산촌마을의 토지이용 패취 크기와 경계형태 특성에 관한 연구 - 전북 김제시 금산면 선동리 아직마을과 산수마을을 대상으로 - (A Study on Characterizing the Boundary Shape and Size of Land Use Patches in Mountain Village, South Korea: Cases of Sansu and Ajick Villages in Gimje City, Jeonlabukdo)

  • 우리나라 산촌마을의 경관구조를 경관생태학적 패러다임인 토지 모자이크 모형에 의해 해석하였다. 상대적으로 개발의 영향이 적게 작용하여 산림청의 산촌종합개발사업 대상마을로 선정된 전북 김제시 선동리 아직, 산수마을을 연구대상지로 선정하였다. 전형적으로 나타나는 마을유역의 면적(2.8∼2.0㎢), 마을구역 및 농경지의 면적율(27%), 숲의 면적율(73%)이 조사되었다. 패취 경계형태의 깔때기 효과 특성은 3차원적 지형요소와 풍수지리적 형국도를 원용하여 해석할 수 있었다. 패취 경계형태의 깔때기는 동물이동 주요 통로로 보며 하천에 의하여 형성되는 만입부는 물과 대기 흐름의 장소로 동시에 적용될 때 물질흐름이 해석될 수 있었고, 이러한 깔때기 효과의 개념은 풍수지리에서 사용되는 형국도에서 중심축과 지류축으로 나타나고 있었다. 이러한 내용은 산촌생태마을 계획. 설계 시 보전해야 할 숲의 적정 크기와 하천 및 능선의 녹지축 net-working을 하기 위한 기본적 틀로서 적용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

SNMP를 연동한 콘텐츠 중심 네트워킹 망관리를 위한 이름 구조 및 이의 구현 (Naming Scheme and Its Implementation for the Network Management of Content Centric Networking Integrated with SNMP)

  • 콘텐츠 중심 네트워크(Contents-Centric Networking, CCN)는 현재의 IP 기반 인터넷에서의 단대단 통신 패러다임을 콘텐츠 중심으로 전환하기 위한 미래 인터넷 기술이다. 이러한 새로운 네트워크를 운영하는데 있어서, 망관리는 매우 중요한 기능들중의 하나이다. 기존의 IP 네트워크에서 전형적인 망관리 표준은 Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)이다. CCN에 망관리 기능을 구현하기 위한 많은 연구들이 있었으나, 이들을 순수한 CCN 운영 환경에 적용하는데에는 각각의 한계점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 한계를 갖는 주된 이유는 기존 방법들이 IP-overlay 구조로 운용되거나, push 형태의 정보 전달을 지원하지 않기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 SNMP를 연동한 CCN 망관리를 위하여, pull과 push-type의 SNMP 메쏘드들을 CCN에서 모두 수용 가능한 새로운 naming structure를 제안한다. 그리고, 제안하는 naming structure를 활용하여 순수 CCN 환경에서 SNMP의 network 와 node의 상태 모니터링을 위한 GET과 TRAP 메쏘드 뿐만 아니라, 이들의 설정을 위한 SET 메쏘드를 지원하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법의 효과성을 검증하기 위하여, 제안 방법을 CCNx를 활용하여 구현하고 한 테스트베드를 구축하여, 테스트베드상에서 SNMP 메시지들이 정상적으로 교환됨을 보인다.

다중모델기법을 이용한 비선형시스템의 퍼지모델링 (Fuzzy Modeling for Nonlinear System Using Multiple Model Method)

  • In this paper, a new approach to modeling of nonlinear systems using fuzzy theory is presented. To express the various and complex behavior of nonlinear system, we combine multiple model method with hierachical prioritized structure, and the mountain clustering technique is used in partitioning of system. TSK rule structure is adopted to form the fuzzy rules, and Back propagation algorithm is used for learning parameters in consequent parts of the rules. Also we soften the paradigm of Mamdani's inference mechanism by using Yager's S-OWA operators. Computer simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • On this thesis, the focus is that studying costumes which have been affected by deconstructionism that is based on chaos and fractal the-ory. Chaos and fractal theory is accepted as a new paradigm for open world which is changing very vast and fast. And this theory is needed for artists and designers who should have spacetime conciousness and open mind and attitude towark open world. In the results, various costume typess of deconstructionism have been shown by fashion designers and artists' works. Thoes are as follows; 1. normal relationship of costume changes to abnormal relationship 2. three-dimentional structure of costume changes to two-dimentional structure. 3. open to materials and techniques. 4. separated costume parts reconstruct as ambiguous whole on function. 5. body absence and accessorizing.

  • This paper presents a novel localization paradigm for mobile robots based on artificial and natural landmarks. A model-based object recognition method detects natural landmarks and conducts the global and topological localization. In addition, a metric localization method using artificial landmarks is fused to complement the deficiency of topology map and guide to action behavior. The recognition algorithm uses a modified local Zernike moments and a probabilistic voting method for the robust detection of objects in cluttered indoor environments. An artificial landmark is designed to have a three-dimensional multi-colored structure and the projection distortion of the structure encodes the distance and viewing direction of the robot. We demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed system through real world experiments using a mobile robot, KASIRI-III.

Porosome: the Universal Molecular Machinery for Cell Secretion

  • Porosomes are supramolecular, lipoprotein structures at the cell plasma membrane, where membrane-bound secretory vesicles transiently dock and fuse to release inravesicular contents to the outside during cell secretion. The mouth of the porosome opening to the outside, range in size from 150 nm in diameter in acinar cells of the exocrine pancreas, to 12 nm in neurons, which dilates during cell secretion, returning to its resting size following completion of the process. In the past decade, the composition of the porosome, its structure and dynamics at nm resolution and in real time, and its functional reconstitution into artificial lipid membrane, have all been elucidated. In this mini review, the discovery of the porosome, its structure, function, isolation, chemistry, and reconstitution into lipid membrane, the molecular mechanism of secretory vesicle swelling and fusion at the base of porosomes, and how this new information provides a paradigm shift in our understanding of cell secretion, is discussed.

PreSMo Target-Binding Signatures in Intrinsically Disordered Proteins

  • Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) are highly unorthodox proteins that do not form three-dimensional structures under physiological conditions. The discovery of IDPs has destroyed the classical structure-function paradigm in protein science, 3-D structure = function, because IDPs even without well-folded 3-D structures are still capable of performing important biological functions and furthermore are associated with fatal diseases such as cancers, neurodegenerative diseases and viral pandemics. Pre-structured motifs (PreSMos) refer to transient local secondary structural elements present in the target-unbound state of IDPs. During the last two decades PreSMos have been steadily acknowledged as the critical determinants for target binding in dozens of IDPs. To date, the PreSMo concept provides the most convincing structural rationale explaining the IDP-target binding behavior at an atomic resolution. Here we present a brief developmental history of PreSMos and describe their common characteristics. We also provide a list of newly discovered PreSMos along with their functional relevance.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate total $CO_2$ amount of steel and reinforced concrete construction, and compare and analyze $CO_2$ amount on construction-material. And then it was studied about new element that environment compatibility of architecture structure design based on paradigm of environment age. Architecture action should have proceeded course that reduce burden of the earth environment in relation between architecture and environment and increase contact of human and nature. As environment compatibility development is emphasized with architecture development, architecture structure design give improvement of one important element that environment compatibility except stability, function, economy and necessary propriety of environment compatability of construction design.

  • Two-dimensional (2D) materials have been attracting attention since graphene monolayer was firstly separated. However, after an explosive boom, there is always quandary and stagnancy following and soon will come the refractory period of capital market. To avoid that undesired future, a paradigm of quasi 2D monolayer has been contemplated and devised in this article, with examples studied theoretically. The results show the general dynamic nonlinearity, and the expected tunability of bandgap without extra doping or substitution. These together suggest its intriguing both electronical and mechanical properties, which will enrich the arsenal of potential 2D materials.
