가격지각에 따른 패션점포 판매원 서비스와 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Salesperson Services and Repeat Purchase Intention by Price Perception of Fashion Stores)

  • The purposes of this study are to examine consumer's perception about salesperson services of fashion stores, and how salesperson services influence on consumer's satisfaction, repeat purchase intention by price perception. The data was obtained from a survey of 420 fashion product consumers in their 20's living in Gwangju city in 2006. It was analyzed by factor analyses, reliability, frequency, T-test, regression. The results of the survey were: 1) Salesperson service dimensions perceived by fashion product consumers were 4 dimensions: Customer service orientation,. Relationship orientation, Reliability & sales ability, Salesperson's appearance. 2) Salesperson services influenced on satisfaction of high price perception group and low price perception group. 3) Satisfaction and salesperson service importance influenced on repeat purchase intention of high price perception group and low price perception group. 4) The difference of salesperson services perceptions by store types were examined. The findings of this study are expected to help fashion stores make successful relationship strategy according to price strategy and keep the relationship with their customers for a long time in fashion retail setting.

한국 학생들의 영어 철자 <a> 인지와 발화 (Perception and Production of English Grapheme <a> by Korean Students)

초등 과학영재교육에서 코티칭 과학수업이 학생들의 개념 적용 능력과 수업에 대한 인식에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Coteaching Science Instruction in Elementary Science-Gifted Education upon Students' Concept Application Ability and Perception of the Instruction)

  • 이 연구에서는 초등 과학영재교육에서 코티칭 과학수업의 효과를 개념 적용 능력과 수업에 대한 인식 측면에서 조사했다. 2개 초등학교의 2개 과학영재학급에 소속된 5학년 학생 37명을 선정하여 각각 통제 집단(n=19)과 코티칭 수업 집단(n=18)으로 배치했다. 코티칭 수업 집단에서는 두 명의 교사가 12차시의 초등 과학영재수업을 함께 준비, 실행, 평가했고, 통제 집단에서는 코티칭 수업 집단과 동일한 프로그램을 사용하여 한 명의 교사가 과학영재수업을 준비, 진행, 평가했다. 모든 수업이 끝난 후, 두 집단 학생들에게 모두 개념 적용 능력 검사를 실시했고, 코티칭 수업 집단의 모든 학생들에게는 코티칭 과학수업에 대한 인식 검사를 실시한 후 이에 대한 심층 면담도 실시했다. 연구 결과, 통제 집단보다 코티칭 수업 집단의 개념 적용 능력 검사 점수가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 높았다. 코티칭 수업 집단의 많은 과학영재학생들이 코티칭 과학수업에 대해 언어적 상호작용, 수업 운영, 인지적, 정의적 측면에서 긍정적으로 인식했으나, 일부 학생들은 몇 가지 단점을 지적하기도 했다. 이에 대한 교육적 함의를 논했다.

초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력검사모형 구안 (The Development of the Inspection Model about Cognitive Ability according to Visual Artistic Giftedness Identification of the Elementary School Children)

  • 본고는 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지적 능력과 관련하여 문헌연구와 선행연구들을 바탕으로 미술영재성과 인지능력과의 관계를 고찰함으로써 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력검사모형을 구안하고자 하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저, 미술영재성과 인지능력의 관계를 고찰하여 미술영재성의 구성요인으로서 인지능력의 타당성을 규정한 다음, 앞선 문헌연구를 통해 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력검사모형을 구안하였다. 그리고 구안된 검사모형의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 일반학급 아동집단과 미술영재 아동집단을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 따른 인지능력의 구성요인으로서 시각적 사고력과 공간 지각력, 비판적 사고력이 논리적, 경험적으로 타당성이 있다고 검증되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 앞으로 이루어질 초등학교 아동의 미술영재성 판별에 대한 다양한 모색의 가능성과 미술영재교육 프로그램의 개발에 새로운 접근을 제공해줄 수 있을 것이다.

사업용 운전자를 위한 상황인식 검사의 개발과 타당화 (Development and Validation of Situation Awareness Tests for Commercial Drivers)

  • 본 연구는 사업용 운전자들의 상황인식 능력이 사고 유발 회수나 심각성, 벌점 등과 관련성이 있는지 알아보기 위한 목적을 가지고 진행되었다. 이를 위해 상황인식의 지각 단계와 이해 단계의 능력을 측정하기 위한 상황지각 검사와 위험판단 검사를 제작하고, 운전정밀 특별검사 대상자인 사업용 운전자 228명에게 새로 개발된 시뮬레이터 기기를 이용하여 상황지각 검사와 위험판단 검사를 시행하였다. 개발된 과제의 수행 결과는 최종 5등급으로 판정이 내려지도록 설계되었는데 가장 수행이 좋은 경우 1등급, 수행이 나쁜 경우 5등급 판정을 받도록 하였다. 연구 결과, 상황지각 검사에서의 저조한 등급은 누산벌점과 사고 다발도, 안전도 지수와 정적인 상관이 있었으며 위험판단 검사의 등급은 사고 다발도와 안전도 지수와 정적인 상관이 있었다. 이는 사업용 운전자들의 상황인식 능력이 법규위반 및 사고 유발 경향과 관련이 있음을 보여준다.

공업계열 특성화고 교사가 인식하는 수능 직업탐구 영역 응시집단 특성 변화 (Change on the Characteristics of Applying Group for Vocational Education Division in the CSAT by Industry Department Teacher's Perception of Specialized Vocational High School)

  • The purpose of this study was to inquiry of perception on the characteristics of applying students for vocational education division in the CSAT(College Scholastic Ability Test) and what were characteristics of main group by industry department teachers of specialized vocational high school. Therefore, it was highly desirable that researchers to survey what were change on the characteristics of applying for vocational education division in the CSAT and what were prospect on applying group for vocational education division in the CSAT. The survey included 100 industry department teachers of specialized vocational high school on 9 regions from Korea. The analysis of survey results were by regions, industry department teacher's career of specialized vocational high school. The results were as follows. Main reasons of reducing on applying for vocational education division in the CSAT after the class of 2010 was policy of employment reinforce in specialized vocational high school by government. The next reason was increasing students who want the next stage of education not requiring results of the CSAT. Leading group of reducing on applying for the CSAT after the class of 2010 was fine grade group. Prospect on number of applying students for vocational education division in the CSAT was maintenance on the minimum number of applying students for the CSAT, after lasting of reducing state.

온라인 학습에서 머신러닝을 활용한 초등 4학년 식물 분류 학습의 적용 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Application of Plant Classification Learning for 4th Grade Elementary School Using Machine Learning in Online Learning)

  • This study is a case study that applies plant classification learning using machine learning to fourth graders in elementary school in online learning situations. In this study, a plant classification learning education program associated with 2015 revision science curriculum was developed by applying the Artificial Intelligence biological classification teaching Learning model. The study participants were 31 fourth graders who agreed to participate voluntarily. Plant classification learning using machine learning was applied six hours for three weeks. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of image analysis on artificial intelligence, participants were mainly aware of artificial intelligence as mechanical (27%), human (23%) and household goods (23%). Second, an artificial intelligence recognition survey by semantic discrimination found that artificial intelligence was recognized as smart, good, accurate, new, interesting, necessary, and diverse. Third, there was a difference between men and women in perception and emotion of artificial intelligence, and there was no difference in perception of the ability of artificial intelligence. Fourth, plant classification learning using machine learning in this study influenced changes in artificial intelligence perception. Fifth, plant classification learning using machine learning in this study had a positive effect on reasoning ability.

The Influence of Safety Climate, Safety Leadership, Workload, and Accident Experiences on Risk Perception: A Study of Korean Manufacturing Workers

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of workers' perceived workload, accident experiences, supervisors' safety leadership, and an organization's safety climate on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Methods: Six hundred and twenty employees in a variety of manufacturing organizations were asked to complete to a questionnaire. Among them, a total of 376 employees provided valid data for analysis. To test the hypothesis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. Statistical analyses were conducted using IBM SPSS program, version 23. Results: The results indicated that workload and accident experiences have a positive influence and safety leadership and safety climate have a negative influence on the cognitive and emotional risk perception. Workload, safety leadership, and the safety climate influence perceived risk more than accident experience, especially for the emotional risk perception. Conclusion: These results indicated that multilevel factors (organization, group, and individual) play a critical role in predicting individual risk perceptions. Based on these results, therefore, to reduce risk perception related with unsafe behaviors and accidents, organizations need to conduct a variety of safety programs that enhance their safety climate beyond simple safety-related education and training. Simultaneously, it needs to seek ways to promote supervisors' safety leadership behaviors (e.g., site visits, feedback, safety communication, etc.). In addition, it is necessary to adjust work speed and amount and allocate task considering employees' skill and ability to reduce the workload for reducing risk perception.

운동과 음악을 이용한 노래부르기가 노인의 생리적 변화, 인지기능 및 우울에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Singing Program Combined with Physical Exercise of Physiologic Changes, Perception Function and Degree of Depression in the Elderly Women)

  • This study was conducted for the evaluation of the effects of singing program combined with physical exercise on the physiologic changes, perception function and degree of depression. The subjects were the members of elderly women's glee club in D care center for the elderly, who have been singing for more than 6 months. 30 members were allocated to study group and 30 to control group. The singing program designed for both physical therapy and music therapy was consisted of initial physical exercise, singing art songs and classical song and the finishing physical exercise. This program was performed twice a week and about forth minutes was consumed for one session. We checked the heart rate, peripheral arterial oxygen saturation, perception function and degree of depression before and after the program. We used a pulse oxymeter to check the heart rate to oxygen saturation and a questionnaire for the evaluation of perception function and degree of depression. We need SPSS program for data analysis. The results of the investigated personnel complying with general characteristics were analyzed by frequency, two groups by t-test, data before and after the program by paired t-test, respectively. The results were as follows. 1) Heart rate after the program was significantly lower than that before program in test group(p<0.05). 2) Peripheral oxygen saturation after the program was significantly higher than that before the program(p<0.05). 3) Ability to match the right sign with a certain predetermined number was improved after the program. The frequency of wrong matching the sign with number before program was 30. But the frequency was decreased to 8 after the program. 4) Ability to calculate was improved after the program. The frequency of wrong calculation before the program was $1.10{\pm}1.94$. But the frequency after the program was decreased to $0.97{\pm}1.84$. 5) The degree of depression after the program($2.07{\pm}0.49$) was significantly lower than that before program(p<0.001). These results show that singing program combined with physical exercise improves the oxygen delivery to peripheral circulation, stability of heart function, the perception function(calculating and matching ability) and decreases the degree of depression. In conclusion, singing program combined with physical exercise can be used for the effective measure to improve the health of elderly and prevent dementia.

웹기반 지구과학교육에서 가상현실 기술의 활용 (The Use of Virtual Reality in Web-based Earth Science Education)

  • 지구과학 학습 내용들은 교실이나 실험실에서 통제하기 어려운 내용들이 많다. 따라서 이를 극복할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 가상현실 기술을 도입하여 웹상에서 활용할 수 있는 3D 가상현실 학습프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 701명의 중학교 학생들에게 투입되었다. 그 결과 몰입감을 통한 흥미유발 및 동기유발에 아주 긍정적인 효과가 있었으며, 공간지각 능력 향상에도 큰 도움이 되는 것으로 보여졌다.
