  • 본 논문은 통신기반 열차제어방식으로 주목 받고 있는 CBTC 시스템의 지상장치 소프트웨어 기능을 모델기반 개발도구인 SCADE 를 이용하여 설계하는 기법을 제시한다. CBTC 지상장치의 ATO 기능은 모델링 후 다양한 테스트 케이스를 통해서 기능을 검증하였다. 수행된 모델링을 통해서 SCADE 가 CBTC 소프트웨어 시스템을 개발하는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 POSCO ICT가 개발한 2MVA/500kWh급 BESS(Battery Energy Storage System)의 가파도 마이크로그리드 적용사례와 실증결과에 대해 기술하였다. 이를 위해 가파도 마이크로그리드 구성과 BESS 역할을 설명하였고, 적용된 기술을 소개하였다. 또한 시험항목과 의의를 서술하고, 시험결과를 통해 계통망의 전력품질 및 BESS 제어성능을 검증하였다.

  • The precipitation behavior of solute carbon and nitrogen strongly affects the mechanical properties of low-carbon automotive panel. In the present study, the effects of aluminum and solute nitrogen on the bake hardenability and strain aging of extremely low-carbon steel with carbon content below 15 ppm has been investigated. The ferrite grain size and distribution of precipitates were varied with the amount of aluminum content of 0.003 to ~ 0.100 wt% in a constant solute carbon and nitrogen. With increasing the aluminum content, the ferrite grain size is increased and strain aging is delayed. The strain aging is also delayed by increasing the annealing temperature, although the ferrite grain size is not much changed.

  • Recently Digital TV industry has drastically been moving the illuminating system, which causes an obvious product change from PDP and LCD to LED model to provide high-definition image. Due to strong competition in the digital industry, TV manufacturers make a great efforts to reduce production cost by using low-priced materials such as steels instead of aluminum and plastic etc. In this paper we have developed a new low-priced electrogalvanized steel sheet, which has a black resin composite layer, to substitute conventional high-priced PCM steel and plastic mold for rear cover panel in the digital TV. The black resin composite was prepared by mechanical dispersion of the mixture solution that consists of high solid polyester resin, melamine hardener, black pigment, micronized silica paste, polyacrylate texturing particle and miscellaneous additives. The composite solution was coated on the steel sheet using roll coater followed by induction furnace curing and cooling. Although the coated layer has a half thickness compared to the conventional PCM steels having $23{\mu}m$ thickness, it exhibits excellent quality for the usage of rear cover panel. The new steel sheet was applied to test products to get quality certification from worldwide electronic appliance customers. Detailed discussion provides in this paper including preparation of composite solution, roll coating technology, induction curing technology and quality evaluation from customers.

The study of the business archives management in POSCO (포스코 보존기록물 관리에 대한 연구)

  • To understand modern society, I think we should know both public records and corporate records. However, the business archives are in private sector for their great importance of current value. The corporates expect cost-benefit effect, management of the business archives are relatively inferior. In this article, I would study the archival management in the POSCO, a similar public corporation, through the archival theory and the research papers for the business archives management in the United States. I examined the POSCO's records category and management department to prescribe in the POSCO's related rules. And I map out organizational status of the POSCO Museum in the POSCO I examined activities of the POSCO's archives acquisition method about the records which left out the records management rules, unavoidably scattered and lost, or the records related the POSCO are created outer the corporation. I made up arrangement scheme of the archives with it and gave the code to mix the character and the figure. In accordance with the arrangement scheme of archives, I extracted the description elements of organizational structure and function and of real records. The former is guide level and the latter is in detail. The POSCO Museum used the business archives to publish the corporate history and to exhibit, but in another corporation, usage of the business archives was various, it is contacted current activities of the corporation. Through the case study, the archivist in the corporate archives developed the contemporary values to use the archives of the corporation. And I presented the potential of the POSCO's Museum to become corporate archives in the POSCO.

  • 전기로와 같은 고압, 대용량의 산업응용분야에서 전원 안정화를 목적으로 하는 변동부하에 의해 발생되는 정상분 및 역상분의 무효전력을 보상하기 위한 고성능의 STATCOM의 개발이 요구되었다. 본 논문에서는 POSCO ICT에서 개발한 22.9kV 5MVA STATCOM(static synchronous compensator)에 대해 기술하였다. 개발된 STATCOM은 다단 멀티레벨 컨버터(Cascaded Multilevel Converter) 방식으로 Delta 구성하였으며, 각상당 12개의 H-Bridge Inverter가 직렬로 구성되어 25 레벨의 전압을 출력한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 신재생에너지원인 1.5MW 풍력발전기가 연계된 계통에 2MVA/500kWh BESS(Battery Energy Storage System)를 적용하여 실증시험을 수행한 결과를 기술하였다. 풍력발전기의 출력 전력을 측정하여 제어 알고리즘에 따라 충, 방전 지령값을 계산하는 상위제어기 EMS와 BESS를 연동하여 운전하였다. 이를 통해 BESS를 이용하여 풍력발전기의 출력이 심하게 변동하여도 계통으로 송전되는 전력을 안정적으로 제어할 수 있음을 검증하였다.
