도심주행 패턴에 따른 소형 전기자동차 최적화 전략 (Optimized Strategy of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle with Driving Schedules)

  • The Developing & Producing of Eco-Friendly vehicle have been more incremented, as People appreciate the importance of Earth Environment Conservation. The needs of Neighborhood Electric Vehicle(NEV) that suits Current people's short drive distance is incremented. In this Paper, we define Neighborhood Electric Vehicle through out National Highway Traffic Safety Administration of United States of America's regulation and explain motor and battery of primary constituents of that. We used MATLAB and ADVISOR 200 programs for Simulation, and propsed NEV's Model that tow people can be got in. In this Model, the battery is Lead-acid battery(72V, 85Ah) and the motor is 8kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PM motor). We compared change of driving range of NEV through out non-changing speed Driving(10km/h, 20km/h, 30km/h, 40km/h) and Manhattan driving schedule.

소형 원판형 하이브리드 자기 부상 모터 (A Small Disk-type Hybrid Self-healing Motor)

  • A hybrid self-hearing motor, which Is a functional combination of general permanent magnet (PM) motor and hybrid active magnetic bearing(AMB), was proposed a few years ago. In this paper the hybrid self-bearing motor is modified to a disk type, in which one of two magnetic hearings was substituted for a thin yoke to make the system more compact. An outer rotors in this self-hearing motor is actively controlled only in two radial directions while the ocher motions are passively salable owing to the disk-type structure. Main advantages of the proposed self-hearing motor are simple control mechanism, low power consumption and smart structure. Mathematical model for the magnetic force Is built wish consideration of the radial displacement of the rotor. The model helps us not only to design a levitation controller but also to expect the system performance. Some experimental results show good capability and feasibility of the Proposed self-bearing motor.

  • A DSP-based nonlinear speed control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) which is robust to unknown parameter variations and speed measurement error is presented. The model reference adaptive system(MRAS) based adaptation mechanisms for the estimation of slowly varying parameters are derived using the Lyapunov stability theory. For the disturbances or quickly varying parameters, a quasi-linearized and decoupled model including the influence of parameter variations and speed measurement error on the nonlinear speed control of the PMSM is derived. Based on this model, a boundary layer integral sliding mode controller to improve the robustness and performance of a PMSM drive is designed and compared with the conventional controller. To show the validity of the proposed control scheme, simulations and experimental works are carried out and compared with the conventional control scheme.

  • The Slotless Permanet-magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSM) have been developed for factory automation, transportation applications, wafer steppers, conveyance system, and so on[1]. The current analysis and design are treated in air-cored PMLSM. The main purpose of this paper is to provide a general design and analysis framework for the iron-cored linear permanent-magnet machines. Based on field solution using two dimensional analytical technique the magnetic field required magnet volume size, optimal winding thickness size, winding flux linkage and thrust will be discussed.

  • This paper deals with characteristic analysis method of the slotless type Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) using the space harmonic method. Analysis models of the PM and the armature current are described by the magnetization configurations taking into account the 2D and 3D distribution. In 3D analysis, the thrust and normal force can be calculated more accurately, because it can consider the z component flux density which is impossible in 2D analysis. In order to verify the validity of the proposed method, the results of the analytic method are compared with not only the experimental ones but ones of Finite Element Method(FEM).

  • In high speed applications, the slotless permanent magnet(PM) motors appear an attractive solution, being almost insensitive to magneto-motive force harmonics and to pulse width modulation(PWM) current ripple and exhibiting lower stator iron losses and rotor losses (significant with square wave current control).   • 이 논문에서, 우리는 PMLSM(permanent magnet linear synchronous motor) 시스템에서 발생하는 detent force의 ripple 저감을 위한 진동보상 모델과 제안한 구조에 대한 제어기 설계 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 고려되어진 제어기는 feedforward 보상기, PID feedback 보상기, 그리고 adaptive feedforward 보상기의 세 부분으로 구성된 제어기를 사용한다. 특히, PMLSM의 위치 정밀성 향상에 관한 연구를 위한 정밀 위치 제어의 문제는 PM으로 인해 발생하는 detent force이며, 이를 해결하기 위해 출력신호를 웨이블릿 변환하여 추출 후 이를 보상하였다.
