항로표지 음파표지로 사용되는 무신호기 주요 장비를 안정적인 성능이 담보되고 범용적으로 판매되는 제품을 선정함으로써 무신호기 고장발생 시 신속한 대처가 가능하도록 하고, 안개발생 방향을 고려하여 선택적으로 무신호기를 운영 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 그리고 무신호기 음달거리를 공칭(명목적) 음달거리와 통상 음달거리에 대한 정확한 기준 없이 사용(표기)하는 등 통일성이 결여되어 공칭(명목적) 음달거리로 통일 할 필요성이 있다.

VoIP 서비스는 인터넷을 기반으로 하므로 인터넷망에서 발생하는 보안 위험이 내재해 있고, 서비스가 실시간으로 이루어진다는 특성으로 인해 기존의 보안 솔루션으로 이러한 보안 위험을 해소하기는 어렵다. 따라서 VoIP 망 구축 초기단계부터 정보보호를 고려하여 보안대책을 세우고 이를 반영하는 것이 비용과 보안 효과 측면에서 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 상용 VPN 제품에 공개 프로젝트인 SIP VoIP Gateway 'Asterisk'을 연동하여 사용자 인증과 데이터 기밀성을 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 VoVPN(Voice over Virtual Private Network)을 설계하고 구현하였다.

We identified single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers in the laccase gene to establish a line-diagnostic system for shiitake mushrooms. A total of 89 fungal isolates representing four lines, including Korean registered, Korean wild type, Chinese, and Japanese lines, were analyzed. The results suggest that SNP markers in the laccase gene can be useful for line typing in shiitake mushrooms.

Carbon nanotube arrays were fabricated using micro molding in capillary (MIMIC) process. Patterns remained on the surface in the pattern complementary to that present in the mold. CNTs were selectively grown on the MIMIC patterned sites with a triode PECVD. And turn on field for $10\;{\mu}A/cm^2$ electron emission current was $2.2\;V/{\mu}m$ turn on field.

The electrothermal characteristics of a high voltage LIGBT(Lateral Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) using thin silicon on insulator (SOI) and silicon on sapphire (SOS) such as thermal conductivity and sink is analyzed by MEDICI. The device simulations demonstrate that the thermal conductivity of the buried oxide is an important parameter for modeling of the thermal behavior of SOI devices. In this paper we simulated the thermal conductivity and temperature distribution of a SOI LIGBT with an insulator layer of SiO$_2$ and $Al_2$O$_3$ at before and after latch-up and verified that the SOI LIGBT with the $Al_2$O$_3$ insulator had good thermal conductivity and reliability.

A series of 2-oxiranecarboxylate derivatives was prepared as carnitine palmitoyl transferase I (CPT- -I) inhibitors for the development of new antidiabetic agents. The syntheses and biological activities were reported. The most promising derivative, 15b showed 2.5 times more hypoglycemic activity and 2 times lower acute toxicity compared to Etomoxir.
