Research on the influencing factors of new energy vehicles Based on VAM theory and Environmental awareness theory

  • 본 연구는 소비자 행동 연구 프레임워크인 VAM 모델을 기반으로 환경 인식이라는 이타적 변수를 결합하여 지각된 가치, 지각된 위험 및 환경 보호 의식이 구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 연구 모델을 구축하여 지각된 가치 및 지각된 위험의 요인을 깊이 분석한다. 612개의 유효한 설문지를 수집하고 실증 분석을 수행한 결과는 지각된 유용성, 지각된 오락성, 기술성 및 환경 보호 의식이 모두 신에너지 차량 구매 의도에 뚜렷한 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 지각된 요금은 구매 의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 기업의 마케팅 개선 전략을 제공하고 소비자 지각된 위험을 줄이며 기업이 신에너지 차량의 환경 보호 속성을 홍보하고 기업 자체의 환경 보호 노력을 촉진하는 데 유익한 보완을 제공하고 경제적 이익과 환경적 이익의 균형을 촉진할 수 있다.

여대생의 지각된 스마트폰 중독여부와 신체건강과 정신건강과의 관련성 (The Relationship between Perceived Smartphone Addiction and Physical and Mental Health in Female College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between perceived smartphone addiction and physical and mental health among female college students. Methods: Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure perceived smartphone addiction and physical and mental health of 314 female students attending a college located in D city from April 9 to May, 31, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, 𝑥2 test, t-test and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 18. Results: The respondents were classified into two groups, the perceived smartphone addiction group (29.3%) and the perceived smartphone non-addiction group (70.7%). Perceived smartphone addiction was significantly different according to daily smartphone usage time (p<.001), smartphone usage fee (p=.005), most satisfying thing about using smartphones (p=.006) and importance of smartphones in daily life (p<.001). The perceived smartphone addiction group had more physical health problems (p=.001) and more mental health problems (p<.001). The factors affecting physical health were perceived smartphone addiction and importance of smartphones in daily life, with 62% of explanatory power (F=10.15, p<.001). As for mental health, the affecting factors were also perceived smartphone addiction and importance of smartphones in daily life, with 87% of explanatory power (F=14.52, p<.001). Conclusion: It is important to raise awareness of smartphone addiction including its negative impact on physical and mental health, reduce smartphone usage time, and build offline social relationships.

  • This study proposed an expanded technology acceptance model (TAM) incorporating perceived fee (PFE) and perceived enjoyment into the original TAM We examined that the extended TAM provides supplementary information about behavior intentions (BI) toward mobile data services (MDS). This study also investigated some significant differences in the relative influence of the determinants of BI toward MDS depending on experience. The extended TAM was empirically evaluated by using survey data collected from 149 inexperienced users and 393 experienced users. The findings indicated that PFE is the strongest determinant of BI toward MDS, and the antecedents leading to users' BI vary over time. The results may provide further insights into MDS practitioners and marketing managers.

공간 집약적 관광지에서 사회적 수용력 연구 (Study on the Social Carrying Capacity in the Mega-Event - The Case of the International Kwangju Biennale, Korea -)

  • This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of social carrying capacity at mega-events, especially the 2000 Kwangju Biennale in Korea. In particular, this paper has proposed some management policies for mega events taking into account the relations between social carrying capacity, satisfaction and crowding. The research method was to look into the general characteristics and distributive forms of the location, and then to confirm the possibility of sampling the factors involved in satisfaction degree; last, A factor analysis for causal analysis of perceived crowding was performed. The study needed correlation analysis in order to compare expected crowding and perceived crowding, and performed regression to examine the causality of perceived crowding and satisfaction. The research results were as follows: the correlation of expected crowding, perceived crowding, and the total satisfaction was very low or meaningless. The relation between satisfaction and elements for factor analysis such as convenient facilities and value experience showed partial meaningfulness. The factors of convenient facilities, entrance fee, parking lot use, toilet convenience, and exhibit room use had meaningful results; on the other hand, the factors of value experience showed a meaningful result in the guide service of an event place. In conclusion when those holding an event make a basic project, they should consider management measures for convenience of facilities, proper education for guide service, and systematic guidance. Also, as a method for perceived crowding lower than expected crowding, the study has proposed that it is possible to lower expected crowding by providing appropriate information on the number of tourists expected on the weekends and weekdays. Future research should control variables such as personal characteristics, seasons proper for vacation and holidays, and carefully consider their investigation and design. Moreover, it is necessary to study variables involved in expected crowding of more various space-intensive sightseeing places (mesa-events).

청남대 관광객의 재방문 행태에 관한 연구 (Behavioral Analysis of Revisiting Tourism for Chung Nam Dae Sightseeing Site)

  • 본 연구는 고유한 특성이 강해 초기 관광객의 재방문을 유도하기가 용이하지 않은 관광지인 청남대를 대상으로 재방문 행태를 분석하기 위한 시도이다. 분석기법으로는 다변량 통계분석인 시차변수를 활용하였으며, 분석방법은 청남대 관광객의 재방문 행태를 입장료나 소득수준과 같은 경제적 요인을 바탕으로 하였다. 청남대 관광객의 재방문 의도를 결정하는 장기적인 분석결과에 의하면 단기분석과는 달리 청남대 관광객의 재방문은 전국을 대상으로 하고 있으며 충청권 및 충북지역의 재방문 관광객은 오히려 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 청남대 재방문 의도의 결정 요인을 살펴보면 입장료에 의한 영향은 초기 방문을 통해 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 소득수준에 의한 영향은 시차가 길어질수록 그 영향력이 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 청남대 재방문의 기회를 확대하기 위해서는 청남대 입장료의 요금체계 개선뿐만 아니라 이에 부합하는 시설 확충, 이미지 제고, 서비스개선 및 프로그램 개발 등의 노력이 수반되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 장기적으로는 잠재된 관광지 가치의 개발이나 주변의 유사 관광지와의 연계개발 등도 고려해야 할 것이다.

농촌 지역 재가 장애인의 일상생활 수행능력과 지각된 건강 상태 (A Study on Activities of Daily Living and Perceived Health Status of Disabled Persons at Home in Rural Areas)

  • Purpose: This study was attempted to provide basic data required to develop community-base rehabilitation program for disabled persons at home by investigating their characteristics. ADL, and perceived health status. Method: The subjects were 146 disabled persons at home in rural areas. Data were collected from January 22 to January 31, 2004. Data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, minimums, maximums, $\chi^2$-test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Contingency coefficient, Pearson's correlation, Stepwise multiple regression. Results: The average score of ADL was $5.51{\pm}1.92$: sphincter control $(5.85{\pm}2.10)$, communication $(5.66{\pm}2.02)$, transfers $(5.67{\pm}2.21)$, self care $(5.44{\pm}2.05)$, social cognition $(5.33{\pm}2.08)$, and locomotion $(4.85{\pm}2.32)$. This means that the respondents were in the state of dependence. The main items requiring others' help were 'bathing' (57.7%) and 'going up and down stairs' (51.1%) ADL was significantly different according to age, sender, occupation, medical fee payer, type, severity and duration of disability, BMI, and alcohol drinking. Among the respondents, 82.8% perceived that their health status was bad. Main factors influencing the perceived health status of disability were age and ADL$(R^2=.343)$. Conclusion: Perception of health status among the disabled is related to their characteristics and ADL, so it is necessary to develop community-base rehabilitation programs in order to improve ADL and the perception of health status.

소비자들이 지각한 의료서비스 품질결정요인과 불만호소행동 특성 분석 -인천, 부천 지역을 중심으로- (An Analysis of the Determinants of Consumers' Perceived Medical Service Quality and Complaining Behavior)

  • This study attempts to analyze some determinants of consumers' medical service quality and their complaining behavior. The results can be summerized as follows: 1. The determinants of consumers' perceived medical service quality could be categorized as five factors; i.e. nursery, hospital environment, medical doctors, other staffs service fee. Among them nursery sector consists of 32% variance. 2. According to the discriminant analysis, those determinants are of great value to distinguish between satisfied/unsatisfied group. The hit ratio was 85.4% which is relatively high score. 3. The type of complaining behavior could be grouped into no action, private and public complaining behavior. Most of respondents belonged to no action group and a few showed private complaining behavior. Any respondents who were willing to show public complaining behavior could not be found out. 4. These variables which influence complaining behavior were preconception toward hospital, barrier to complaining process and expected complaining behavior. Among them the first one was most influential variable. 5. In order to distinguish between complaining/non complaining behavior group, discriminant analysis was done. The result showed the above three variables had a significantly discriminatory power, the hit ratio reaching above 70%. In summary, we can see that consumers' evaluation on the whole medical service depends on the external factor such as staffs' attitude or hospital facilities due to the lack of their ability to evaluate highly specialized service like doctor's treatment.

  • This study identified the use types of a home help service and the level of service quality and reviewed the extent of their effects on consumer satisfaction. As a result of measuring the service quality in terms of support, assurance, reliability, empathy and responsiveness, a high overall reliability was demonstrated in the service. The consumer satisfaction with the home help service was discovered as being high, in general. Meanwhile, with the female research participants, the lower the service fee was perceived to be, the higher the consumer satisfaction. The quality assessment items concerning support and reliability were found to be important variables which were influential on consumer satisfaction. Therefore, it has been shown to be imperative to prepare political alternatives regarding the development of the service standard in order to protect user's rights, offer relevant information, and ensure reliability in the home help service.

신용카드서비스에 대한 공적불평행동과 불평처리 만족에 관한 연구 (Consumer Public Complaint Behaviors and Satisfaction of Complaint Handling By Credit Card Services)

  • This study analyzed consumer public complaint behaviors and the satisfaction of complaint handling among credit card users who availed of credit card services. Relatively little research has been done in this area, despite the obvious importance of understanding and improving credit card market conditions. The purpose of this study was to examine consumer compliant behaviors with a focus on public actions, such as voice responses and the third party actions among credit card users. With the goal of providing consumers with more positive expectations of credit card companies' complaint handling process, this study investigated the status of public actions and the negative effect of complaints on the overall satisfaction of post-complaint behavior toward credit card services. The responses from 1,000 credit card users were analyzed using descriptive analysis, factor analysis, multi-logit analysis, and Heckman selection estimate. The analysis provided three major results: (1) perceived service quality among credit card users was conceptualized into groups such as responsiveness, innovation, company, additional service, and fee, (2) perceived service qualities, age, residential area, employment status, and subjective economic status had significant effect on public compliant action behaviors, and (3) unidimensional factors resulting from post-complaint behaviors were analyzed and several variables, such as period of credit card use, average amount used, and perceived service quality had significant effects on the degree of satisfaction associated with complaint handling in terms of credit card services. Several implications and directions for further research are discussed.

향후 2년 이내의 위암 검진 이용 의도의 예측 요인 (Factors Influencing the Intention to have Stomach Cancer Screening)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the intention to have stomach cancer screening using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in Korea. Methods : For this population-based study, 1,535 adult respondents (aged 40 to 70 years) were recruited using multi-stratified random sampling and a face-to-face administered questionnaire. This study was based on Ajzen's theory of planned behavior. Intentions were divided into three scenarios for fee payment in the next two years : (1) free of charge, (2) co-payment, and (3) full charge. Multiple linear regression was used to identify the factors influencing the intention to have stomach cancer screening. Results : Perceived behavioral control and attitude toward stomach cancer screening were significant predictors of the intention to have stomach cancer screening. However, subjective norm only influenced the intention to have stomach cancer screening with full charge in the next two years. Conclusions : The results suggest that attitude and perceived behavioral control are likely to contribute toward increasing the intention to have stomach cancer screening. Especially, perceived behavioral control is a good predictor. Because the study subjects were nation wide residents, the study results can be generalized.
