비탈형 영구거푸집의 현장 적용을 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental study on field application of Permanent form)

  • Permanent-Form is one of system forms for reducing human labor, work costs, oscillation, noise, construction wastes and so on. Permanent-Form is made from precast method in facilities, and carried in construction site to assemble with no demolding. The biggest expense to produce permanent-Form is about manufacturing mold. This papers about structural efficiency evaluation, construction efficiency test. The result of this study is below. (1) In the compressive strength test of column. Fly ash specimen and polymer specimen's strength developed as each 8%, 14% to comparison with standard specimen. The reason of this result from form section area increase and form's reinforcing bar (2) The Degree of column crack in permanent form is lower than another one's The glass fiber's fiber reinforcement effect brings like this. (3) In the flexural load test of beam, the early crack load and maximum load of permanent form use specimen showed 20% higher than standard specimen's. (4) In field application experiment, an constructional error is satisfied with the allowable margin of error, $\pm$5mm (5) When the concrete is placed into the form inside, The transformation degree of permanent form is lower than plywood form's. (6) The concrete packing ability of permanent form is satisfactory. (7) The bonding strength of permanent form shows enough strength - 6kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$.

은 나노입자-나노플레이트 혼합 분말로 형성된 은 전도성 배선의 미세조직 및 전기적 특성 연구 (Investigation on Microstructure and Electrical Properties of Silver Conductive Features Using a Powder Composed of Silver nanoparticles and Nanoplatelets)

  • Noncontact direct-printed conductive silver patterns with an enhanced electrical resistivity are fabricated using a silver ink with a mixture of silver nanoparticles and nanoplates. The microstructure and electrical resistivity of the silver pattern are systematically investigated as a function of the mixing ratio of the nanoparticles and nanoplates. The pattern, which is fabricated using a mixture with a mixing ratio of 3(nanoparticles):7(nanoplates) and sintered at $200^{\circ}C$ shows a highly dense and well-sintered microstructure and has a resistivity of $7.60{\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$. This originates a mutual synergistic effect through a combination of the sinterability of the nanoparticles and the packing ability of the nanoplates. This is a conductive material that can be used to fabricate noncontact direct-printed conductive patterns with excellent electrical conductivity for various flexible electronics applications, including solar cells, displays, RFIDs, and sensors.

  • Usually, hydraulic cylinder is widely used as the actuator in the equipment of construction machines, airplane and military machines. In case of these devices, due to use under severe environment such as water, $SiO^2$ and dust, etc. seal which has high packing ability and long service life has been required. These characteristics are largely influenced by material and geometries of seal such as approach angle, withdrawal angle and interference. Recently, many a study about seal material has been performed so that many materials have been developed. But the concrete studies including the relationships between geometry of seal and sealing performance have hardly been performed yet. Therefore, in this study, we predicted the deformation behavior and contact normal distribution of dust seal with the variation of geometries of seal lip using finite element analysis. And based on the results of analyses, we discussed the effects of the design variables fur sealing performance of the dust seal.

  • Chord length sampling method in Monte Carlo simulations is a method used to model spherical particles with random sampling technique in a stochastic media. It has received attention due to the high calculation efficiency as well as user convenience; however, a technical issue regarding boundary effect has been noted. In this study, after analyzing the distribution characteristics of spherical particles using an explicit method, an alternative chord length sampling method is proposed. In addition, for modeling in finite media, a correction method of the boundary effect is proposed. Using the proposed method, sample probability distributions and relative errors were estimated and compared with those calculated by the explicit method. The results show that the reconstruction ability and modeling accuracy of the particle probability distribution with the proposed method were considerably high. Also, from the local packing fraction results, the proposed method can successfully solve the boundary effect problem. It is expected that the proposed method can contribute to the increasing of the modeling accuracy in stochastic media.

Properties of the metallic glass thin films fabricated by multicomponent single alloying target and its applications in various industrial fields

  • Metallic glass alloys having dense packing structure have short range ordered structure with long range homogeneity. Therefore, they can provide complete corrosion protection and unique electrical properties. Recently, metallic glass thin films have received much attention to extend its application fields combining with PVC coating technologies. The metallic glass thin films can change the surface properties of the conventional bulk materials which need anticorrosion properties. However, multi-component alloying targets are required to fabricate the metallic glass thin films because metallic glass alloys contain more than three elements. Recently, many researchers have been reported the properties of the metallic glass thin films synthesized with multi-cathode systems or amorphous target. But, it is difficult to fabricate the large sized sputtering targets for mass production equipment with high toughness and thermal stability. In this study, newly developed sputtering target with glass forming ability and the properties of the metallic glass thin films will be introduced with respect to the various application fields such as bipolar plate in PEM fuel cell and decorative coatings for electric device and construction fields.

  • 이 연구에서는 국내의 경우 지금까지 그 사례를 찾아보기 힘들었던 새로운 용도에서의 대규모적인 비용 절감은 물론 환경부하의 저감까지도 고려한 저강도 콘크리트의 개발 및 실용화를 위한 기초적인 연구의 일환으로 각종 산업부산물을 재활용한 저강도 콘크리트의 합리적인 배합방법에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 모래 및 FA의 대체 재료로서 각종 산업부산물의 적용가능성을 제시함은 물론 다양한 용도와 사용재료별 요구성능에 대응할 수 있는 저강도 콘크리트의 개발 및 실용화를 위한 연구에 있어 기초적인 자료로 제시하고자 하였다. 각종 산업부산물을 재활용한 저강도 콘크리트의 합리적인 배합조건으로 재료분리방지는 물론 최소단위수량, 유동성 및 최대강도를 고려하여 종합적으로 분석 평가한 결과, 사용재료는 FSD + RSIA + SD의 배합에서 골재 중 f/a 값을 50을 합리적인 최적의 배합조건으로 제안한다.

BPSf/TMSSf 블렌드막을 통한 산소와 질소의 투과특성 (The Permeation Properties of $O_{2}\;and\;N_{2}$ for BPSf/TMSPSf Blend Membrane)

  • Poylsulfone의 phenyl 고리에 각각 -Br과 $-Si(CH_{3})_{3}$ 기능기를 치환시킨 BPSf와 TMSPSf을 합성하고, BPSf막, TMSPSf막 그리고 BPSf/TMSPSf 블렌드막에 대한 $O_{2}$$N_{2}$의 투과특성을 조사 $\cdot$ 비교하였다. BPSf막은 PSf막에 비해 높은 이상분리인자를 보였는데, 이는 유도 쌍극자에 의한 사슬간의 극성 상호작용 때문에 사슬간의 인력이 증가하고 따라서 사슬간의 거리가 감소하기 때문이라고 설명할 수 있다. 반면 TMSPSf막의 경우 부피가 큰 $-Si(CH_{3})_{3}$ 의 치환으로 인해 자유부피가 커져 PSf 보다 높은 투과도 계수를 나타내었다. 이러한 상반된 경향을 보이는 BPSf와 TMSPSf을 블렌드하여 제조한 BPSf/TMSPSf막의 경우 PSf보다 이상분리인자는 약간 감소한 반면 높은 투과도 계수를 나타내었다. 고분자의 구조와 투과 특성과의 상관관계를 밝히기 위해 고분자의 자유부피와 투과도 계수를 플로트한 결과, 투과도 계수가 자유부피에 잘 연관됨을 알 수 있었으며, 특히 specific free volme(SFV)과의 연관성이 보다 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 미세 조직은 SEM, FT-IR 스펙트라, 인장특성, 그리고 [NCO]/[OH]의 mole %, 입도분석에 의해 측정하였다. 친환경적인 NATM에 관한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 스테인레스같은 금속코팅에 더욱더 중요한 열경화 무용제 수지를 합성 하였다. 이 수지는 일반적 도료와 비교하여 매우 강도가 강하고 내구성이 매우 좋다. 폴리우레탄 수지는 폴리올, IPDI, 실리콘 계면활성제, 촉매, 충전제로 구성된다. 폴리우레탄 화합물은 가교제가 첨가된 수지가 가교제가 첨가되지 않은 수지보다 물성이 우수함을 나타냈다. 견고한 폴리우레탄 도료의 기계적 특성은 [NCO]/[OH]와 가교제가 증가함에 따라 강도가 증가하였다. 합성한 도료의 물성 향상은 스테인레스 산업뿐만 아니라 다양한 산업에서 폴리우레탄 고분자 수지가 강구조물의 보수보강에 많은 응용이 기대된다.

Influence of Bath Temperature on Electroless Ni-B Film Deposition on PCB for High Power LED Packaging

  • High power light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are widely used in many device applications due to its ability to operate at high power and produce high luminance. However, releasing the heat accumulated in the device during operating time is a serious problem that needs to be resolved to ensure high optical efficiency. Ceramic or Aluminium base metal printed circuit boards are generally used as integral parts of communication and power devices due to its outstanding thermal dissipation capabilities as heat sink or heat spreader. We investigated the characterisation of electroless plating of Ni-B film according to plating bath temperature, ranging from $50^{\circ}C$ to $75^{\circ}C$ on Ag paste/anodised Al ($Al_2O_3$)/Al substrate to be used in metal PCB for high power LED packing systems. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) were used in the film analysis. By XRD result, the structure of the as deposited Ni-B film was amorphous irrespective of bath temperature. The activation energy of electroless Ni-B plating was 59.78 kJ/mol at the temperature region of $50{\sim}75^{\circ}C$. In addition, the Ni-B film grew selectively on the patterned Ag paste surface.

은 나노입자를 담지한 collagen/silica microsphere 복합체의 제조 (Preparation of Silica/collagen Microsphere Composit Doped with Silver Nanoparticles)

  • 실리카 microsphere는 HPLC를 위한 흡착 충진제와 같은 용도로 사용하기에 적합한 혁신적인 소재로 널리 알려져 있다. microsphere을 기능성고분자나 금속, 생리활성 물질과 같은 특정한 성질을 지닌 물질로 표면 개질시키므로 다양한 용도로 활용할 수 있다. 콜라겐은 생체조직을 구성하는 기본 단백질로 생체적합성이 뛰어난 물질로 주목받고 있는 기능성 소재이다. 본 연구에서는 50% 이상의 세공부피를 지닌 다공성 silica microsphere를 고분자 응집법인 PICA 법을 이용하여 colloidal silica로부터 제조하고 콜라겐 hydrogel을 사용하여 표면 개질시키므로 생체적합성을 증진시키는 방법을 연구하였다. 실리카/콜라겐 microsphere 에 은 나노입자를 담지시킨 microsphere 복합체를 만들고 특성을 조사하므로 생체소재로의 활용 가능성을 조사하였다.
