  • The purpose of this study is to identify the subjective health status, COVID-19 risk perception, antibody knowledge, social influence, intention of acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test for general adults and the factors affecting the acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test. The subjects of the study were 147 adults, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program using the frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation, independent t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The results, the acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test has a significant static correlation with the social influence, the COVID-19 risk perception, and the negative correlation with the subjective health. The factor affecting the acceptance of the COVID-19 antibody test of the general adult was a social influence, and their explanatory power was 50.2%. As a result of this study, COVID-19 antibody tests may be used by preparing effective measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection.

The subject were 66, in and out patient who had recieved physical therapy on low back pain in several hospitals at Seoul and Kyungkido. during July 5.-August 27. 1999 1. The average score of Oswestry Disability Index was $24.06{\pm}8.16$ and that of Hendler 10-Minute Screening Test was $24.82{\pm}4.31$. 2. The Pearson's R score between each questionnaires of Oswestry Disability Index and pain strength was .5692. p<0.0001. So it is very high. But, that between each questionnaires of Hendler 10-Minute Screening Test and pain strength was not significant.. 2261 p<0.05 3. The Pearson's R score between Pain strength of Oswestry and person care was .3391, sex life was .3756, social life was .4637 (p<0.005) and that between Pain factor of Hendler, pain area of Hendler and sleeping(4358), sex(.6198), position change(2767), (p<0.005). So it is significant. 4. The categories where we could see the correlation between Pain strenth of Oswestry and Hendler each questionnaires were sleeping(.3222), sex(5524), position change(4291). • A Convergence study was conducted to investigate the factors influencing the burnout in caregivers and to present a strategy for effective program development. The subjects of this study were 185 caregivers who had worked for 6 months in a G city Nursing facility and distributed the self-reported questionnaire in September 2015. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed. According to the results, the identified influencing factors were stress of personal role and daily work factors(${\beta}=.307$, p<.001), stress of relationship with supervisors(${\beta}=.186$, p<.021), confidence(${\beta}=.182$, p<.005), passive coping(${\beta}=.140$, p<.035) with burnout in caregivers. The explanatory power($R^2$) by 4 variables was 27.5%. Based on the results of this study, it would be necessary to develop an burnout reduction program that can reduce stress, increase self-confidence, and diversify coping strategies in order to reduce burnout of caregivers.

Self-report questionnaire surveys were conducted toward 333 South Korean nursing students to measure emotional intelligence, perfectionistic self-presentation, and clinical stress. Data were collected from October 20th to December 8th, 2014. The collected data were analyzed by using t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that emotional intelligence, religion, perfectionistic self-presentation significantly influenced on the adjustment to college life and the explanatory power of the model was 27.2%. Based on the study results, we suggest that it is necessary to develop and apply the educational strategy to improve the emotional intelligence for the adjustment to college life.

  • Between March and October 2007, a total of 516 blood samples from pigs in the Gyeonggi province were examined for seroprevalence against toxoplasmosis by latex agglutination test (LAT) and the detection of antigenic particles among seropositive samples by PCR. In the LAT, 118 (22.8%) were positive, and the unadjusted percentage of seroprevalence rates of breeding and fattening pigs were significant difference. Positive rate (14.1%) in the breeding pigs was much lower than that (27.8%) of the fattening pigs (p<0.001, Pearson's Chi-square test). The antibody detection rate of sows was lower than fattening pigs, i.e., 15.8% (25/158) and 26% (93/358), respectively (P=0.011, Pearson's Chi-square test). Among 118 seropositive samples by LAT, 68 (57.6%) were positive in PCR for the detection of the toxoplasma specific-DNA. There was a statistical difference in the positive PCR reaction between the raising pigs(63/93 67.7%) and sows (5/25, 20%) (P<0.01).

  • The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among health literacy, body shape and health risk perception on health promotion behaviors and identify the factors that influence on health promotion behaviors in the adolescents. The participants for this study were 120 adolescents from two middle school located in J city. Descriptive statistics, t-test or ANOVA with Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression with SPSS 20.0. The result of the multiple regression indicates the health risk perception, middle school grade and gender predict 14.0% (F=6.27, P<.001) of health promotion behaviors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intervention program to lower health risk perception in order to increase the health promotion behavior of adolescents.

The participants in this study were 188 who were working as nurses (77) and caregivers (111) at five nursing homes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Collected data were analyzed in independent t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple stepwise regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0. The nurse's job-related burnout was positively correlated with job-satisfaction(r=.333, p=.003), and stress(r=.484, p<.001), whereas caregiver's job-related burnout was positively correlated with stress(r=.458, p<.001). The factor influencing on nurse's job-related burnout was interpersonal relation stress and this factors explained 27.0% of the variance. In case of the caregivers, work-related stress was a factor influencing on job-related burnout and it explained 21.2% of the variance. On the basis of the results in this study, the improvement of working conditions, and the development of stress management program should be considered systematically.

The higher political interest(β=.37) and political efficacy(β=.21), the lower the Global citizenship_Attitude, the higher political participation. A total of 25.7% of political participation was explained. In order to increase political participation, the results suggest it is necessary to political education for enhancing political interest and efficacy.

The major results of this study were summarized as follows; 1. There were significant differences according to social class in conjugal power type: The higher social class of the family, the more Syncratic Type were found. And the lower social class of the family, the more Wife Dominant Type were found. 2.
