A Mobile Ad Hoc Network(MANET) is a multi hop wireless network with no prepared base stations or centralized administrations, where flocks of peer systems gather and compose a network. Each node operates as a normal end system in public networks. In addition to it, a MANET node is required to work as a router to forward traffic from a source or intermediate node to others. Applications of MANET are extensively wide, such as battle field or any unwired place; however, these are exposed to critical problems related to network management, node's capability, and security because of frequent and dynamic changes in network topology, absence of centralized controls, restricted usage on network resources, and vulnerability oi mobile nodes which results from the special MANET's character, shared wireless media. These problems induce MANET to be weak from security attacks from eavesdropping to DoS. To guarantee secure authentication is the main part of security service In MANET because networks without secure authentication are exposed to exterior attacks. In this paper, a multistage authentication strategy based on CGSR is proposed to guarantee that only genuine and veritable nodes participate in communications. The proposed authentication model is composed of key manager, cluster head and common nodes. The cluster head is elected from secure nodes, and key manager is elected from cluster heads. The cluster head will verify other common nodes within its cluster range in MANET. Especially, ID of each node is used on communication, which allows digital signature and blocks non repudiation. For performance evaluation, attacks against node authentication are analyzed. Based on security parameters, strategies to resolve these attacks are drawn up.
The purpose of this study is to identify the differential effects of transformational leadership and organizational justice on psychological contract breach and work engagement, and to suggest practical implications. To this purpose, this study theoretically references equity theory which recognizes the relationship between organizational input and output, social exchange theory which explains the exchange relationship between members and organization, and job demand-resource (JD-R) model that combines job demands and job resources. A empirical study was conducted on 277 employees at 18 companies of diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, and finance, and to eliminate the common method bias problem, the dependent variable was measured using peer evaluation. The results of this study showed that: 1) both transformational leadership and organizational justice had a significant positive effect on work engagement and significant negative effect on psychological contract breach; and 2) psychological contract breach played a partial mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement as well as between organizational justice and work engagement. Therefore, this study suggests that, as organizational justice has stronger influence on work engagement and psychological contract breach than transformational leadership, organizations should not only train its leaders but also guarantee fairness.
Approximately 70% of cervical cancers are caused by HPV types 16/18 and thus the implementation of vaccination programmes with vaccines against HPV types 16/18 will have a major impact on the incidence of cervical cancer worldwide. However, this reduction will not be seen until several decades after full implementation of such vaccination programmes since the vaccines must be given to young adolescents before exposure to the virus and women who are already sexually active are not likely to be protected. Both GSK and Merck insist that even vaccinated women must continue to participate in regular cervical screening by the most sensitive method available since the vaccine can only give protection against up to 70% of cervical cancers. It is unlikely that the current vaccines will be modified to include additional high risk HPV types in the foreseeable future. While HPV testing is highly sensitive, it is not recommended for women under 30 years of age nor for vaccinated women. Additionally, HPV testing has poor specificity. The Digene Hybrid Capture 2 test is licensed for use only in conjunction with a cytology test, not as a stand-alone test, and the high risk panel has recognised cross reactivity with low risk HPV types. None of the other HPV test methods currently commercially available are FDA approved and all must be internally validated before use. This makes comparison of test results between laboratories difficult. The most sensitive and specific screening test currently available for women of all ages is the Cytyc ThinPrep System consisting of the ThinPrep Pap Test (TPPT) and the ThinPrep Imaging System (Imager). The TPPT was the first LBC system approved by the US FDA in 1996 and there are about 4,000 processors in use worldwide. The Imager was FDA approved in 2003 and over 350 systems are in routine use, mainly in the US. 40% of TPPT in the US are processed on Imager. There is clear evidence in peer reviewed literature that the Imager increases laboratory productivity by 100% and growing evidence that Imager detects more high grade SIL than the conventional smear or manual evaluation of TPPT. This aspect is particularly important since the number of cytological abnormalities will decrease as vaccination programmes are implemented. Cytotechnologists will see fewer and fewer abnormal smears and their skills will be put at risk. By doubling throughput, Imager will allow cytotechnologists to maintain their skills.

In this study, we compared the use of information and communications technology (ICT) by middle school teachers in Korea and other countries utilizing the teacher survey data of the IEA International Computer and Information Literacy Study (ICILS) 2013. The ICILS target population consisted of all students in the eighth grade. We compared Korea with Australia, the Czech Republic, Norway, and Poland, which are nations showing the highest achievements in computer and information literacy. We selected nine questions from the teacher questionnaire and divided them into the categories of computer use, use of ICT for teaching and learning, and the ICT support environment in school. In comparison to their counterparts in other countries, Korean middle school science teachers used computers frequently and also had high ICT self-efficacy. They were confident in their ability to use computers for general tasks, but not in their ability to use computers for teaching and learning. The Korean teachers also had a high percentage of utilization of presentation and graphics software. Also, the proportion of activities concerning the information provided and teacher-led tasks was high, but the proportion of activities for student collaboration or peer interaction was low. In Korea, middle school science teachers had more negative than positive views of using ICT in teaching and learning. The teachers thought that computer-related resource support and digital learning materials were insufficient and that the computer model was outdated in schools. Therefore, we propose to build an ICT infrastructure and to develop and disseminate ICT teaching and learning methods for student activities.
Purpose: Nurse educators can use film effectively to promote nursing students' motivation and indirect experiences. The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching-learning design using films based on Kolb's experiential learning model for understanding of child growth and development, and to evaluate students' satisfaction with cinenurducation according to learning type and content. Methods: Participants were seventy-four first year nursing students in the spring semester of 2013 at a private university located in Busan. In each class, participants watched film, participated in peer-to-group discussion and an educator's lecture, and wrote a composition based on Kolb's four learning stages. After class, participants filled out a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Results: Results showed a high satisfaction with cinenurducation regardless of learning type and content concerning child growth and development. Advantages of cinenurducation included it being "fun and interesting," "helpful to understand the characteristics of children," and "develop critical thinking through discussions." Disadvantages included "length of time needed," and "burdensome." Conclusion: Films are advantageous in that they provide indirect experience for nursing students. Selection of appropriate films and evaluation of learning goal achievements are important to maximize the effectiveness of cinenurducation.

This study aims to analyze criteria and characteristics for preservice elementary teachers' critiques of their peers' inquiry-based instruction. This study reviews critiques written by 31 preservice elementary teachers enrolled in an elementary school science inquiry methods course wherein the teachers designed and implemented inquiry-based instruction. These preservice teachers participated in inquiry-based instruction as if they were elementary students and then evaluated their peers' instruction. Analysis of the critiques reveals that preservice teachers evaluated their peers' instruction on the following criteria: instruction context, science content, teaching strategies, students, instructional goals, non-verbal attitude, and assessment. Their beliefs about teaching science inquiry were reflected in the critiques. Additionally, it was found that four orientation for teaching inquiry-didactic, academic rigor, activity-driven, inquiry orientation-reflected in critiques; some of critiques held more than one of these orientations. And they did not merely criticize but suggested alternatives to general teaching strategies; furthermore, of inquiry-instruction specific teaching strategies. They showed higher epistemic understanding of inquiry-based instruction after mid-term demonstrations. The evidence demonstrated that the proportion of critiques specifically about inquiry-based instruction increased after the mid-term demonstrations. Moreover, the post mid-term critiques emphasized interaction between students as well as understanding of the nature of science. These findings could provide implication for teaching inquiry and criticizing others' instruction as part of elementary school science courses in preservice elementary teacher education.

Pre-service teachers have established and developed their own teaching strategies and professional language teaching skills based on their pedagogical and learning experiences. In this regard, it is conceivable that pre-service teachers' feedback may have distinct viewpoints and focuses. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze pre-service teachers' feedback to microteaching demonstrations. Participants in the study were 40 prospective elementary school teachers. They were invited to offer feedback on microteachings video-recorded by their peers. According to the findings, we identified a total of 708 comments. The majority of feedback was categorized as teacher talk(40.1%) , followed by teaching and learning activity (20.9%), interaction (12.6%), teaching materials (11.4%), classroom atmosphere and learning environment (8.9%), lesson flow (3.7%), review and evaluation (1.3%), and introduction and objectives (1.1%). The most frequent types of feedback were the teacher's use of appropriate speaking rate, tone, and intonation. This finding reflects the fact that English teachers realize the importance of the teacher's English proficiency, therefore we suggest that teacher education institutions need raise awareness not just of teachers' English skills but also of their diverse perspectives.

Objectives: Smoking had a long negative impact on public health. The ingredients of a cigarette are major risk factors for several diseases. Owing to the problems about economic and quality of life, we need to ensure smoking cessation (SC). There are several approaches for SC including pharmacological therapy, nicotine replacement therapy, education, and behavioral intervention. However, due to some limitations, other alternative approaches are gaining popularity. Acupuncture has been reported to have few side effects and be more effective than some conventional treatments in several articles. However, there are no systematic reviews on the comparison of acupuncture combination treatment with other conventional monotherapies. Methods: Randomized controlled trials that used acupuncture as an adjunct treatment for SC will be searched and data will be summarized according to the predefined criteria. The primary outcome will be the abstinence rate, and secondary outcomes will be adverse events and biochemical indicators. We will use Review Manager to perform a meta-analysis, Cochrane Collaboration Risk of Bias tool for the risk of bias assessment, and the Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development and Evaluation approach to determine the quality of evidence. We will investigate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combination treatment for SC with this study. Ethics and dissemination: This study will provide reliable clinical evidence on additional effect of acupuncture on smoking cessation. We will publish our results in a peer-review journal.
This study aims to identify consumer motivations of open innovation project participation from digital transformation perspective. By extending a traditional intrinsic/extrinsic motivation framework, we propose a three-dimensional perspective of the self-driven, firm-driven, and sociality-driven motivations. This reveals the significance of the social effects of open innovation projects as an example of digital transformation by categorizing the motivations based on the 'influencer' of the motivation building and by highlighting the importance of sociality as an influencer. As a result, self-efficacy is identified as a key motivation when the influencer exists internally. Economic incentive and firm reputation are identified when the influencer exists externally. Finally, competition, peer evaluation and social contributions are identified when the influencer exists socially. The role of knowledge type sought through innovation projects is further introduced to explain its moderating effects on motivations. The study is validated in two steps. First, we investigate four cases of open innovation projects and examine what motivations are highlighted in each context. Second, we collect survey data from 203 online game users and ask them on their motivations. The results confirm most of our hypotheses and highlight the significance of sociality in the knowledge-seeking process in open innovation projects. This study largely contributes to digital transformation literature by extending the view of motivation and examining the moderating role of knowledge involved in the projects.
