The epidemic of 2019 novel coronavirus, later named as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), is still gradually spreading worldwide. The nucleic acid test or genetic sequencing serves as the gold standard method for confirmation of infection, yet several recent studies have reported false-negative results of real-time reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR). Here, we report two representative false-negative cases and discuss the supplementary role of clinical data with rRT-PCR, including laboratory examination results and computed tomography features. Coinfection with SARS-COV-2 and other viruses has been discussed as well.

Few preoperative extrapontine myelinolysis (EPM) cases with pituitary adenoma have been reported. No such case had long follow-up to see the outcome of EPM. We reported a 38-year-old man complaining of nausea, malaise and transient loss of consciousness who was found to have severe hyponatremia. Neurologic deficits including altered mental status, behavioral disturbances, dysarthria and dysphagia developed despite slow correction of hyponatremia. Endocrine and imaging studies revealed hypopituitarism, nonfunctional pituitary macroadenoma and extrapontine myelinolysis. Transsphenoidal surgery was performed after three weeks of supportive therapy, when neurological symptoms improved significantly. The patient recovered function completely 3 months after surgery. Our case indicates that outcome of EPM can be good even with prolonged periods of severe neurologic impairment.

Using 13.7 m telescope of Qinghai station of NAO, PMO at Delin Ha, 43 IRAS sources were mapped with $^{13}CO\;J=1-0\;C^{18}O\;J=1-0$ and CO J=1-0. Each source has one or more cores. The distances of these cores range from 1 pc to several pc, and the masses from $10^2\;M_{\bigodot}$ to $10^5\;M_{\bigodot}$. High velocity outflows were detected. The mass, momentum and energy of these massive cores are larger than those of the low mass ones. With radio, IRAS, MSX data, stellar source distribution were investigated, and sourceless cores that deviate from infrared sources were identified. They are potential high mass star formation sites.

In this article, a new remote sensing image fusion model based on modified Kohonen networks is given. And a new fusion rule based on modified voting rule was established. Select Shaoxing City as the study site, located at Zhejiang Province, P.R.China. The fusion experiment between Landsat TM data (30m) and IRS-C Pan data (5.8m) was performed using the given fusion method. The fusion results show that the new method can gain better result in apply ing to the lower hill area, and the whole classification accuracy was 10% higher than the basic Kohonen method. The confusion between the woodlands and the waterbodies was also diminished.

The temporal GIS data modeling methods are discussed in this paper. At first, two conceptual models of spatio-temporal data are introduced, and then some typical STDMs based on these two models are summed up and compared. After that, the spatio-temporal changes are analyzed thoroughly, and then how to model spatio -temporal data from different aspects is discussed. At last, several issues that need further research are pointed out.

Peking duck embryos incubated for 82 hrs after oviposition, stage 18 to 20(Hamberger and Hamilton, 1951) were transferred into the recipient eggshells and further incubated at $38.0^{\circ}C$ RH(relative humidity) 60 to 70%, with rotation at an angle of $30^{\circ}$ and the frequency of 4 times an hour. The survival rate was 100, 98, 82, 82, 70, 46, 21 and 16%, after the incubation period of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 and 29 days, respectively. The present result clearly shows that the ex ova culture is possible for the Peking duck just as in the cases of the chicken or the quail. This culture technique could be useful for experimental manipulation of the embryos.

The purpose for this paper is to find the common characteristics of Korean traditional clothing, which is largely affected by Chinese arts and culture. There are many different theories about Faking Opera＇s orgine but an established character is an ensemble song and dance. It virtually represent overall Chinese arts. There are four characters in the Peking Opera ; Sheng, Dan, Jing, and Chuck. Sheng is divided into Nosheng, Sosheng, Musheng and Hongsheng based on their dramatic skills. Also, Sheng requires various acting skills : song, dance, dialogue, act and fighting skill. Peking Opera＇s stage costume was set up in Qing dynasty though it＇s style was embellished with mainly Ming dynasty＇s clothing style. The rankings and personalties of the role are strictly applied to decide what to wear. Artistic exaggeration, symbol and transfiguration, use of colors are equally important in planning the stage costume.

A set of microwave remote sensing data collected with the newly developed UMass Imaging Wind and Rain Airborne Profiler (IWRAP) during the 2002 Atlantic Hurricane Season was analyzed to further our understanding of the effect of precipitation on scatterometer wind vector retrieval. Coincident surface wind speed and precipitation measurements were provided by the UMass Simultaneous Frequency Microwave Radiometer (SFMR). The differences between the wind estimations from IWRAP and SFMR under precipitation conditions of 0-100mm/hr and wind speed of 0-60m/s was calculated, from which the effect of precipitation on the wind vector retrieval using scatterometry is analyzed qualitatively.
