  • 본 논문에서는 불평형 전원 전압 하에서 삼상 PWM 컨버터의 전류 보상 기법을 제안하였다. 전원 전압이 불평형인 경우 PLL(Phase Locked Loop)를 이용하여 추출한 위상각에는 왜곡 성분이 포함된다. 이러한 왜곡된 위상각으로 컨버터를 제어하는 경우 입력 전류에도 고조파가 포함되게 된다. 본 논문에서는 불평형 전원 전압 하에서도 입력 전류의 THD(Total Harmonic Distortion)를 IEEE Std. 519 규정인 5% 이내로 제한할 수 있도록 하는 전류 보상 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 회로의 간편성에 최대 역점을 두어 PLL을 이용한 정현파 간섭음을 실시간으로 제거하는 방식을 제안하였다. SC 여파기를 이용한 적응 노치 여파기ㅘ 적응 대역 여파기를 자기 동조법으로 구동시킴으 로써 간섭음을 제거하였다. SC 여파기의 구동 스위칭 주파수는 제거하려는 신호 주파수으 L49배가 되 도록 하엿으며 소자의 동작 특성상 4KHz의 간섭음 제거 대역을 갖게 된다. 노치 여파기는 6차 여파기 이고 감쇄도는 중심 주파수에서 약 -56dB이다.

  • In this paper, we describe the accommodation of the PRML technique for the high speed and high density optical disk systems, which has been very effective in the high density HDD systems. To make the PRML technique adequate for the optical disk systems, the channel modeling and the simulation are performed. Finally, the architecture has been designed and realized into an ASIC. We have focused on the differences of PRML architecture between the HDD system and the optical disk system, and the digital realization of the PLL which has been realized with analog circuits.

  • This paper treats with the design and fabrication of a frequency synthesizer for the generation of intermediate frequency of a HF band transceiver. The synthesizer is designed to control frequencies using a phase-locked loop and it is shown that method improved the performance of frequency accuracy and locking time then that of the crystal-reference system.

  • Converter that is dc source equipment source's phase by reference control function that detect source's phase because should be done compulsorily use. Source's phase detect method there be method that use source's ac voltage directly by signal, and use methods that voltage detects status by PLL method and so on via point that '0' becomes usually. All above methods to detect phase are using, wrong action of phase detector converter's ailment or converter of burn can. Ths paper compares and examined usable phase detection method in source's frequency fluctuation presuming source's frequency using observer.

  • In a weak grid condition, the precise grid impedance estimation is essential to guaranteeing the high performance current control and power transfer for a grid-connected inverter. This study proposes a precise estimation method for grid impedance by PQ variations by employing the variation method of reference currents. The operation principle of grid impedance estimation is fully presented, and the negative impact of the phase locked loop is analyzed. Estimation error by a synchronization angle in the park's transformation using the phase locked loop is derived. As a result, the variation method of reference currents for accurate estimation is introduced. The validation of the proposed method is verified through several simulation results and experiments based on a 2-kW voltage source inverter prototype.

  • The please relation between motive force and result is reviewed in view point of the correlation function as well as the redundancy in a continuous signal which permits the sampled treatment. A new correlation function (to be named Time Dependent Correlation Function) which is a functon of time, is defined in order to indicate the variation of the correlation between two signals. As application a phase looked loop is analysed which shows the increase of correlation between input signal and output signal of the loop after the application of the input signal. Finally again the T.D.Correlation Function method is used to show how the polyphase envelope detection-method is justifiable by this method.

  • This paper presents the sensorless drive method for mono inverter dual parallel (MIDP) surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) drive system. MIDP motor drive system is a technique that can reduce the cost of the multi motor driving system. To maximize this merit of the MIDP motor drive system, the sensorless technique is essential to eliminate the position sensors. This paper adopts an appropriate sensorless method for MIDP SPMSM drive system, which uses the reduced order observer and phase locked loop (PLL) to reduce the calculation burden. The I-F control method is implemented for start-up and low speed operation. The validity and performance of the proposed algorithm are shown via experiments with 600-W SPMSMs.

  • In this paper, we manufactured the continuum receiver system for observing the continuum waves emitted from the continuum sources with using the 14m radio-telescope. The receiving system measures the total power of the continuum sources and consists of DC-amplifier, beam-chopper system. Phase-Locked Loop(PLL) circuit, blanking circuit and its period selection circuit, V/F converter, and counter part which are capable of interfacing with the computer which is used for a data acquisition and making the radio-telescope track the source. We compared the obsevation results which use the existing DVM method with the observation results which use the continuum receiver to measure the total power of the sources. Moreover, by method of beam switching observation which uses newly installed beam chopper system. We can significantly improve the observational efficiency more than the existing position switching observation method.

  • Characterics of carrier-envelope-offset frequency ($f_{ceo}$) of a femtosecond laser stabilized by the direct locking method were investigated using two f-to-2f interferometers. The stability of $f_{ceo}$ was comaparable to that achieved with a conventional PLL method.
