Background: We aimed to explore the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1990 and 2011 fibromyalgia (FM) classification criteria's items and the components of Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ) to identify features best discriminating FM features. Finally, we developed a combined FM diagnostic (C-FM) model using the FM's key features. Methods: The means and frequency on tender points (TPs), ACR 2011 components and FIQ items were calculated in the FM and non-FM (osteoarthritis [OA] and non-OA) patients. Then, two-step multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to order these variables according to their maximal statistical contribution in predicting group membership. Partial correlations assessed their unique contribution, and two-group discriminant analysis provided a classification table. Using receiver operator characteristic analyses, we determined the sensitivity and specificity of the final model. Results: A total of 172 patients with FM, 75 with OA and 21 with periarthritis or regional pain syndromes were enrolled. Two steps multiple logistic regression analysis identified 8 key features of FM which accounted for 64.8% of variance associated with FM group membership: lateral epicondyle TP with variance percentages (36.9%), neck pain (14.5%), fatigue (4.7%), insomnia (3%), upper back pain (2.2%), shoulder pain (1.5%), gluteal TP (1.2%), and FIQ fatigue (0.9%). The C-FM model demonstrated a 91.4% correct classification rate, 91.9% for sensitivity and 91.7% for specificity. Conclusions: The C-FM model can accurately detect FM patients among other pain disorders. Re-inclusion of TPs along with saving of FM main symptoms in the C-FM model is a unique feature of this model.
The absence of excitation measurements may pose a big challenge in the application of structural damage identification owing to the fact that substantial effort is needed to reconstruct or identify unknown input force. To address this issue, in this paper, an iterative strategy, a synergy of Tikhonov regularization method for force identification and modified Jaya algorithm (M-Jaya) for stiffness parameter identification, is developed for damage identification with partial output-only responses. On the one hand, the probabilistic clustering learning technique and nonlinear updating equation are introduced to improve the performance of standard Jaya algorithm. On the other hand, to deal with the difficulty of selection the appropriate regularization parameters in traditional Tikhonov regularization, an improved L-curve method based on B-spline interpolation function is presented. The applicability and effectiveness of the iterative strategy for simultaneous identification of structural damages and unknown input excitation is validated by numerical simulation on a 21-bar truss structure subjected to ambient excitation under noise free and contaminated measurements cases, as well as a series of experimental tests on a five-floor steel frame structure excited by sinusoidal force. The results from these numerical and experimental studies demonstrate that the proposed identification strategy can accurately and effectively identify damage locations and extents without the requirement of force measurements. The proposed M-Jaya algorithm provides more satisfactory performance than genetic algorithm, Gaussian bare-bones artificial bee colony and Jaya algorithm.
The optimal congestion charge in transportation economics corresponds to the solution to the welfare maximization Problem for users of a certain road link where congestion takes Place. This congestion charge is in nature the optimal Price of the transportation facility, which is derived by the Partial equilibrium analysis on that facility. Therefore it is not certain that this congestion charge can maximize the well-being of all the users of the total transportation network, since the analysis does not count the impact of the congestion charge on traffic volumes of other links. This study suggests an alternative approach to estimate the optimal congestion charge. The key difference of this study from Previous ones is to derive the solution through the general equilibrium analysis on a market where several transportation facilities as well as Private goods are available to consumers. This approach shows a set of solutions a little different from the Previous one, which are explained below. The optimal congestion charge is derived for two different cases. One is the situation of which the congestion charge is levied on every transportation facility In this case, the optimal solution of each facility should equate the marginal utility of every user to the marginal cost of the corresponding facility. This analysis result in general equilibrium coincides with the Previous analysis result in partial equilibrium. However this result cannot apply to another case of which the charge is imposed only on a certain transportation facility. In this case, the optimal charge on a certain transportation facility should be less than the optimal congestion charge of partial equilibrium analysis.
We studied 115 patients with seizure who had been performed brain SPECT, brain MRI or CT and EEG. To evaluate the pattern of brain SPECT in seizure patients 28 of them had secondary epilepsies, 87 had primary epilepsies. In primary epilepsies, 42 were generalized seizure and 45 were partial seizure. The causes of secondary epilepsies were congenital malformation, cerebromalacia, cerebral infarction, multiple sclerosis, AV-malformation, granuloma and etc, in order. In 28 secondary epilepsies, 25 of them, brain SPECT lesions was concordant with MRI or CT lesions, 3 were disconcordant. The brain SPECT findings of generalized seizure were normal in 22 patients, diffuse irregular decreased perfusion in 8, decreased in frontal cortex in 4, temporal in 5 and frontotemporal in 3. In 45 partial seizure, 19 brain SPECT were concordant with EEG (42.4%).

The phase retrieval problem is a problem of reconstructing a signal or the phase of Fourier transform of the signal from the magnitude of its Fourier transform. In this paper we address the problem of reconstructing an unknown signal from the magnitude of its Fourier transform and the magnitude of Fourier transform of another signal that is given by the addition of the desired signal. After we briefly mention the uniqueness conditions under which a signal can be uniquely specified from the given information and key equations of the iterative algorithm, we present mathematical background that the iterative algorithm converges to the desired signal, present an example that illustrates the performance of the reconstruction algorithm, and show its convergence property.
A total of 284 milled rice (MR) marketed in Korea were analyzed for grading characteristics (head rice, broken kernels, chalky kernels, and damaged kernels%), color characteristics (L-, a-, b-values, and whiteness), protein content (%), and the cooked rice (CR) sensory quality to investigate the key characteristics affecting the overall sensory quality of rice marketed in Korea. Relatively high correlation with the overall sensory quality of the CR was found in color characteristics such b-value of the CR (r=-0.779) and MR (r=-0.545), the a-value of the CR (r=0.513), and the whiteness (r=0.298) of the MR, compared to protein (r=-0.150), and the moisture (r=0.158) contents of the MR and the percentage of head rice (r=0.195). Partial least squares (PLS) regression of the CR b-value with various characteristics of the MR showed that CR b-value was increased with MR b-value effectively, followed by protein content, damaged kernels, chalky kernels, and colored kernels of MR while it was decreased with whiteness and moisture content for the MR.

This paper proposes a watermarking scheme to protect ownership of a digital hologram, an ultra-high value-added content. It performs pre-defined levels of quad-tree Fresnelet transforms. The relationship among the same-positional-blocks is extracted as the digital pre-watermark. For the relationship, we use properties of a digital hologram that a hologram pixel retains all the information of the object and that the same size of partial holograms reconstructs the same size of object but different in their view points. Also we mix a set of private data with the pre-watermark and the result is encrypted by a block cipher algorithm with a private key. Experimental results showed that the proposed scheme is very robust for the various malicious and non-malicious attacks. Also because it extracts the watermarking data instead of inserting, the watermarking process does not harm the original hologram data. So, it is expected to be used effectively for invisible and robust watermark for digital holograms.

Though their activities, companies have an impact on environmental problems and nature conservation. The accounting sector can play a role in environmental conservation efforts related to environmental costs, and the implemention of the Corporate Sustainability Management System (CSMS) could be a key factor that can improve the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine how green accounting through the application of CSMS can improve the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, a developing country. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, while the research sample consisted of 38 companies that had followed PROPER and were indexed on the IDX. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method known as the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that manufacturing companies in Indonesia are able to implement green accounting by allocating appropriate environmental costs by earmarking a portion to carry CSMS implementation so as to improve financial performance. People in Indonesia consider that manufacturing companies that have good company rankings in the evaluation program for company performance ratings in environmental management run by the Indonesian Ministry of Environment are in a position to generate customer loyalty, especially in financial performance.

The active control of a vehicle based on vehicle recognition is one of key technologies for the intelligent vehicle, and the part-based image representation is necessary to recognize vehicles with only partial shapes of vehicles especially in urban scene where occlusions frequently occur. In this paper, we implemented a part-based image representation scheme using non-negative tensor factorization(NTF) and realized a robust vehicle recognition system using the NTF feature. The result shows that the proposed method gives more intuitive part-based representation and more robust recognition in urban scene.

MOS-FET structured gas sensors were manufactured using MWCNTs for application as NOx gas sensors. As the gas sensors need to be heated to facilitate desorption of the gas molecules, heat dispersion plays a key role in boosting the degree of uniformity of molecular desorption. We report the desorption of gas molecules from the sensor at $150^{\circ}C$ for different sensor electrode gaps (30, 60, and $90{\mu}m$). The COMSOL analysis program was used to verify the process of heat dispersion. For heat analysis, structure of FET gas sensor modeling was proceeded. In addition, a property value of the material was used for two-dimensional modeling. To ascertain the degree of heat dispersion by FEM, the governing equations were presented as partial differential equations. The heat analysis revealed that although a large electrode gap is advantageous for effective gas adsorption, consideration of the heat dispersion gradient indicated that the optimal electrode gap for the sensor is $60{\mu}m$.
