Recent advancements in mobile device technology have enabled real-time positioning so that mobile patterns of people and favorable locations can be identified and related researches have become plentiful. One of the fields of research is the relationship between the object properties and the favored location to visit. The object properties of a person include personality, which is a major property jobs, income, gender, and age. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the human personality and the preference of the location to visit. We used Spearman's Rank correlation coefficient, one of the many methods that can be used to determine the correlation between two variables. Instead of using actual data values, Spearman's Rank correlation coefficient deals with the ranks of the two data sets. In our research, the personality and the location data sets are used. Our personality data is ranked in five ranks and the location data is ranked in 8 ranks. Spearman's Rank correlation coefficient showed better results compared to Pearson linear correlation coefficient and Kendall rank correlation coefficient. Using Spearman's correlation coefficient, the degree of the relationship between the personality and the location preference is found to be 43%.

The rectilinear-distance location problem combines the property of being a very appropriate distance measure for a large number of location problems and the property of being very simple to treat analytically. An obvious question to be asked at the optimal point which is obtained by the rectilinear distance method is, "what if the point is not available as a location site\ulcorner." The point may, for example, be inaccessible or may coincide with the location of another structure, a river, or a municipal park. In this case, one approach that may be employed is to construct contour lines (also called iso-cost or level curves) of the cost function. Contour lines provide considerable insight into the shape of the surface of the total cost function as well as a useful means of evaluating alternative locations for the new facility. But, when there is an obstacle which divides the application area into two. The optimal location(which is acquired by the rectilinear distance method) is not coincide with the minimal cost point and the contour line is occasionally of no use, this paper shows the method of finding a way to decide an optimal point of single facility location in this case.this case.

According to the advent of the ubiquitous environment, not only a location based service at the outside but also a location based service at the inside was more increased socially. Accordingly, this paper proposes the efficient determination system to locate a object in frequent change of indoor environment. Proposing system in this paper introduce the NLOS identification and mitigation to resolve NLOS problem, using this way that corrects location data as RWA and KF apply to result data can improve accuracy of a object. At last we are going to compare and analyze existing typical triangulation with proposed indoor location determination system to demonstrate algorithm efficiency for proposed indoor location determination system.

Economic Development Zone(EDZ) in the province is one of the foreign policy for economic development of North Korea. North Korea has promulgated 27 Economic Development Zones(5 EDZs as central level and 22 EDZs as provincial level) to promote economic growth through the expansion of external opening policy. EDZs of the provinces play an important role in North Korea's national and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to select analytical criteria that can be quantified when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones when domestic companies advance into North Korea according to the progress of inter-Korean economic cooperation, and derive the relative importance between the criteria. After that, based on this, we intend to quantify the evaluation of the location priority of the economic development zone. In this study, through AHP analysis results, when domestic companies enter North Korea, we derive the importance and preference of location selection factors when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones. Taking into account the reality of North Korea when the Korean company entered the North economic development zone following location for evaluation. That is, logistics and transportation, industrial infrastructure, competitiveness, and management incentives. And 14 sub-factors were selected and AHP analysis was performed.

This study examined the effect of beauty service location characteristics and service quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and analyzed the gender control effect of location characteristics and service quality in the relationship with customer satisfaction. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed and analysis was conducted to investigate how location characteristics and service quality in beauty service encounters effects customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, visibility, which is a location characteristic, was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, professionalism and convenience, which are service qualities, were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the gender control effect in the relationship between location characteristics and service quality with customer satisfaction, the gender control effect was found in all factors.

This paper describes a study which was undertaken in Ulsan City. The modified SLP procedures consider the quantitative flow aspect of the facilities layout problem as well as the qualitative closeness rating aspect. Conclusions are drawn as to the effectiveness of the proposed model in providing Ulsan City with better means of making the facilities location allocation decision for Industrial Technology Research Park.
