This study was undertaken to figure out the effects of hydrolysis conditions on the solubility of insoluble sericin, molecular weight distribution and thermal characteristics of hydrolysates in enzymatic hydrolysis by Alcalase 2.5L. It was indicated that the optimum treatment temperature and pH for the insoluble sericin were 50$\^{C}$ and 11, respectively. When the insoluble sericin was hydrolyzed with a various treatment conditions, the solubility of all hydrolysates were represented above 85% at given conditions. As the enzyme concentration increased, the solubility increased roughly, but the solubility increasement ratio was less above 2% enzyme concentration. As the treatment time increased, the solubility was also increased. It was showed in the molecular weight distribution of hydrolysates treated various enzyme concentrations and treatment times that when enzyme concentrations were 0.5, 2, 3%, the peaks of the distribution curve were shifted to left side which meant low molecular weight and was distributed much quantity with shifted to be left side, but treatment time was 6 hr. the peak was shifted to right side. When enzyme concentration was 5% and treatment time was below 2 hr., the peaks were shifted to right side, but treatment time was above 4hr. the peak was shifted to left side. The number-average molecular weights were distributed from 300 to 800 and those were decreased when treatment time was up to 4 hr., but increased a little when treatment time was 6hr. It was showed in the DSC curves of hydrolysates treated with treatment time of 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6 hr. fixed 1% o.w.s enzyme concentration and control that the endothermic peak was observed near at 200$\^{C}$. The denaturation peak of the hydrolysates depending on treatment times had a tendency to shift to higher temperature. But, when the treatment time was 6 hr., the peak was shifted to lower temperature comparing another hydrolysates.
The flood damage has being increased because of urbanization due to the industrialization and the growth of population. Therefore, the hydrologic properties such as increasing the peak flow and decreasing the concentration time of the peak flow have been changed. Hence, the interest of an urban prevention against flood disasters has been centralized at the present day. The objectives of this study is to develop the suitable models to calculate the runoff characteristics from an urban basin. This study describes the properties of each urban hydrologic model and to determine suitable basin model using the ILLUDAS and SWMM models in the urban runoff models in the Yong-Ahm area at Chungju. The peak flow, concentration time and total runoff value of this area are compared and analyzed with regard to calculated and real values. After obtaining values appropriated from the ILLUDAS and SWMM models using 5 rainfall events in this areas, the peak flows, concentration times and total runoff values are compared with real values. As a result of this study, the Transport block of the SWMM is closely shown to real values.
A determinatien of the saponins in ginseng tea and extract was carried out by using the quantitative TLC autodetector equipped with a hydrogen flame ionization detector. In order to apply to the Quality central of the ginseng tea and extract. the optimum condition and recovery percentage for the quantitative determination of saponins in these products duo studied. The results obtained were as follows: The method was adequate to estimate whether the ginseng extract used for the Products and She raw ginseng extract were the same quality or net. Most of the individual peak area was increased with the concentration of the total saponin. But some of the peak areas were net increased quantitatively in the ease of the sample containing high concentration ginseng extract. To deternine the saponins in ginseng tea correctly high volume low concentration was better than the low volume high concentration. Optimum concentration of ginseng extract in sample to determine the individual saponins was in the range of 0.5∼1.5g. The recovery percentage of the total saponin was 99.5% on the average.

In this paper, we introduce how to change the reaction rate as mol concentration when we scan enhanced MRI with GBCA(Gadolinium Based Contrast Agent), Also show the changing patterns depending on diverse MRI sequences which are made by different physical principle. For this study, we made MRI phantom ourselves. We mixed 500 mmol Gadoteridol with Saline in each 28 different containers from 500 to 0 mmol. After that, MR phantom was scanned by physically different MRI sequences which are T1 SE, T2 FLAIR, T1 FLAIR, 3D FLASH, T1 3D SPACE and 3D SPCIR in 1.5T bore. The results were as follows : *T1 Spin echo's Total SI(Signal Intensity) was 15608.7, Max peak was 1352.6 in 1 mmol. *T2 FLAIR's Total SI was 9106.4, Max peak was 0.4 1721.6 in 1 mmol. *T1 FLAIR's Total SI was 20972.5, Max peak was 1604.9 in 1 mmol. *3D FLASH's Total SI was 20924.0, Max peak was 1425.7 in 40 mmol. *3D SPACE 1mm's Total SI was 6399.0, Max peak was 528.3 in 3 mmol. *3D SPACE 5mm's Total SI was 6276.5, Max peak was 514.6 in 2 mmol. *3D SPCIR's Total SI was 1778.8, Max peak was 383.8 in 0.4 mmol. In most sequences, High signal intensity was shown in diluted lower concentration rather than high concentration, And also graph's max peak and pattern had difference value according to the each different sequence. Through this paper which have quantitative result of GBCA's reaction rate depending on sequence, We expect that practical enhanced MR protocol can be performed in clinical field.
The purpose of this study is to observe the corrosion characteristcs of four dental amalgams(CAULK FINE CUT, CAULK SPHERICAL, DISPERSALLOY, TYTIN) and to determine a function of chloride concentration through the anodic polarization curve obtained by using a potentiostat. After each amalgam alloy and Hg being triturated, the triturated mass was inserted into the cylinderical metal mold, and condensed by hydrolic pressure. Each specimen was removed from the metal mold. 24 hours after condensation, specimens were polished with the emery paper and stored at room temperature for 6 months. The anodic polarization curves were employed to compare the corrosion behaviours of the amalgam m KCl and KCl-NaCl solution, which had chlonde concentration of 0.4 g/l, 0.8 g/l, 1.2 gil, and 1.6 gil at $37^{\circ}C$ with 3-electrode potentiostat. After the immersion of specimen in electrolyte for 1 hour, the potential scan was begun. The potential scan range was - 1500mV ~+800mV(vs. S.C.E.) in the working electrode and the scan rate was 50mV/sec. The results were as follows, 1. The corrosion potential. the potential of anodic current peak, and transpassive potential in the solution of high chloride concentration shifted to more cathodic direction than those in the solution of low concentration, and the current density in the solution of high chloride concentration was higher than that in the solution of low concentration. 2. The corrosion potential, the potential of anodic current peak, and transpassive potential for CAULK FINE CUT amalgam were the most cathodic among the others, and the current density were the highest among the others. 3. In the solution of low chloride concentration, the corrosion potential, the potential of anodic current peak, and transpassive potential for DISPERSALLOY were the most anodic among the others, however in the solution of high chloride concentration, those for TYTIN were the most anodic among the others. 4. The anodic polarization curve for CAULK SPHERICAL was similar to that for high copper amalgams.
In this paper, CdS thin films, which were widely used window layer of the CdS/CdTe and the CdS/$CuInSe_2$ heterojunction solar cell, were grown by chemical bath deposition, and The properties were investigated in detail. Cadmium acetate and thiourea were used as cadmium and sulfur source, respectively. And Ammonium acetate was used as the buffer solution. Also Ammonia was used for controlling pH concentration. The reaction velocity was increased with increasing reaction temperature and decreasing pH concentration. The crystal structure of CdS films grown with various pH concentration had the hexagonal structure with (002) plane peak. In the range of pH $9{\sim}9.5$, the intensity of the peak was highest, and as increasing pH concentration, decreased the intensity of the peak except pH12.

The CIT(California Institute of Technology) three-dimensional Eulerian photochemical model was applied to the Greater Seoul Area, Korea for July 24, 1994, a day of the 9-day ozone episode to understand the characteristics of photochemical air pollution problems in the area. The modeling domain was 60km$\times$60km with the girl size of 2km$\times$2km. As the base case emissions, air pollutant emission data of the National Institute of Environmental Research, Korea for the year of 1991 were used with modifications based on EKMA(Empirical Kinetic Modeling Approach) resutls. Comparisons between predicted and observed concentrations showed that the model predicted the peak concentration over the domain reasonably. It was found that the location of the peak ozone concentration was mainly decided by metorological conditions. But the model could not resolve the spatial variations of concentration station by station, which was mainly caused by localized variations in emission and meteorology.
The purpose of this paper was to make an analysis of anaerobic power in professional female basketball players using the Wingate Test Method with bicycle ergometer. Twenty-three subjects(age $21.6\pm2.8years$, body height $178.0\pm7.4cm$, body weight $70.3\pm7.4kg$) were selected from professional female basketball team whose careers were over 10years and participated in this investigation. Each subject peformed a Wingate anaerobic power test to determine total work, peak power, mean power, fatigue index and blood lactate concentration. The following were obtained from result data analysis; 1. The Total Work of athletes was a $1128.7\pm120.6watt$ 2. The Peak Power of athletes was a $449.5\pm53.1watt$ 3. The Mean Power of athletes was a $369.1\pm39.4watt$ 4. The Fatigue Index of athletes was a $33.5\pm6.9\%$ 5. The blood lactate concentration was $1.85\pm0.85mM/L$ at the normal state and $3.16\pm1.53mM/L$ at the after Wingate test. The blood lactate concentration was $6.96\pm0.81mM/L$ after 3 minute and $6.95\pm1.05mM/L$ after 5 minutes.
The concerns on high ozone concentration phenomenon is significantly growing in Seoul metropolitan area including the industry complex area, like Shiwha Banwol area. The aims of this research is the analysis of relationship between high concentrations of $O_3$ and solar radiation parameters in atmosphere. The understanding of the effects of solar radiation intensity, humidity, high air temperature on ozone concentration in a day is very useful to provide a direction for reducing of the high ozone concentration to a local government or a metropolitan government. The correlation analysis between maximum ozone concentration and various meteorological parameters in 2009 - 2011 carried out using IBM's SPSS program. The results showed that the mean correlations coefficient (R) between daily Ozone maximum and solar radiation resulted R = 0.64 during 2011. May - September in 10 air pollution stations. In case of correlations between daily ozone maximum and relative humidity showed negative correlation R = -0.61. The correlation analysis with mean air temperature during 1-3 PM resulted R = 0.29. This low correlation coefficient could be corrected by using of categorized data of ozone concentration. The daily maximum ozone concentration is more dependent on peak solar radiation and high air temperature during 1-3 PM than its simple daily maximum values. The results of this research would be used to develop the high ozone alert system around Seoul metropolitan area. This correlation analysis could be partially integrated to prediction of ozone peak concentration in connection with other methods like classification and regression tree(CART).
Measurement of spray deposit is necessary for evaluation of a chemical application technology. However it is not easy and time consuming. A simple method for measuring the deposition amount of spray using a tracer and a spectrophotometer was developed. Various materials were tested to determine an adequate tracer. Food dye was selected as a tracer, because it was cheep and easily treatable. Using NIRS(Near Infrared Reflection Spectrophotometer), a regression curves between maximum absorbance of a solution and concentration of the tracer were obtained. Yellow food dye solution showed a peak of spectrum at 452 nm, and absorbance of peak showed a tendency to increase as concentration increased. Green or pink food dye were tested and judged to be good tracers. However, tracer concentration should not exceed certain limits in order to measure maximum absorption. Using spraying liquid with known tracer concentration and known amount of washing liquid, spray deposit amount on real targets on leaves could be estimated at less than 13% error level.
