 성과의 측정도구인 성과지표를 개발하고, 개발된 성과지표의 상대적 가중치를 산정하여 대학도서관의 사명달성과 성과제고에 어떠한 성과지표가 중요한지 분석할 필요성이 있다. 또한, 성과지표는 개발 과정에서 개발 주체의 특성과 관점에 따라 영향을 받는다. 그러므로 성과지표에 대한 상대적 가중치 부여에 있어 전문가집단 간 차이를 분석할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 BSC 기반 대학도서관 성과지표 모형을 도출하고, 도출된 성과지표 모형의 평가요소별 중요도와 성과지표 모형에 대한 상대적 가중치 부여에 있어 전문가집단 간 차이를 분석한 연구이다.

This study establishes key success Predictors of internet venture enterprises in Korea. The five factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of entrepreneurship, industrial level, enterprise strategy, organizational capability, and resource procurement by distinguishing between its components and determinants. Organizational performance indicators were derived from the previous studies classifying by financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator using by recent evaluation method as BSC (Balanced Scorecard). We then examine the impact of critical success factors on the internet venture performance. Hypotheses on five factors of internet venture were tested for 103 organizations. Results indicate that critical success factors may serve as key predictors. Organizational strategy and resource capability was found to be positively influenced on both financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator while entrepreneurship, industrial level and organizational capability positively affected only non-financial performance indicator.

최근 도로포장 분야에서는 시공품질을 개선하기 위한 방편으로 성능보증 계약제도에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 성능보증 계약제도는 시공회사에게 자유롭게 재료와 공법을 선택할 수 있는 기회를 부여하고 발주자가 제시하는 일정 수준 이상의 성능을 주어진 기간 동안 유지하게 하는 것이다. 성능보증 계약제도의 도입을 위하여 아스팔트 포장 분야에서는 성능보증 시방서에 포함될 성능인자와 임계한도에 관한 연구가 많이 진행된 상태이다. 그러나 고속국도뿐만 아니라 일반국도에서도 많이 시공되고 있는 콘크리트 포장 분야에서는 성능인자와 임계한도에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유럽 국가와 미국 각 주의 성능보증 계약제도 사례에 관한 문헌을 검토하여 콘크리트 포장의 성능보증기간, 성능인자, 그리고 임계한도에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 수원, 의정부, 예산, 충주, 전주, 포항, 남원, 진영, 정선, 영주, 진주, 홍천, 보은의 일반국도 13구간에서 줄눈 콘크리트 포장의 성능에 영향을 미치는 주요 파손을 조사하고 분석하여 해외의 성능보증기간, 성능인자, 그리고 임계한도와 비교하였다.

In this study we examine Taiwan's overall performance in accordance with sustainable construction by developing an appraisal indicator framework. The framework consists of five layers, from bottom to top: the indicator; the indicator category; the core cluster; the theme; and the overall performance. The procedure for the development of a sustainable construction indicator system is outlined. Finally, a framework consists of 3 themes, 10 core clusters, and 33 indicator categories are established. Following the established framework, 67 proper indicators are selected for each category in the framework, and data of the 53 indicators are collected respectively from a nation's statistical databank in Taiwan. Sustainable construction index aggregated step-by-step from the indicators, the indicator categories, the core clusters and the themes is computed to assess Taiwan's progress in sustainable construction. The preliminary results and the discussion are reported.

청년취업아카데미 사업은 대학 졸업예정자 및 졸업생을 대상으로 산업계 주도의 맞춤형 취업역량향상 프로그램을 지원함으로써, 산업현장에 맞는 인재를 양성하고 청년실업의 구조적 수급불일치 해소를 목적으로 한다. 이 사업의 주요 특징 중의 하나는 기업맞춤식 교육에 있어서 M-to-M 모델을 적용하여 여러 기업에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 업종별 공통기술을 교육한다는 점이다. 청년 취업아카데미 사업의 운영기관은 사업시작 후 1년 6개월이 지난 시점에서의 최종 취업률에 의해 평가를 받으므로 중간평가의 의미를 가지는 운영기관 성과지표가 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 운영기관 성과지표의 타당성을 분석하였다. 성과지표와 성과평가 결과, 성과평가 결과와 최종 취업률 그리고 성과지표와 최종 취업률간의 상관관계를 분석하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop the competencies of the administrator and the behavioral indicators, and with those as the foundation it is to measure the importance and the performance. Method: On the basis of literature review, the researcher made a preliminary competency and the behavioral indicator for the administrator. Developed competency and behavioral indicator went through the content validity using CVI. Finally, 20 different competencies and 87 behavioral indicators of the administrators in long-term care facility helped measuring the importance of the present administrator's competency and the performance. Results: The competencies are Achievement Orientation, Initiative, Information Seeking, Interpersonal Understanding, Customer Service Orientation, Marketing, Influence, Organizational Awareness, Relationship Building, Staff Development, Assertiveness, Teamwork and Cooperation, Leadership, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Managerial Expertise, Self Control, Self Confidence, Flexibility and Organizational Commitment. For the contents, 87 behavioral indicators are included. The importance and the performance were confirmed by Importance Performance Analysis. The importance of each behavioral indicator in each field and the performance were confirmed with the mean and the standard deviation. Conclusion: The competencies and behavioral indicators of an administrator which were developed by this study are considered that they can be used as the effective guides in the practical field and can also be used as basic materials for developing educational program.

The concept of improved performance indicators (PIs) for use in the KINS Safety Performance Indicator (SPI) program for reactor safety area is proposed in this paper. To achieve this, the recently developed PIs from the USNRC that use risk information were investigated, and a feasibility study for the application of these PIs in Korean NPPs was performed. The investigated PIs are Baseline Risk Index for Initiating Events (BRIIE), Unplanned Scrams with Complications (USwC), and Mitigating System Performance Index (MSPI). Moreover, the thresholds of the existing safety performance indicators of KINS were evaluated in consideration of the risk and regulatory response to different levels of licensee performance in the graded inspection program.

공공도서관의 사명은 정보이용, 문화활동, 평생교육 등과 관련된 지역주민의 요구를 충족시키고 보다 편리하고 평등한 접근을 제공함으로써 지역사회 발전과 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 공공도서관의 사명을 달성하고 성과를 제고할 수 있는 성과지표 모형을 개발하고자 학습 및 성장 관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 자원 관점, 이용자 관점의 4가지 관점 아래 12개의 주요성공요인, 36개의 핵심성과지표로 구성된 BSC 기반 공공도서관 성과지표 모형을 도출하고, 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 도출된 성과지표 모형의 상대적 가중치를 산정하여 공공도서관의 사명달성과 성과제고에 어떠한 성과지표가 중요한지를 분석한 연구이다.

It is important to improve the energy performance in the industrial sector, and therefore most of the manufacturing companies need the energy performance indicators to identify the target and to verify the energy savings. However, the conventional energy performance indicators such as the total energy consumption and the energy intensity are not proper to use. The reason is that they do not consider adequate relevant variables including productions in the boundary of the manufacturing companies. Therefore, the study provides the advanced energy performance indicator using by the linear regression model according to each energy source to manage the target and to verify the energy performance properly.
