Furthermore, the majority of the parent's surveyed felt that children should be supplied with vegetables (54.9%) purchased directly from farms. The parents' satisfaction with the meal service (25.1%) was lower than that of the students (54.1%). The reason for the satisfaction reported by the parents was concern regarding the health of their children (53.3%). In addition, the majority of the parents (47.3%) responded that environment friendly agricultural products differ from general agricultural products because insecticides and fertilizer were not used. Objectives: This study aimed to compare the quality of life reported by patients with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to the patients' quality of life as reported by their caregivers. In addition, it aimed to examine how emotional problems, including depression and anxiety, and the severity of the symptoms affect the quality of life reported by the patients and their caregivers. Methods: The patients' quality of life and their degree of depression and anxiety were measured using the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL) 4.0 Child Self-Report, the Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), and the Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale, respectively. The caregivers' perception of the patients' quality of life and severity of the ADHD symptoms were measured using the PedsQL 4.0 Parent Proxy Report and the Conners' Parent Rating Scale (CPRS), respectively. A total of 66 participants completed the survey. The independent-samples t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results: The mean score of the PedsQL 4.0 Child Self-Report was significantly higher than the mean score of the PedsQL 4.0 Parent Proxy Report. However, for school function, the PedsQL 4.0 Child Self-Report score was significantly lower than that of Parent Proxy Report. The correlation between the PedsQL 4.0 Child Self-Report and PedsQL 4.0 Parent Proxy Report scores was significant only for emotional function and social function. The multiple regression analysis showed that the PedsQL 4.0 Child Self-Report and PedsQL 4.0 Parent Proxy Report scores were significantly predicted by the CDI and CPRS scores, respectively. Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that there are clear differences between the quality of life reported by the patient themselves and that reported by their caregivers. In addition, the findings suggest that it is critical to treat the patients' accompanying depressive symptoms.

This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of parents' perception of their children's forest experience activities on educational effectiveness. The results were as follows. First, parents' perception of forest experience operation activities had a significant effect on educational effectiveness according to the period of participation in forest experience education. And their perception of the appropriate number of teachers to support forest experience had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. Second, parents' perception - which it is appropriate for the current daycare centers to participate in forest experience every day except a day with a lot of fine dust and a day with bad weather- had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. And their perception of appropriate forest experience places had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. Third, parents' perception of appropriate time in the day for forest experience activities had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. Fourth, parents' perception of their children's forest experience activities had a significant effect on communication. As for the above-stated findings, there was a significant difference in educational effectiveness and communication according to parents' perception of their children's overall forest experience activities. Consequently, there is the differences in their perception of educational effectiveness in the number of teachers in charge due to outdoor activities, the relationship with weather due to fine dust, forest experience places, education time, etc, indicating that these common concerns are related to the safe educational activities of children.

Method: From December 5 to 23, 2005, self-reported questionnaire data were collected from 990 Busan City elementary school students of the 5th and 6th grades. The questionnaire consisted of questions about their characteristic features in playing Internet games based on the K-scale developed by KADO. The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 10.0 program. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation, $X^2$-test, ANOVA analysis and Scheffe test were used to analyze the data. Results: 1. With regard to the level of Internet game addiction, 71.2% of the students responded that they were general users, and 6.3%, at high risk for addiction. Mean scores were 103.3 for the high-risk group, 77.7 for the potential risk group, and 55.86 for the general user group. The total mean was 63.74. 2. Mean scores for parent-child attachment levels were 97.1 and 99.6 for father and mother, respectively. Conclusion: These results suggest that a collaborative program to educate and counsel parents to increase the parent-child attachment level needs to be established in protection and recovery programs for Internet game addiction.
