A Study of an Industrial Servo Motor Drive System using high performance DSP (고성능 DSP를 이용한 산업용 서보 전동기 드라이버에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents a SPMSM servo motor drive system using high performance TMS320 F281T DSP for the industrial application. This high performance DSP contains some special peripheral circuits such as PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) waveform generation circuit, Quadrature Encoder Pulse (QEP) generation circuit and Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) circuit. In this paper, a servo drive control system is constructed using high performance DPS for the overall system cost reduction and the size minimization.

  • 본 논문에서는 직류배전의 보호를 위한 고장전류제한기술을 제안한다. 제안된 전류제한기는 PWM스위칭 방식으로 동작하며 차동증폭기, 비교기, MOSFET스위치와 게이트드라이버로 구성되어 있다. 전류제한기는 부하 측의 단락사고나 돌입전류를 제어하기 위한 목적으로 직류리액터 $L_f$에 흐르는 전류를 센싱하여 기준전류 $L_{ref}$보다 높게 흐르려는 경우 MOSFET은 ON/OFF스위칭 하여 기준전류 $L_{ref}$이상으로 흐르지 못하게 함으로써 과전류가 흐르는 것을 방지한다. 제안된 전류제한기의 성능을 실험을 통하여 검증 한다.

  • 본 논문은 초음파센서와 적외선센서를 이용하여 그 신호를 받아 주 모터를 제어한 것으로, 센서를 이용한 선풍기의 풍향 및 풍속을 제어하였다. 풍향제어는 인체감지센서와 ATmega128, DC모터를 사용하였고, 기본적으로 WmAVR과 PonyProg를 사용하여 소스코딩 및 다운로딩을 하였으며, 모터 구동드라이버는 모터제어에 범용으로 쓰이는 L298 칩을 사용하였다. 풍속제어는 초음파센서와 ATmeBa16, DC모터를 사용하여 제작하였고, 풍향제어부와 마찬가지로 WinAVR과 PonyProg 및 L298 칩을 사용하여 소스코딩 및 다운로딩을 하였다. 풍향제어는 물체가 정면에 위치하면 회전을 멈추고, 좌우로 $100^{\circ}$ 반경이내에서 거리 1m내외의 물체를 감지하도록 설계하였다. 풍속제어는 물체까지의 거리를 최소 3cm 최대 3m 이내에서 물체를 감지하여 모터의 속도를 제어할 수 있도록 하였고, 모터속도는 DC모터를 PWM 방식으로 제어하여 속도를 조절하였다.

  • In this paper. we designed a high precision Linear DC Motor(LDM) Driver with $120^{\circ}$ commutation method. It was composed of three parts which were divided into Power and Inverter Circuit. Analog Circuit with PWM Generation and Fault Protections. and Logic Circuit. We selected PMAC Controller by Delta Tau Co. for testifying a high accuracy of a designed driver. A high precision driver enhanced a response to changes of velocity and acceleration in motion and improved the accuracy.

  • 최근 LED 드라이버의 효율 향상에 집중될수록 LED의 특성을 고려한 정전류 제어가 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LED 모듈과 같은 정전류 제어가 필요한 부하에 플라이백 컨버터의 병렬구조 연결에 의한 정전류 공급법에 대해 제안한다. 플라이백 컨버터를 병렬구조로 연결하고 전류 불연속 모드 상태에서 스위칭 소자에 PWM 신호를 교차 인가하고, 또한 싱글 스테이지의 전력변환을 함으로써 시스템 효율을 개선하였다. 더불어 병렬구조로 연결된 플라이백 컨버터의 변압기를 통합하여 설계함으로써 코어의 부피, 비용 및 출력 리플 저감의 효과를 가능하게 하였다. 제안된 알고리즘 및 시스템에 대해서 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 모터와 인버터 그리고 제어기를 모델로 작성하여 시뮬레이션하고, 제어기 모델로부터 자동코드생성을 하여 작성한 코드를 실제 제어기에 탑재하여 모터모델의 시뮬레이션 및 실제 모터를 구동하였다. 제어기와 모터 그리고 인버터 모델은 MATLAB/SIMULINK를 이용하여 작성하였다. 모터 모델과 실제 모터의 동작을 통해 제어기의 성능을 검증하였다. PWM은 10[kHz]로 동작하며, 이를 검증하기 위해 400[W] 표면부착형 동기모터 다이나모 장치와 3상 모터 드라이버를 이용하여 시험을 수행 하였다.

  • In this paper, we present the LED dimming control system by using ADPCM (Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation). This ADPCM apparatus accurately controls the LED current with high resolution reducing the RFI (radio frequency interference) due to the spreading out of the harmonics of current of pulses. Additionally, this makes it easier to increase the accuracy of control operation. This study introduces to make a digitally controlled circuit for controlling LED with high-energy efficient by adopting pulse current to LED. The LED current drive system we designed are two systems, the digitally-controlled unit and analog switching mode power supply unit, can be developed separately. The simulation shows the sigma delta modulation of digital to analog converter's output when the input level is 0.7. From this simulation, the output is approached to accurately 0.15% to target value with 510 pulses.

  • In this pater, authors derive the state - space equiation about the patallel - type inverted pendulum which is adopted as control object, and constitute the control system by $H_\infty$control theory. The modeling error is unavoidably existed by linearization error, and so on. We regard this modeling error which is determined from the identification through frequency response as unstructured model uncertainty. An augmented state - space equiation with frequency weighting function is constructed for application of the $H_\infty$theory, and the mixed sensitivity problem is considered. The weighting functions are determined in consideration of the model uncertainty and the response of system in frequency region. The $H_\infty$controller is designed by using software package for controller design. From results of response simulation, the control system designed with $H_\infty$theory guarantees low sensitivity for disturbance as well as robustness against the model uncertainties.

  • The long line fishing machine is combined with motor and two disc rollers has used on the small size fishing-boat under 1 ton located in near Jeollanam-do seaside. The long line fishing motor is controlled only one direction because the fishing line is loaded heavily at pulling up. On this paper we made the long line fishing 400W power motor controller which it was usually applied under 1 ton fishing boat, and designed the controller using PWM chip, Half bridge driver and MOSFET for one direction motor control. Furthermore some user convenience devices were added like battery indicator and safety protection circuit for battery overdischarge and battery source wire mismatch connection. So we protected the battery from overdicharging when the battery voltage was below 11.5V and fishermen didn't need to worry about source lines misconnection anymore. We confirmed the test version of controller was the good working condition at land and sea.

  • Now, in this paper, going to present you with an Idea related to a new inverter of multi-step voltage source, that Is, the double-connected 12-step inverter with an auxiliary circuit. It possibly can be 24-step inverter with 3-phase voltage source which will enable us make full application even to medium and high power-level Motor drive, UPS, STATCOM, SVC, etc. in which the PWM method could not be employed. 24-step operation can be obtained from the link between the existing 12-step inverter and the additional auxiliary circuit in which the transformer of auxiliary circuit generates ripple voltage delivered to the inverter. Through a lot of experiments and simulations, (from which the validity of this scheme is confirmed,) we came to the conclusion that the increase of the primary winding number on transformer by 2N(N=1,2,3....) leads to the 12M-step(M=2,3,4...) inverter. The validity of the proposed scheme is confirmed by the simulated and experimental results.
