This paper confirmed the roles of images of performance arts, through an analysis of the performance arts realizing media augmented reality, and proceeded audience studies through t-test for verifying the results. As a result, the images used for the performance arts interacted with the audiences through mixing of media, and led to satisfaction for the performance through strong flow and understanding. For some parts, however, an indiscreet use of images caused audiences, who are still familiar with traditional performance arts, to react exclusively toward the media. Eventually, at this time trying new change, convergence media performance arts with images need to orchestrate performance arts and media, so that multiple audiences can easily understand and enjoy, and make an effort to let the audiences get satisfaction based on various experiences. For this, a producer should dedicate to create strategic performance arts contents that can provide professional new knowledge and information, considering even audiences' recognition, as well as their perceptional and psychological characteristics.
The current state of performance halls in South Korea is closely related to the performance art and culture of the nation as the culture of putting on and enjoying a performance is deeply rooted in public culture and arts halls representing each area at the local government level. Today, public culture and arts halls have multiple management purposes, and the subjects of their management are in the public domain including the central and local governments or investment and donation foundations in overwhelming cases. Public culture and arts halls thus have close correlations with the institutional aspect of cultural policies as the objects of culture and art policies at the central and local government level. The full-blown era of public culture and arts halls opened up in the 1980s~1990s, during which multi-purpose performance halls of a similar structure became universal around the nation. Public culture and arts halls of the uniform shape were distributed around the nation with no premise of genre characteristics or local environments for arts, and this was attributed to the cultural policies of the military regime. The Park Chung-hee regime proclaimed Yusin that was beyond the Constitution and enacted the Culture and Arts Promotion Act(September, 1972), which was the first culture and arts act in the nation. Based on the act, a five-year plan for the promotion of culture and arts(1973) was made and led to the construction of cultural facilities. "Public culture and arts" halls or "culture" halls were built to serve multiple purposes around the nation because the Culture and Arts Promotion Act, which is called the starting point of the nation's legal system for culture and arts, defined "culture and arts" as "matters regarding literature, art, music, entertainment, and publications." The definition became a ground for the current "multi-purpose" concept. The organization of Ministry of Culture and Public Information set up a culture and administration system to state its supervision of "culture and arts" and distinguish popular culture from the promotion of arts. During the period, former President Park exhibited his perception of "culture=arts=culture and arts" in his speeches. Arts belonged to the category of culture, but it was considered as "culture and arts." There was no department devoted to arts policies when the act was enacted with a broad scope of culture accepted. This ambiguity worked as a mechanism to mobilize arts in ideological utilizations as a policy. Against this backdrop, the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, a multi-purpose performance hall, was established in 1978 based on the Culture and Arts Promotion Act under the supervision of Ministry of Culture and Public Information. There were, however, conflicts of value over the issue of accepting the popular music among the "culture and arts = multiple purposes" of the system, "culture ≠ arts" of the cultural organization that pushed forward its establishment, and "culture and arts = arts" perceived by the powerful class. The new military regime seized power after Coup d'état of December 12, 1979 and failed at its culture policy of bringing the resistance force within the system. It tried to differentiate itself from the Park regime by converting the perception into "expansion of opportunities for the people to enjoy culture" to gain people's supports both from the side of resistance and that of support. For the Chun Doo-hwan regime, differentiating itself from the previous regime was to secure legitimacy. Expansion of opportunities to enjoy culture was pushed forward at the level of national distribution. This approach thus failed to settle down as a long-term policy of arts development, and the military regime tried to secure its legitimacy through the symbolism of hardware. During the period, the institutional ground for public culture and arts halls was based on the definition of "culture and arts" in the Culture and Arts Promotion Act enacted under the Yusin system of the Park regime. The "multi-purpose" concept, which was the management goal of public performance halls, was born based on this. In this context of the times, proscenium performance halls of a similar structure and public culture and arts halls with a similar management goal were established around the nation, leading to today's performance art and culture in the nation.

The creative characteristics of Culture and Arts organization workers who connect consumers and producers of culture and arts(artists, creators, and producers) are very important in the culture and arts field. Where the cultural and arts organization workers are very important as their achievements are directly related to the appreciation of culture and art. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of creativity on cultural and artistic organizations workers regarding self-efficacy and work performance. The research was conducted on 208 people in national and public cultural organizations and art organizations in Gwangju Jeollanam-do. As a result of the research, originality and challenge of creative characteristics have a positive effect on self-efficacy. However, openness did not have a statistically significant effect on self-efficacy. In addition, self-efficacy has a positive effect on job performance.
This study aimed to analyze the types and characteristics of space forms according to the composition of the stage and auditorium space along with the expression trends in the space of performing arts centers through the cases of modern performing arts centers in America. Today since the purposes of performance are multiple, a variety of stage types are applied to each performing arts center. They use various spaces and performances of multiple purposes by moving and transforming the stage and auditorium according to the kinds of performance as a variation of the arena stage. In today's performing arts centers, the sizes of the stage and auditorium can vary widely, and the performances of many different genres are put to multiple purposes. There appear complex performing arts centers that can plan performing spaces of diverse sizes and forms to fit the functions of a performance in a large building. Since they put on performances in a large space according to the characteristics of the kind of performance, the intentions and goals of the performance are well delivered to the audience.
The purpose of this Study is to present the tasks and means of improving the operational system of public culture and arts institutes in the future on the basis of the analysis of the effectiveness of operation of public culture and arts institutes. The summary of the results of analysis in this Study is as follows: Firstly, it was found that the factor variables that impart effect on the operation of public culture and arts institutes included (1) artistic value, (2) convenience and (3) organizational management, while the performance variable of public culture and arts institutes was (4) operational performance. Secondly, in the analysis of the structure that explains the operational effects of public culture and arts institutes, convenience and organizational management were found to impart effects on the operational performances. However, artistic value was found to have no effect on operational performances. Therefore, these results of analysis imply that organizational management and convenience, rather than artistic value, need to be fortified in order to elevate the operational performances of public culture and arts institutes.

Performing arts are composite art forms made through the collective participation of people who are responsible for a variety of roles with a multidimensional context. This study presents an analysis of the context to be expressed in the process of the arrangement and description of records of performing arts, with a focus on the relationship between performance work and performance planning, the relationship between performance planning and individual performance, the relationship between performance and people who participated in the performance, relationship between records and records, and the relationship between performance and records. With this, this study proposes a logical hierarchical structure that is required to express the context of the inner relationship of performing arts archives. It also suggests a model of sequential organization to describe the inner logic of the relationship between records and records.
The popularity of the social media has enabled growth of the social network, which has a big impact on culture and arts sector. The impact is based on the fact that news and evaluation of performances are communicated actively through the use of on-line community, and that the advent of social commerce makes more people see better performance at a lower price. Besides, collaboration programs called Social Sourcing are springing up in the arts sector, and there is Crowd Funding for culture & arts which is a desirable form of social funding. In this way social media and social network service (SNS) have huge social influence not only on the performing arts sector but also on the whole culture and arts sector, and are expected to have growing dominance. With SNS - which opened new marketing, publicity and donation system not only for the whole society but also for the culture and arts sector - in mind, this paper handles the topics on understanding of close relationship between SNS and performing arts, and on its current usage, value and endless possibilities. By presenting the practical value and the possibilities, this paper will help in making smooth the communication between stakeholders and audience of performing arts, in making effective the means of performance delivery, and in making enlarged the mutual understanding between performers and audience. This paper will also be the basis of an alternative means, which presents the performing arts sector with possibilities to get out of the chronic deficit.

In this Paper, we try to find service quality factors form performance arts. We survey Customers Performance and make a Questionnaire based on Customer by interview and internet Homepage. We find Potential customer satisfying factor by using Kano Analysis and Timko's CS coefficient. This study aimed to analyze the types and characteristics of space forms according to performance types in the space of performing arts centers through the cases of modern performing arts centers. As for the space forms according to the performance forms, the performing arts centers devoted to dramas made a small space or turned into multi-purpose ones entering the modern days. Added to the proscenium, the main stage, was the back stage for the stage background. The area of the stage and auditorium grew similar with some kind of separation between the stage and audience. The concert halls have close relationships with the audience and their stage contacts the auditorium on many sections. The stage space is smaller than the auditorium and usually either the complex or entry type. In the opera theater, they commonly create a space for social gathering in addition to the main stage of proscenium, back stage, side stage and auditorium. They're also distinct from other performing centers for having an orchestra pit between the stage and audience. The stage is twice as big as the auditorium and the separate type. In today's performing arts centers, the sizes of the stage and auditorium can vary widely, and the performances of many different genres are put to multiple purposes.
The purpose of this study was to examine the application tendency of the western classical style which appears in contemporary performing arts centers. The types of space in performing arts centers were investigated according to the times. There were somewhat fixed stage and auditorium types for each period ; the ancient times had the arena stage and round auditorium, the Renaissance the proscenium stage and the U-shaped auditorium, the Elizabethan period the thrust stage and polygonal auditorium, and the modern times the proscenium and apron stage, the horseshoe and fan type auditorium.
