In this study, we compared the detection accuracy of the parameters of the scaffold failure detection model. A detection algorithm based on convolutional neural network was used to construct a failure detection model for scaffold. The parameter properties of the model were changed and the results were quantitatively verified. The detection accuracy of the model for each parameter was compared and the parameter with the highest accuracy was identified. We found that the activation function has a significant impact on the detection accuracy, which is 98% for softmax.

The comparison of statistical experiments with a common parameter and parameter space is discussed using the concept of the Blackwell's sufficiency and the Shannon's entropy. Binomial and censored experiments are considered as applications. The loss of information is studied under teh aggregated experiments and truncated experiments, and summerized in some tables which make it possible to indicate the choice of an appropriate experiment.

In this study, we analyzed the transient overvoltage using comparison of lumped and distribution line parameter and compared the results. It is certificated that analysing method is given the same result.

This study proposes an essential process of type certificate, which is load comparison for proving the calculated design load. The load measurement was carried out according to IEC 61400-13 standard and the load calculation was performed with same condition using FLEX 5 code. For more accurate load simulation, the controller parameter of original model at the design stage was modified to site optimized value and some node points are added to coincidence with measurement. The load comparison was performed with various wind parameter, turbulence intensity and wind shear. As a result, simulated loads ware good agreed with the measured load. Therefore, the calculated design loads according to IEC 61400-1 standard were proved to valid.

It is expected that the change of industrial structure of Knowledge based economy, and service based economy would affect on economic life of physically-challenged person with no exceptions. There have been some former studies which have been misunderstood the employment of disabled due to the declining employment of the disabled and prejudice to the disabled based on biased perspective and public opinion. This study have analyzed the employment conditions of the ordinary workers and disabled workers out of those prejudices and biased opinions. Wage, economic activity ratio, age, educational background and industry those 5 parameters are brought for analyzing the two comparison group. Each parameter have compared based on the statistical data of ordinary workers and disabled workers for past 7 years. Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

This paper deals with the comparison of parameter estimation methods in a 3-parameter Kappa distribution which is sometimes used in flood frequency analysis. The method of moment estimation(MME), L-moment estimation(L-ME), and maximum likelihood estimation(MLE) are applied to estimate three parameters. The performance of these methods are compared by Monte-carlo simulations. Especially for computing MME and L-ME, ike dimensional nonlinear equations are simplied to one dimensional equation which is calculated by the Newton-Raphson iteration under constraint. Based on the criterion of the mean squared error, the L-ME is recommended to use for small sample size $(n\leq100)$ while MLE is good for large sample size.

This paper represents the first comprehensive comparison of the Newton-Raphson's method and Simple Iterative Procedure (SIP) in the maximum likelihood estimation of the two-parameter Weibull distribution. Computer simulation is employed to compare these two methods for multiply censored, singly censored data (Type I or Type Ⅱ censoring) and complete data. Results indicate the Newton-Raphson's with the Menon's estimated value, as an initial point remains the effective iterative procedure for estimating the parameters.

The characteristics of Weibull distribution are investigated as a function of shape parameter. The statistical estimation methods of the shape parameter and statistical comparison methods of two or more shape parameters are studied. Assuming Weibull distribution, statistical analysis of bending-strength data of alumina titanium carbide ceramic matrix composites machined two different methods are performed.
