The purpose of this study is to investigate thermal post-buckling analysis of a laminated composite beam subjected under uniform temperature rising with temperature dependent physical properties. The beam is pinned at both ends and immovable ends. Under temperature rising, thermal buckling and post-buckling phenomena occurs with immovable ends of the beam. In the nonlinear kinematic model of the post-buckling problem, total Lagrangian approach is used in conjunction with the Timoshenko beam theory. Also, material properties of the laminated composite beam are temperature dependent: that is the coefficients of the governing equations are not constant. In the solution of the nonlinear problem, incremental displacement-based finite element method is used with Newton-Raphson iteration method. The effects of the fibber orientation angles, the stacking sequence of laminates and temperature rising on the post-buckling deflections, configurations and critical buckling temperatures of the composite laminated beam are illustrated and discussed in the numerical results. Also, the differences between temperature dependent and independent physical properties are investigated for post-buckling responses of laminated composite beams.

Wastewaters produced in textile industrial processes contain dyes which are not easily amenable to biological treatment. The object of this study is to determine the post-treatment system of biological process for the textile wastewater by comparing three different types of chemical process, which were 1) post-treatment by ozone or UV, 2) post-treatment by coagulation,3) post-treatment by ozone or UV followed by coagulation. In an application ozone or UV as a post-treatment, color was generally decreased with time, however, SCOD removal effect was not that good. When coagulation was used as point-treatment process, the effluent quality was satisfying. Therefore, the application of coagulation process as a post-treatment of biological process would be more desirable than that as a ozone or UV.

A small scale impact apparatus, pressuremter and soil chamber were used to investigate horizontal behavior and bearing capacity of the steel guardrail post installed in compacted soil. A useful test and data reduction method for pressuremter was developed to evaluate soil parameters of surrounding soil and stability of the post. From the analyses of the PMT, horizontal bearing capacity of the post impacted by a boggie was 12.7% bigger than that of the post with static loading. The increased horizontal bearing capacity is due to generated inertia force that is dependent on the shape of failed soil wedge around the post. P-y curves were obtained from the pressuremeter test and were applied to a finite difference program which predicted a load-deflection and a bending moment contours along the post.

A developing post-dryout region is characterized by significant heat transfer enhancements compared with the fully developed post-dryout region. The heat transfer enhancements are mainly due to upstream disturbance and entrained droplets in the region immediately downstream of the critical heat flux location. In this paper, an improved heat transfer correlation is developed for the developing post-dryout regions in vertical tubes over a wide range of flow conditions. The correlation represents a correction factor for the fully developed film-boiling look-up table to be applied to the developing post-dryout region. The new correlation significantly improves the heat transfer prediction in the developing post-dryout regions and provides very good agreement with the experimental data.

This article describes effect of post heat treatment on wear characteristics of thermally sprayed Co-based self-flux alloy coating. Co-based self-flux alloy coatings were deposited on steel substrates using a flame spray process. Post heat treatments were carried out at 800, 900, 1000 and $1100^{\circ}C$ for 30min in a vacuum chamber. For analysis of effect of post heat treatment on mechanical properties, wear test and hardness test were performed for post heat-treated coating specimen. Microstructures of heat treated coating layer and wear track were examined using SEM and EDS. Wear loss and hardness became lower with increasing post heat treatment temperature.

This study was undertaken to examine difficulties confronted by interviewees during post-divorce adjustment, and to investigate factors which influence critically to the post-divorce adjustment.. Interviewees were confronted with severe economic difficulties but the post-divorce adjustment was not much influenced by such economic difficulties. Supportive social network such as parents, brothers and sisters, friends, self-help group of single parents was related to the positive post-divorce adjustment. After divorce, some interviewees did not tend to meet their friends. All parents thought their children to be sources of support throughout the divorce process and their post-divorce life. On the other hand, some noncustodial parents felt guilty and a serious deprivation. Divorce initiator factor was not related to the post-divorce adjustment. To the most interviewees, the period before the decision to divorce was the most difficult one.

Teeth that have short clinical crown, which are not alone enough to support the definitive restoration can be best treated using the post and core system. The advantages of fiber post over conventional metallic post materials have led to its wide acceptance. In addition to that the combination of aesthetic and mechanical benefits of fiber post has provided it with a rise in the field of dentistry. Also the results obtained from some clinical trials have encouraged the clinicians to use the fiber posts confidently. Fiber posts are manufactured from pre-stretched fibers impregnated within a resin matrix. The fibers could that be of carbon, glass/silica, and quartz, whereas Epoxy and bis-GMA are the most widely used resin bases. But recently studies are also found to be going on for polyimide as possible material for the fiber post resin base as a substitute for the conventional materials.

Purpose: The objective of this study is to identify the effects of self-esteem and problem focused coping on post-traumatic growth among police officers. Methods: The data were collected from the 137 police officers in ten police offices of G city in July 2014. The collected data were analyzed for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Post-traumatic growth was positively correlated with self-esteem and problem focused coping. Self-esteem and problem focused coping had a significant effects on post-traumatic growth. The explained variance for post-traumatic growth was 19.0%. Conclusion: To improve post-traumatic growth of police officers, strategies to increase self-esteem and problem focused coping are needed.

이 논문에서는 frequency-weighted MSE를 최소화하는 적응 pre-filter와 post-filter를 음성파형 부호화기에 적용했을 때의 성능을 분석한다. 먼저 여러 다양한 pre-filter와 post-filter에 의한 noise shaping 효과를 이론적으로 보여준다. 그리고 frequency-weighted SNR 척도를 사용하여 적응 pre-filter 와 post filter에 의한 성능면에서의 이득을 이론적으로 유도한다. 적응 pre-filter와 post-filter를 ADM과 ADPCM 부호화기에 적용해본 결과에 의하면 음성파형 부호화기의 성능을 FWSNR\sub SEG\ 척도로 약 3dB 정도 개선할 수 있음을 알 수있다. 또한 pre-filter와 post-filter를 사용하면 청각적으로 중요한 영향을 미치는 1kHz에서 3kHz 사이의 양자화 잡음을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between thought systems of post-structuralism by Deleuze and digital culture which is the core topic of social and cultural discussion. And this study also aims to grasp the diversity and movable thinking shown in fashion illustration from the aesthetic thought systems of post-structuralism theory by Deleuze. Furthermore, this study intends to ascertain the concrete representation characteristics and its significance of fashion illustration by analyzing works on the basis of the above-mentioned theory. What are discussed in this paper can be summarized as follows First, this study examined the post-structuralism which supplies the theoretic basis for figuring out the principles of diversity and movable thinking. Second, this study examined the relationship between the open structure and movable individuality of Deleuze who is a representative scholar of post- structuralism. Third, this study analyzed the representative characteristics and aesthetic value to which the principles of post-structuralism, derived from the aesthetic theory of Deleuze, was applied.
