A new species, Nazeris rutilicorpus, of the subfamily Paederinae is described in Korea. This species is found from dead leaves near streams or forests. The illustrations of labrum, male abdomen and genitalia are presented. The differences between N. rutilicorpus and N. optatus (Sharp) are discussed.

The taxonomy of marine littoral species of the genus Medon Stephens in Korea is presented. The genus and two species-Medon prolixus (Sharp) and M. rubeculus Sharp-are identified for the first time in the Korean Peninsula. Redescriptions of M. prolixus and M. rubeculus with an illustration of its habitus and line drawings are provided.

A taxonomic study of the tribe Pinophilini is presentd. Three species are recognized, two of which are recorded for the first time in Korea (Pinophilus lewisius Sharp and P. rufipennis Sharp). The genus Pinophilus Gravenhorst is new to Korea.

A taxonomic review of the subtribe Astenina in Korea is presented. Five species and two genera are recognized, four species of which are recorded for the first time in Korea [Nazeris opatatus (Sharp), Astenus brevipes (Sharp), A. porosus (Sharp), and A. suffusus (Sharp)].
