38kV VCB 부싱의 도체 및 쉴드링 변경에 따른 부분방전현상 개선 (Improvement of the Partial Discharges Phenomenon according to change of Conductor and Shield ring on the 38kV VCB Bushing)

  • 본 연구는 38kV급 VCB의 외함에 체결된 부싱의 부분방전 발생 문제를 해결하기 위하여 부싱의 형상에 따른 부분방전 현상을 분석하였다. 부싱에 발생하는 부분방전의 패턴을 분석한 결과 도체나 외함 끝단 등 날카로운 부위에서 발생할 수 있는 코로나 방전 형태로 나타났다. 이를 해결하기 위해 도체와 쉴드링의 형상을 변수로 두고 실험을 진행하였으며 시작품 제작 전 비용과 시간을 최소화하기 위해 Maxwell 2D 프로그램으로 전계해석을 선진행한 뒤 설계에 반영하여 실험하였다. 실험 결과 쉴드링의 크기나 형상보다는 고전압부와의 거리가 부분방전의 크기에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 도체의 두께를 변화시켰을 때의 부분방전 및 전계집중 변화폭이 가장 컸다.

  • This paper offer fundamental ones about insulation diagnosis with electromagnetic wave, when discharges occurred. To simulate Partial-Discharge(PD), It is used needle-plane electrode in air. As the voltages applied, measure the electromagnetic wave with monopole antenna and analysis its fundamental characteristics, then, acquired data were operated. The results presented as the form of graph, and the magnitude of charge when occurred PD simultaneously. In conclusion, when the magnitude of charge over 100[pC], the electric field strength changed, and then the magnitude of charge and the electric field strength increased samely.

  • 본 논문에서는 유입변압기의 절연진단을 위한 기초연구로 유중 부분방전에 의해 발생하는 전자파의 검출과 분석에 대하여 기술하였다. 유중 방사전자파 측정에는 공진주파수가 1 GHz인 모노폴 안테나를 제작하였다. 절연유 내부에 침-평판 전극계를 설치하고 0~50 kV까지 고전압을 인가시키면서 유중 부분방전의 발생을 모의하였다. 실험결과, 92.3 pC의 부분방전 발생시 1.28 V의 신호가 검출되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 수배전반의 상태진단을 위하여 코로나 방전에 의해 발생하는 음향신호의 측정 및 분석에 대하여 기술하였다. 침-평판 전극계를 제작하여 코로나 방전을 모의하였으며 음향신호의 측정에는 감도 4 mV/Pa, -3 dB의 주파수 대역이 4 Hz~100 kHz인 마이크로폰을 사용하였다. 코로나 방전에 의한 음향신호의 주파수 분석결과, 주파수 성분은 10 kHz~80 kHz에 분포하였으며 20 kHz~40 kHz의 성분이 가장 우세하게 나타났다.

  • This test was performed to assess the insulation deterioration condition of the stator winding of Chung-Ju hydrogenerator #4 and Dae-Cheong hydrogenerator #2 which had been in service after being constructed 1980. The insulation diagnostic tests include resistance polarization index(P.I.) AC current, dissipation factor(Tan ${\delta}$) and partial discharges ($Q_{max}$). The results of diagnostic tests were compared to factory test measurements.

  • It is very difficult and dangerous to measure PD(Partial Discharges) from high voltage equipments in outdoor situation. But that is very important thing for preventing them from more serious accident by defects made by insulating degradation. This paper provides useful method to detect PD signals easily without any dangerous situation. Electric field sensor by the principle of capacitor can detect PD signals without direct connection between sensor and high voltage equipment and has very wide frequency range suitable for noise rejection. Electric field sensor and related circuit for processing PD signal show good performance as a PD sensor when it is applied to simulated high power equipment generating PD pulses.

  • Presently, it is now developing the optical remote gas sensor system which can measure combustible gases such as $CH_4$ and $C_2H_2$ generating by partial discharges inside the cable and connection parts to detect thermal deterioration of Oil-Filled (OF) power cable at the appropriate time. It is the most important parameter to select central wavelength of laser diode (LD) by analyzing the absorption bend of measuring gases in the infrared region. In this research, we proposed the optical spectrum analyzer to absorption band of $CH_4$ and $C_2H_2$ for the preliminary research of optical fiber gas detecting system.

발전기 고정자 권선 절연재료의 초기특성 (Initial Characteristics of Generator Stator Insulations)

  • This paper describes the initial characteristics of turbine generators at the Taean thermal power plant #4 and Wolsong nuclear power plant #2. The turbine generators had been in service for two years. The insulation diagnostic tests included measurements of insulation resistance, polarization index, ac current, dissipation factor($tan{\delta}$) and partial discharges (PD). The values of ac current and tan a were measured by Schering bridge. PD measurements were conducted using digital PD detector. The variation of $tan{\delta}$ and PD was confirmed in two generator stator insulations.

  • The conventional tracking testing as IEC-60587 is widely used in surface aging measurement of outdoor insulator because those testing can carry out very short time in Lab-testing. Also IEC-60587 testing is able to offer the standard judgement of relative degradation level of outdoor HV machine/system. Therefore it is very useful method compare to previous conventional tracking testing method and effective Lab-testing method. But surface discharges(SD) have very complex characteristics of discharge pattern so it is required estimation research to development of precise analysis method. In recent, the study of IRR-camera is carrying out discover of temperature of power equipment through condition diagnosis and system development of degradation diagnosis. In this study, SD occurred from procelain insulator, used 22.9[KV] distribution, is measured with partial temperature distribution in real time, the degradation grade of SD is analyzed through produced patterns in SD concentration according to applied time.

  • Property of insulation of electric machine is severely affected by process of electrical tree growing. Partial discharges(PD) have been used to determine degradation of insulations. In this paper, PD quantities detected and analyzed are PD magnitudes, repetition rates, phase angle distribution of PD pulses, and wavelet transformation. The wavelet transformation is an extended method of fourier transformation. The fourier transformation is a powerful tool for signal analysis, but it can't include informations for time. However the wavelet transformation analysis can include on the informations of time and frequencies at the same time. This paper discusses correlation between process of electrical tree growing and characteristics of PD in LDPE specimens.
