The primary aim of this study is to provide effective operational directions of multi-purpose maneuver patrol via practical analysis on the fear of crime and its impact factors in the Hot Spots Policing target region. Comparative Analysis on fear of crime and its impact factors such as informal social control, disorder, and the perception of police activities is conducted in regions of maneuver patrol against its neighborhood. In Conclusion, no evident differences in fear of crime between the regions of maneuver patrol and its neighborhood were found. However, regions of maneuver patrol displayed significant distinctions in informal social control and perception of crime frequency in comparison to its neighborhood of no such patrol. In addition, it was noticed that in both regions disorder and perception of crime frequency served as the impact factors of fear of crime, which in part exhibits positive relationship with perception of hot spots policing. This study concludes that criterion in deciding on the regions of maneuver patrol should include subjective impact factors such as fear of crime. Furthermore, it suggests that along with the current unsatisfactory maneuver patrol system there needs specific guideline to enhance the perception of police activities including strengthened interactions with residents, improvement in social disorder.

This study was examined for perception of introduction and adaptation stages focused on the tourist police in Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. Seoul Metropolitan tourist police operates that is installed the first in Korea. Through in-depth interviews, we collected and analyzed data on the purpose of the tourist police, operating direction, the areas of activity, job characteristics, working environment. Awareness about activities of the tourist police members can have a significant impact on tourist police installations in the future. The survey was conducted for tourist police officers 16 people in the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, and analysis of the data was carried out through a qualitative research analysis program NVivo 10.0. Recognition was divided that Start step, Trial-and-error step, Skilled step, Completion step from the work experience of the tourist police and it analyzed the difference between each step. Each stage found difference in the individuals, working periods, also it was confirmed that difference of opinion about the settlement and completeness in the tourist police.

Maritime police recognize that the organizational culture of various acting as a member of the organization. Also, marine policing and security activities to determine the number of build. The overall culture of maritime police who share the organization sub-culture may take place. Maritime police organizational culture and a variety of types of group culture, hierarchical culture, development culture, rational culture examined the differences in perceptions. Maritime police aware of the general results of the analysis are as follows; First, the maritime police officers of the age group of 20 was the highest recognition in hierarchy culture and rational culture. Second, the maritime police officers of the rank of captain was the highest recognition in development culture and rational culture. Third, differences in the perception of organizational culture by recruitment analysis show the difference in cultural groups showed, in particular, the special recruitment group of police officers, and maritime police culture can be seen tend to appear low.

Today, the police alone can not prevent a crime. And the police is limited to meet for people's the increased needs on public safety. So the police and the community needs the cooperation of a variety of resources. Police in cooperation with community resources to respond to the crime's most professional and the private sector is a private security. However, the role of private security for cooperation policing is insufficient in South Korea. So for this study to build a cooperative policing in South Korea as private security for the following four kinds of directions are presented. First, as a private security of the United States and Japan, specializes in diversified business sectors. Simple human-oriented private security of the building security get out. Instead, take the high-tech crime prevention or industry complex security should be changed to a professional organization. Second, the interaction between police and private security should be increased. Police and private security through regular meetings between the need for mutual interests and build consensus is needed. The role of private security companies to be represented on the Security Association of South Korea's active role in the matter. Third, efforts to improve the image of private security activities and the publiciy activity of private security is needed. Some of the private security in an effort to escape a negative image to the people and actively promote a positive image is necessary. Finally, for South Korea to the level the cooperation between the police and private security are required to develop system models. Front-line policing priority in the field and the mutual understanding between the police and private security in an effort to have a positive perception is needed. Equal partners, especially the police and private security to private security companies to have recognized experts in their own recruitment and training should be improved by strengthening the expertise.

Terrorism is a serious problem in that it can infringe on a broad range of legal interests, from individual legal interests to national legal interests. And if these legal values are damaged, it is very unlikely that they will be restored to their original state. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the importance of preventive activities as well as institutional improvement and alternative policies. The role of the criminal justice authority is of paramount importance in ensuring proactive action and procedural legitimacy. It would be meaningful to look at their perception about terrorism before specific procedures and legal approaches are taken. A Study is related terrorism awareness of police officers - focused on 'Comprehensive Emergency Management Model'. The government and the police are trying to expand the safety of the people by spreading "four major social evil erasures" intensively crackdown and prevention activities of sexual assault, school violence, domestic violence, and bad foods for the main purpose of security activities I made an effort. However, in spite of such efforts, the public's feelings of social unrest and the concern about security have not been significantly improved. Therefore, in this paper, using R which is the tool for analyzing big data which is most widely used in each field such as enterprise, consulting, public field, etc., R Using variables measured at each level, we analyzed by analyzing multiple regression analyzes, and confirmed what kind of correlation there is in relation to the direction affecting policy improvement I will try to present it.
