Baby boomers who have rebuilt the Korean economy over the last half a century are now transitioning into a silver generation who are over 65 years of age. New silver consumers are qualitatively and quantitatively different from the previous generation and are considered to be 'the single most consumption-leading generation.' The number of new silver consumers using department stores and traditional markets has increased. SPSS ver. 21.0 was used with the methods of frequency analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), device master record test, and regression analysis. This research studies consumer satisfaction of new silver consumers on department stores and traditional markets among retailing. The improvement of the parking environment is the most urgent issue for traditional markets because the long-term assessments of parking areas indicate that it is necessary to provide improved convenience for consumers. Salesman satisfaction has improved and consumer satisfaction ranks salesman satisfaction high for traditional markets; however, price satisfaction is low and the distribution system should be improved to supply products at a lower price. Salesman and price satisfaction should be improved at depart stores. Traditional markets should also promote consumer satisfaction through consistent management to make consumers trust information in regards to quality control and production and distribution; in addition, department stores should increase consumer satisfaction by maintaining store systems such as product diversification and display, cleanness, and atmosphere.
The purpose of this study is to present direction in outdoors space planning and design after direction through user characteristic analysis through spectacle component establishment of culture art center outdoors space through on-the-site analysis and literature investigation to culture art center of Seoul city and capital region 17 places in this research. The data was collected from classification and bisection kind, subdivision kind, and great classification composed to 17 items. User satisfaction side and Variable that is looked below satisfaction than average appeared to bench, pergola, sculpture facilities, pavement facilities, border facilities. And these facilities were analyzed dissatisfaction. When see satisfaction model, when make up culture art center or similar facilities in local government hereafter because parking facilities and rest area cause big effect in satisfaction, is judged that is item to consider most preferentially. In most case, parking lot security from outdoors space, resting place security, security of field performance facilities etc. taking a serious view because tendency that users see performance or use most vehicles except neighborhood walking area for a rest, a walk etc.. is trend. But, is judged that physical side so that can feel satisfaction as space security of quantitative side is important but users utilize substantially and side that is the program are more important in hereafter.

Sustainable development is recognized as the direction humanity should pursue, and transportation policies also aim to achieve sustainability by efficiently utilizing limited resources. Among them, parking policy is an important task that requires strategic implementation for sustainable transportation development in many cities. Shared parking is actively being considered for the efficient utilization of existing transportation facilities. In this study, we analyzed major influencing factors using a structural equation model to promote shared parking and derived policy implications accordingly. The most influential latent variable on shared parking preference was donation experience, followed by satisfaction with public transportation and satisfaction with existing sharing policies. The preference for shared parking was found to have a virtuous cycle effect on social value as it influenced the spread of shared value. In the end, the implementation of the parking sharing policy will improve the visible traffic environment. However, it is evident that the impact of promoting invisible shared values is more significant. In other words, the main implication of this study is that to implement the parking sharing policy effectively, more emphasis should be placed on recognizing the shared value and promoting the awareness of sustainable development.

In this paper, we propose a parking information system which suggests an available parking lot on the shortest path between an entrance and adestination. In order to analyse the change of the parking management efficiency of each model as the number of unavailable parking lots increases from 10% to 99%, we compare the experimental results of three parking information system: an entrance-oriented system, a destination-oriented system, and the proposed system. Also, we compare user's satisfaction according to whether 50 user park their car with the proposed system or not.
Patient satisfaction is an important factor in evaluating the quality of care. Patient satisfaction may be used to evaluate provider services and facilities, and used to predict the patient returns to a facility. The patients d whether the patient returns to a facility or whether the patient recommends the facility to other people may be affected by a variety of factors of patient satisfaction. Low satisfaction may result in poor compliance with the potential of waste of resources and suboptimal clinical outcome. This study is to identify factors of patient satisfaction that will affect patients decision whether the patient returns or not. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted in Seoul, Chung-Joo and Bu-Cheon cities, Survey data was obtained from 743 patients who visited the physical therapy practice at university hospitals, general hospitals and clinics. Response rate was 94.4%. The instrument developed by Goldstein et al. (2000) was used and translated into Korean. Several items were added to the instrument. Patient's opinions of service in each domain measured using 5-point Likert-type scales that ranged from strongly disagree to strongly agree. A multiple-regression analytic approach was used to predict overall satisfaction of physical therapy. Age, kindness, scheduling, convenience of parking, privacy, and waiting time predicted the overall satisfaction of physical therapy. The older patients had higher level of satisfaction with physical therapy compared with the younger patients. Patient satisfaction were more affected by access (scheduling and waiting time), administrative technical management (convenience of parking), and interpersonal management (kindness of physical therapists and other staffs) than clinical technical management (physical therapists' skills).

The present remodeling makes almost no difference from rebuilding as all the building materials are removed remaining frame structure only. And, in case of vertical extension of building, higher construction cost and safety problem occur. The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, therefore, recommends customized remodeling that can be made in light of the resident' needs such as parking lot, elevator, bathroom, and room for the alternative of remodeling of vertical extension of building. The purpose of this study is to present real data that can be referred to the constructor's decision making before starting the remodeling, by investigating and analyzing the weight and importance between evaluation factors for customized remodeling at the completed time of remodeling. Accordingly, the factors were divided into environmental factor, social factor, and economical factor, and the survey was performed for the residents living in remodeling houses. In addition, for the professionals, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) has been carried out for the priority in the customized remodeling. For environmental factor, the level of importance made difference from that before remodeling, except parking level. For social factor, every item, including psychological satisfaction and community satisfaction, made difference. For economical factor, the recognition level of importance in rent made difference, except sale price of the factor for price satisfaction. In case of the factor for cost satisfaction, it was checked that construction cost and administration cost both could be considered important. As a result of AHP, the most importantly emphasized item was construction cost, and sale price, administration cost, residence structure, and parking lot were followed by priority in order. This study could contribute to reliably settle down customized remodeling by giving reasonable and substantial help from the analysis of the differences in the customized remodeling items before/after the remodeling.

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of interior landscape in commercial spaces on the management benefit. In the course of this study, objects of survey were selected from interior landscaping specialist, manager and consumer who had experiences to visit to the hotel, bank, department store and restaurant. The main method of data collection was interview, questions and gathering materials. The cronbach's alphas program was used to measure the reliability of likert scales. The analysis program was applied a statistical methods. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: The factors considered by consumer who visits to the commercial space are design, interior landscape, traffic, parking capacity, cleanness, price, kindness of employee and event. Factors concerned with the product include branch size, traffic, parking capacity, kindness of employee. Factors concerned with facilities include branch size, traffic, parking capacity, kindness of employee. Major factors of those effects to management benefit are accessibility, time of stay, sales, efficiency of space, attractiveness and difference. In conclusion, overlap style gets the highest degree of satisfaction among total factors. Results of the survey show that factors which improve sales are overlap style and planter type. Among four commercial spaces, hotel is most effected by interior landscape. To enhance the sales of hotel, further study of interior landscape about hotel necessary. For bank and restaurant, further study of economic planter type and style is necessary. For department store, optimal use of spaces and case of maintenance are necessary.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the characteristics of the aesthetic salon operation and job satisfaction according to important considerations in opening aesthetic salons as well as to provide basic data for improving the operation of the salons. Toward this aim, a questionnaire survey was conducted for owners of small aesthetic salons across South Korea from January-March, 2016. Results were as follows: Among those who identified means of transportation and parking convenience as key considerations in launching aesthetic salon businesses, length of service, length of business operation, monthly fixed revenue and proportion of the highest profit were highest. Job satisfaction (F=3.223, p<.05) was highest (M=4.11) among those that responded 'floating population' as a primary component in launching aesthetic salon businesses, and lowest among owners who mentioned 'cost of investment' (M=3.41). Specifically, job mobility (F=2.960, p<.05) was the highest among respondents who selected means of transportation and parking convenience (M=3.95) as key criteria in launching aesthetic salon business. For the stable operation of an aesthetic salon, a location with high floating population, good transportation, parking convenience, high levels of customer access, and job satisfaction are critical factors. In addition, future studies should examine marketing strategies by operating characteristics.
Introduction: This study was conducted to investigate patients' satisfaction with hospital services at a university hospital in G city. Methods: The subjects of this study were 92 inpatients and data were collected during the period from March to April 2003. The research tool used was a 24-item scale(Cronbach' a= .768) on patients' satisfaction with two subcategories of services: 18 items on hospital human resources(a= .722) and 6 items on hospital environment(a= .700). Data were analyzed through $x^2$-test, t-test and ANOVA using SPSS/PC. Results: The level of patients' satisfaction was $38.4{\pm}3.77$ on hospital services $27.6{\pm}6.14$ on hospital human resources, and $10.8{\pm}2.39$ on hospital environment on the average. Satisfaction related to hospital human resources was higher in male subjects (t = 4.15, p = .003) and in those who stayed longer than 15 days (t= 4.404, p= .039) than the others, and also higher in those who replied that all items related to hospital facilities are satisfactory except the parking lot. Satisfaction related to hospital environment was significantly higher in more educated subjects(F = 2.945, p= .037) and in those who replied that all items related to hospital facilities are satisfactory or appropriate except the parking lot and admission procedure. Conclusions: Length of stay and the level of accessibility and appropriateness of hospital facilities were found to be factors that have significant effects on patients' satisfaction.
National Assembly is a constitutional institution that is required to first consult the will of the people and it should do its effort continuously so that security of citizens using parking lot would be enhanced at the same time while improving parking service in order to increase customer satisfaction of the people. Under this recognition, in this study, Doonchi parking lot of National Assembly under consigned management was first reviewed in a perspective of criminal prevention through environmental design(CPTED) and particularly, fence installation and reinforcement work for securing 'territoriality' and operation of all round shooting camera and installation of No-trespassing warning board at entrance were suggested. Second, it was recommended to change independent control system in which CCTV security system of National Assembly Doonchi parking lot is operated separately from National Assembly safety situation room and integrate it with National Assembly safety situation room(revised to double safety system) and performance of CCTV camera was made to be increased to over 2m. In addition, video recording mode was converted to NVR mode for application to IP camera in the future and in order to avoid dead zone of security monitoring area and based on site inspection result, addition 3 places of newly installing CCTV were indicated. Third, it was recommended to introduce parking fare billing and management system through unmanned equipment in parking lot management and operation.(specialized management of professional parking service provider was reviewed). By doing so, risk of cash handling by charging personnel was removed by reducing current 7 working personnel to 3 and particularly, by converting parking lot management mode being operated temporarily from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. at present to 24 hours operation mode and providing more specialized parking service, citizens visiting National Assembly were provided with convenience and image of National Assembly was also enhanced. This study was carried out in parallel with various literature and case studies, including data from the Office of the Defense Protection in the National Assembly.
