This Study has been carried out to develop a method of analysis of 8 permitted synthetic food colors [including Brilliant Blue FCF(B1), Indigocarmine (B2), Fast green FCF(G3), Amaranth (R2), Erythrosine (R3), Allura red (R40), Tartrazine (Y4), Sunset Yellow FCF (Y5)] in Korean foods by HPLC. After adjusting to 0.5% HCl, each of the food colors extracted was eluted by Sep-pak $C_{18}$ cartridge. Eluates were then determined by high performance liquid chromatograph with a UV-VIS detector. Recoveries of the 8 synthetic food colors were found to be 81.2-98.0% for soft drinks, 80.6-96.1% for candy, 79.8-96.3% for chewing gum, 76.5-91.7% for cereals, 79.9-93.8% for ice cream and 78.6-94.7% for jelly, respectively. The detection limits were $0.05-0.1{\mu}g/g$.

In Akhakkyebom, one of the greatest Korean Sources, a great mistake was found in the lengths of the pitch pipes. Whanjong from which the other eleven pitches are calculated, is nine inches by decimal system. But the rest are from 9inches by nonary system. To find out how such a contradictory combination could put into so great a book, all the sources available wereexamined. In the process of investigating the numeral change of the lengths of the pitchpipes, it was found that fixation of this contradictory combination was due to the tradiction of Confucianism, which is specialized by its adherence of the old. SongHyon couldn't understand well enough Tsai Yuan-ting's Account of the science of the pitch pipes in Lu-luhsin-shui, Neither could Yi Hye-gu who translated Akhakkwebom into Korean. The parts they misunderstood were pointed out and explained as it should be in this thesis. Several other accounts of the science of the pitch pipes like Chu Tsai-yu's and Jing Farng's are also explained. The Pitch-pipes which were said to have been made by Pak Yon were found out to be of Chu Tsai-yu's. Those which Yi Sang dok wrote were one of Pak Yon's achievements turned out to be of Tsai Yuen-ting's, And othe interesting mistakes were pointed out in thesis thesis. Most of these mistakes were made, I think, because of the lack of the study on the historical background. That's why I tried to examine all the sources available on pitch-pipes. In the lengths of the pitch-pipes preserved in Shih-chi by Ssu-ma Ch'ien, several letters were found to have been misprinted. Some chil's should be “sip” and the letter “il” in Hyopchong should be “chil”. I couldn't deal with all the lengths of the pitch-pipes in this thesis. Especially the real length of the old measure of Whangjong made by PakYon is remained still unknown. I believe a lot more study should be poured on this field to know our traditional music as it was.

식품관련 시장조사 기관인 Food marketing Instittue에 따르면, 미국전체의 식료품체인 가운데 25%가 최소한 온라인 쇼핑을 운영하고 있다. Safeway, Albertsons 등 대형 수퍼마켓 체인들이 연이어 온라인 시장에 참가했고, Melon Seed, FreshDirect.com 등 신규업체도 참가했다. 2002년 5월 Safeway.cm을 설립한 Safeway는 동년 7월에 8번째 점포를 시애틀에 오픈하는 등, 온라인 비즈니스를 확대했다. 최근 할인매장, 드러그 스토어 둥에 일부 시장을 잠식당하고 있는 이들 전통적인 수퍼마켓 체인들은 고객의 이탈을 막기 위해 비록 소수이기는 하지만 고객의 온라인 수요에 대응할 필요성이 있다고 생각하기 때문이다. 본고의 목적은 미국의 식료품 온라인 쇼핑에서 발생하고 있는 여러 문제점을 지적하는 것이다. Webvan이 Dot Com의 실패를 예증하는데 사용되는 주요한 전자상거래 비즈니스이다. 오늘날 온라인 쇼핑 비즈니스의 도전을 보여주고 이익을 낳기 위해 취해야 할 조치를 논의하기 위해 온라인 쇼핑 밴더가 참조되고 있다. 또한 본고는 미국의 Vons.com, Peapod.com 그리고 Safeway.com과 같은 온라인 식료품 쇼핑 비즈니스에서 나타나고 있는 추세, 신규 영업자 및 잔존 영업자들의 특성과 온라인 식료품 쇼핑업자들의 성장에 필요한 요인들에 관해서도 논하였다.

GMACS is one of the instruments for the Giant Magellan Telescope (GMT) which will provide wide field, multi-object, moderate resolution spectroscopy of faint targets. KHU (Kyung Hee University) is in charge of control software of GMACS. As a first step, the Slit Mask Exchange Mechanism Prototype (SMEM-P) will be used as a preliminary example to make development process between electronics and high level software. Recently, we have developed a sample program to communicate with low level devices via EtherCAT. It is expected to be a mockup design for software and control system of GMACS. In this poster, we show the development process and test operation results of control software for SMEM-P.

Simple and precise high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) assay was developed and validated for the determination of a HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, $lovastatin^{TM}$ and its active metabolite (mevinolinic acid) in human plasma. The method involved solid phase extraction of mevinolinic acid and internal standard using Sep-Pak Cartridge. Samples were analyzed by reversed-phase HPLC using $Capcell-Pak\;C_{18}$ column with ultraviolet detection at 238 nm. The quantitation limit of mevinolinic acid was 2 ng/ml and the calibration curve was linear over the range of 2-50 ng/ml $(r^2>0.999)$ with human plasma. The analyses of quality control samples indicated that the normal values could be predicted with an accuracy >97%. The intra- and inter-day coefficients of variation for the analyses were <10%. The average recoveries were similar (79%) for mevinolinic acid and methylmevinolinic acid. The method described has been successfully applied to the quantification of mevinolinic acid in about 1,000 human plasma samples over six-month period.

In order to investigate the differential structure of a Riemannian manifold (M, g), it seems a powerful tool to study the differential structure of its tangent bundle TM. In this point of view, K. Aso [1] studied, using the Sasaki metric $\tilde{g}$, the relation between the curvature tensor on (M, g) and that on (TM, $\tilde{g}$).

The purpose of this paper is to study n-dimensional CR-submanifolds of (n-1) CR-dimension immersed in a complex projective space $CP^{(n+p)/2}$, and especially to determine such submanifolds under some curvature conditions.

By the use of electron microscope, the study has beek made on the grain size in photo graphic emulsions, which are made at different temperature. It is found that ,the optimum temperature is $60^{\circ}C$, at which the average grain size obtained is the biggest. Also electron micrographs show NaCl-type crystal structure of AgBr and AgCl, as we expected.
