Organic photovoltaic properties were studied in ZnPc/$C_{60}$ heterojunction structure by varying the organic layer thicknesses and exiton blocking layer(EBL). Current density-voltage characteristics of organic photovoltaic cells were measured using Keithley 236 source-measure unit, a 500W xenon lamp (ORIEL 66021) for a light source and Agilent 4294A impedance analyzer in the range of 40 Hz $\sim$ 1 MHz. From the analyses of current-voltage characteristics such as short-circuit current density, open-circuit voltage and power conversion efficiency, optimum thickness of the organic layer were obtained and frequency response such as electrical conductance.

Amyloid fibrils have long been known to be the well known ${\alpha}$-helix to ${\beta}$-sheet transition characterizing the conversion of cellular to scrapie forms of the prion protein. A very short sequence of Yeast prion-like protein, GNNQQNY (SupN), is responsible for aggregation that induces diseases. KSI-fused tandem repeats of SupN vector are constructed and used to express SupN peptide in Escherichia coli (E.Coli). A method for a production, purification, and cleavage of tandem repeats of recombinant isotopically enriched SupN in E. coli is described. This method yields as much as 20 mg/L of isotope-enriched fusion proteins in minimal media. Synthetic SupN peptides and $^{13}C$ Gly labeled SupN peptides are studied by Congo Red staining, Birefringence and transmission electron microscopy to characterize amyloid fibril formation. To get a better understanding of aggregation-structure relationship of 7 residues of Yeast prion-like protein, the change of a conformational structure will be studied by $^{13}C$ solid-state nmr spectroscopy as powder of both amorphous and fibrillar forms.

Pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis is a disease involving the proliferation of atypical smooth muscle cells from the perilymphatics, peribronchial and perivascular region of the lung and the retroperitneum. The disease usually affects women of child-bearing age. We recently experienced a case of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis in a 31-year-old women who had suffered from a chylous pleural effusion. Histologic confirmation of lymphangioleiomyomatosis Was made upon a video-associated thoracoscopic lung biopsy. Here we report this case with a brief review of the literature.

Management of indoor air quality of underground subway station is an important issue. The air handling unit (AHU) installed in the underground subway station is the main facility determining the air quality of station. Especially for removing particulate matters, it is important to operate the appropriate air filter. In this study, we studied particle collection efficiency of axail-flow cyclone for subway AHU. The particle collection efficiencies of axial-flow cyclones with three different outlet shape have been evaluated.

본 논문은 계통연계형 인버터의 정현파 전류제어를 위한 직접 적응제어 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 계통연계형 인버터 전류제어기에 비해 고조파 성분 제거 능력이 우수하고 소프트웨어적으로 쉽게 구현할 수 있는 장점이 있다. LC필터의 L값의 변동에 의한 제어기 내부의 파라미터가 발산하는 문제를 Resetting기법을 적용하여 보완하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 정현파 전류 적응제어기의 우수성을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

본 논문은 CVCF 인버터 출력전압을 정현파로 제어하는 기법을 제안한다. 왜곡이 없는 깨끗한 정현파 출력전압을 요구하는 AVR이나 UPS에 적용이 가능하다. 변동 부하나 비선형 부하에 대해서도 출력을 안정되게 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있다. Backstepping 제어 기법을 이용하여 인버터 출력전류를 가상 제어변수로 선정하고 콘덴서 양단전압이 지령값을 추종하도록 가상 제어변수를 조절하고 이를 위해 인버터 출력전압인 입력 제어변수를 조절한다. 출력 필터의 L값의 변동을 고려하여 Adaptive parameter 보상 알고리즘을 적용하여 정밀한 Parameter값을 요구하는 Backstepping 기법의 단점을 보완하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

본 논문은 고주파 유도가열 장치의 실시간 부하 예측 기법을 제안한다. 인버터 출력전압과 콘덴서 양단전압을 센싱하여 adaptive parameter estimation 기법을 이용하여 피가열체인 부하의 등가저항과 인덕턴스를 구한다. 제안된 방법을 이용하여 부하 발열량과 콘덴서 뱅크의 Q factor를 실시간 예측할 수 있다. 콘덴서 뱅크의 Q factor를 통해 부하 부담률을 알 수 있으므로 뱅크의 파손 등의 사고를 미연에 방지 할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였고 모의실험장치에 적용하여 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

In this study, a procedure for analyzing chip-tool friction and shear processes in 3-D cutting with a single point tool has been established. The edge of a single point tool including circular nose is modified to the equivalent straight edge, then 3-D cutting with a single point tool is reduced to equivalent oblique cutting. Transforming the conventional coordinate systems and using the measured three component of cutting forces, force components on the rake face and the shear plane of the equivalent oblique cutting system can be obtained. And it can be possible to assess the chip-tool friction and shear characteristics in 3-D cutting with a single point tool.

In this paper, we devised mac-yule detection system which provide resting state mac-yule. The devised system composed of signal transformation part, signal processing part, and PC based display part. Hardware part consisit of PPG, ECG, EEG, EMG, and RSP. Also, software system consist of bio-signal processing software which detecting mac-yule. EEG-$\alpha$, $\beta$ wave analysis algorithm that use wavelet transformation, RSP detecting algorithm which used zero-crossing method.
