This inductive study seeks to establish a conceptual background for theoretical development regarding talent misuse in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). The two objectives for the goal were (1) to explore and build a list of unethical treatment practiced on young talents; (2) to establish new framework for the special context or refining the existing framework on employee mistreatment. For the first goal, an attempt was made to develop a list of mistreating behavior by collecting and analyzing cases of ethical disputes. Analyses on 64 cases of talent mistreatment, namely 'passion pay', was conducted to present a conceptual ground for further investigation. Then, for the second objective, this study has proposed an integrative approach for assessing these ethical elements. The ethical implications were discussed based on an assessment conducted using three theories of ethics. Finally, a cluster analysis further shows the emergence of three groups based on the mistreating behaviors. We observed seven different mistreatment behaviors under four categories of mistreatment practices. Additionally, the cluster analysis results imply that talent mistreatment may be rooted in work characteristics. Organizational size may provide some contextual reasoning, but the extent to which this factor interacts with work characteristics left unclear.

Background: The main purpose of this study was to know the educational environment on physical therapists who were working at clinical field after graduation. Methods: The subjects of this study were 241 therapists who took and OMPT or PNF course at Seoul, Incheon and Kyounggido. The data were collected during April to June 2012. The data were analysis by SPSS PC by cross-tab, mean, percentage. Results: The general characteristics of physical therapists who took post-graduate education: female (56.0%), 1-3 years clinical experience (41.5%), 25-29 years old (46.5%). The main reason to take post-graduate educational program was to learn more high quality therapeutic skills for the patients treatment (88.4%). But the condition of environment wes poor such as they pay all of expenses by themselves (54.9%), not permit to take international post-graduate educational program (77.2%). Conclusions : For the better post-graduate educational environment for the physical therapists, it needs systemic plan and sequential strategy with passion for the future.

This study investigates the life of Benjamin Hobson(合信, 1816.1.2-1873.2.13)-the writer of five books of western medicine which influenced the establish of "ShinGiCheonHeom(身機踐驗)"-in order to expand our base to study "ShinGiCheonHeom". Findings and results of the investigation are as follows. 1. Treatise on Physiology("全體新論") excited a deeper interest among the Chinese literati and was so eagerly sought after that a reprint of it was made for sale. The income of works of Hobson's probably excited a deeper interest among the Korean literati also. 2. We found Hobson had written many works. Among those we must pay attention to A Medical Vocabulary in English and Chinese("醫學英華字釋"). Through this book we can reach agreeable translation of "ShinGiCheonHeom". 3. Evangelism and philanthropism promoted activities of Hobson as a doctor and as a an introducer of western medicine. But ignorance of oriental medicine-Hobson thought medical science in China was at a low level-lied in these activities and passion to do it. Nowadays we must wipe out thought of this way through the scientific way.
