The combination of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (AIoT) has gained significant popularity. Deep neural networks (DNNs) have demonstrated remarkable success in various applications. However, deploying complex AI models on embedded boards can pose challenges due to computational limitations and model complexity. This paper presents an AIoT-based system for smart parking lots using edge devices. Our approach involves developing a detection model and a decision tree for occupancy status classification. Specifically, we utilize YOLOv5 for car license plate (LP) detection by verifying the position of the license plate within the parking space.

The purpose of this study is just for parking shall identify the status of the lack of rental apartments to relieve parking shortages. Next performed, and subsequent utilization of space just outside the parking space expansion plan is to present an alternative. Analysis of the study only 30 of the direction of the plan and set standards according to the nature of each complex. Planned urban planning aspects and architectural aspects of a parking space that can expand and classify the types of features will be discussed. Suggestions on how to take advantage of the parking space that can expand only in state owned lands in the urban planning aspects. The Architectural Planning of the side lot line change in the space and change the use of the Common Service Facilities or just to change the internal road system, by changing the way of parking, secure parking space. This way of working to improve the environment of the complex, at least. Actually just the space of improvement to be made with the opinion of the residents and the surrounding areas of the business association, must be preceded by a feasibility study.

Recently, Korean people are more interested in leisure time as the Korean economy has enjoyed the economic growth on a continual basis. Along with it, the disabled people's demand for enjoying the beach is growing. To meet the disabled people's demand for enjoy the beaches, it is important to prepare the convenient facilities where the disabled people in the wheel chair can use comfortably, including the handicapped parking area, toilet for the disabled, shower stall room and am bathhouse. On the backdrop of this, the study has been made on the obstacles which keep the disabled people from using the convenient facilities installed on 12 beaches in the southern coat of Korea from the perspective of barrier free design. This study showed that half of the beaches in question did not have the handicapped parking places. The parking space was also so narrow that it was difficult for handicapped people to access the parking lot with their vehicles. There were also 3 beaches which did not have the toilet for the disabled. Even the beaches which have the toilet for the disabled, the size of entrance door and floor space was so narrow and there were a lot of physical obstacles such as no handles for the disabled people that it was really hard for the disabled people in wheelchair to use them.

기존 주차조사는 광범위한 조사지역을 대상으로 조사원이 직접 주차차량의 번호판을 확인하는 방식으로 기동성의 저하, 조사와 입력의 이원화로 인한 입력오류, 많은 조사시간과 비용이 소요되는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 조사원에 의한 주차조사의 단점을 극복하기 위해 최근 상용화된 고성능 영상분석장비, 위성측량장비, 적외선 조명 등을 이용하여 자동주차조사를 위한 방법에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며 본 연구결과 개발된 자동주차조사 방법을 이용하여 조사된 데이터를 수정, 저장, 분석 및 출력이 가능한 주차분석 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 장비를 이용한 자동주차조사 시 조사차량의 주행속도, 영상분석장비의 촬영각도, 주차차량 상호간 차간간격, 조사차량과 주차차량의 이격거리 등에 의해 조사의 정밀도가 영향을 받는 것으로 나타나 장비를 이용한 자동주차조사의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 실험을 통해 각 요소별 최적조합을 도출하였다. 또한 기존 주차조사 데이터가 체계적으로 저장, 관리되지 못하고 있는 문제점을 극복하고 주자정책 수립을 지원하기 위한 주차분석을 지원하기 위한 주차분석 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

For the pleasant dwelling place, the most of apartments are designed with the increased green area ratio in ground space and the underground parking lot. However, the condensation in underground space has occasionally occurred due to the insufficient ventilation and insulation treatment. Despite reinforcement of the insulation treatment and mechanical ventilation for the preventing method of condensation. It seems difficult to expect preventing effects for the condensation without consideration of the thermal characteristic of structures. Furthermore, no fundamental measure has been established because maintenance work for these defects incurs a lot of costs and these defects could be occurred again. This study suggests a new method for preventing floor surface condensation through analyzing the reasons of condensation which occurred in the underground floor.

The jointing of unsupported concrete on the parking lot floor is a process for cracking and stress relief due to concrete drying shrinkage and restraint, but curling occurs due to long-term drying shrinkage after the initial age. will be lowered Therefore, by using an expansion material and a shrinkage reducing agent, the dry shrinkage of concrete is realized to 200 με or less.

최근 환경부의 환경정책은 수질오염총량관리제도의 전국적인 확대를 앞두고 다양한 토지이용에서 발생되는 비점오염물질의 관리를 추진하고 있다. 특히 도로, 고속도로 및 주차장 등의 포장된 지역은 수계 인근에 존재하고 있기에 비점오염원 관리에서 우선순위로 인정되고 있다. 본 연구의 토지이용인 주차장은 많은 차량의 운행, 정차 및 주차로 인하여 다량의 입자상 물질이 포함된 비점오염물질의 축적이 높은 토지이용이다. 또한 높은 포장율로 인하여 강우 발생시 다량의 강우유출수가 비점오염물질을 함유하여 배수구로 유출되는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 맨홀은 강우시 유출된 강우 유출수를 짧은 기간이지만 체류시켜 입자상 물질을 처리하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 주차장 맨홀에서의 퇴적물을 채취하여 입자상 물질 입도별 중금속의 함량을 조사함으로써 맨홀에 의한 비점오염물질의 제거율을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 중금속으로 오염된 퇴적물의 효과적 관리방안을 제시하기 위하여 본 연구는 수행되었다. 이러한 연구를 위하여 채취된 퇴적물의 입도분석이 시행되었으며, 입도분포별 중금속의 오염도를 조사하였다. 입도분석을 수행한 결과 $425-850{\mu}m$ 사이의 입도가 가장 많은 범위를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 입도 크기와 중금속의 함량을 분석한 결과 입도크기가 적을수록 높은 중금속의 함량을 나타내었다. 중금속 중에서 Cu, Pb, Zn의 함량이 전체 중금속의 30% 정도를 차지하는 것으로 나타났는데 그 이유는 이러한 오염물질이 차량의 타이어와 엔진파트에 많이 함유된 중금속이기 때문이다. 본 연구를 통해 주차장의 맨홀은 비점오염물질의 제거에 많은 기여를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 향후 주차장의 비점오염원 관리에 있어서 맨홀의 개량을 통해 더욱 더 높은 비점오염물질의 제거를 수행할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

쇼핑몰, 백화점등이 대형화됨에 따라 사용자들을 위한 주차장도 대형화된 면적을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 시설물 관리업체는 주차 상황판 또는 안내요원을 배치하여 사용자의 주차 편이성을 제공하고 있지만 추가적인 설치 비용과 인건비가 소요되는 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 스마트 기기를 활용하여 사용자가 주차 공간의 현 상황을 파악하고 빈 공간을 효율적으로 검색하기 위한 주차 시스템을 설계한다.

최근 제주도내 자동차 보유 대수와 관광객 렌트카 이용이 급증함에 따라 주거나 상가 밀집 지역에서 주차 문제는 갈수록 심화되고 있어 이에 따른 주차 공간 확보 및 기존 주차 공간의 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주변 맛집 정보, 관광정보, 실시간 주차장 이용현황을 제공하는 서비스를 도입하여 도내 무료 공영주차장 및 유료주차장의 주차 가능 공간을 실시간 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 웹, 앱으로 구성되어 있으며 실제 주차장에 설치된 적외선 센서와 CCTV 이미지를 분석하여 현재 주차장의 사용 중인 공간과 비사용 중인 주차 가능 면수를 실시간 분석하여 서비스 이용객들의 편의를 제공한다.

본 연구는 대형할인점 부설주차장들의 주차수급현황을 정량적 정성적으로 분석하고, 합리적 설치기준의 재검토와 기설 주차장의 효율적 활용방안을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 모든 연구대상 할인점 주차장들은 실제 주차수요에 비해 여유가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 할인점의 입지유형에 따라 부설주차장 이용률에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 주차장 설치기준은 현재기준 대비 최소 20% 감축하여도 주차수급에 무리가 없을 것으로 판단되며, 할인점 입지여건에 따라 감축률에 차이를 두어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 기설 주차장의 여유 공간을 활용하기 위해 쇼핑외 목적 차량의 주차허용에 대해 적극 검토해볼 필요가 있을 것으로 파악되었다.
